Abstract:
A knock-type cosmetic vessel includes a button moved in a vertical direction. A knocking unit receives the button in such a way that the button slides in the vertical direction, locks the button such that the button is maintained in a downwardly moved state when the button is pushed once to move down, and moves the button up when the button is pushed once again. A cosmetic applicator is provided under the knocking unit, moved down when the button is pushed once, and moved up when the button is pushed once again. An upper cap has on an upper portion of an inner circumference thereof the knocking unit. A spring is placed on an outer circumference of the knocking unit to provide elasticity to the knocking unit. A lower container is detachably coupled to the upper cap, and contains cosmetics therein.

Claims:
What is claimed is:

1. A knock-type cosmetic vessel, comprising: a button moved in a vertical direction; a knocking unit receiving the button in such a way that the button slides in the vertical direction, locking the button such that the button is maintained in a downwardly moved state when the button is pushed once to move down, and moving the button up when the button is pushed once again; a cosmetic applicator provided under the knocking unit, moved down when the button is pushed once, and moved up when the button is pushed once again; an upper cap having on an upper portion of an inner circumference thereof the knocking unit; a spring placed on an outer circumference of the knocking unit, and providing elasticity to the knocking unit; and a lower container detachably coupled to the upper cap, and containing cosmetics therein.

The knock-type cosmetic vessel as set forth in claim 1, further comprising: an inner cap placed above the cosmetics contained in the lower container and positioned under the cosmetic applicator such that an upper rim is seated on an upper end of the lower container, with a plurality of cosmetic contact perforations being formed in a bottom of the inner cap.

3. The knock-type cosmetic vessel as set forth in claim 1, wherein a plurality of support protrusions is regularly provided on an outer circumference of the button in such a way as to be inclined outwards and downwards.

The knock-type cosmetic vessel as set forth in claim 3, wherein the knocking unit comprises: a stationary knock container having on an upper portion of an inner circumference thereof a plurality of guide pieces in such a way that the guide pieces are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval, and having moving grooves between the guide pieces so that the support protrusions move along the moving grooves, with first inclined surfaces being provided on opposite sides of a lower portion of each of the guide pieces at a predetermined angular interval; a rotary knock container having on an outer portion of an upper portion thereof a spring support rim which supports an upper portion of the spring, and having on a bottom thereof a mounting part which is formed to be concave inwards so that an upper portion of the cosmetic applicator is detachably mounted to the mounting part, and having on an inner circumference thereof a support part which has on an upper portion thereof locking protrusions having second inclined surfaces which correspond to the first inclined surfaces, with a plurality of button locking protrusions being provided on an outer circumference of the support part to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval and placed between the guide pieces; and a spring support placed between an inner circumference of the upper cap and the rotary knock container, with the spring being seated on the spring support.

The knock-type cosmetic vessel as set forth in claim 4, wherein the knocking unit is operated so that, when the button is pushed once, the button locking protrusions inserted into the moving grooves move down along gaps between the guide pieces, the support protrusions of the button move down while pushing the second inclined surfaces of the locking protrusions, the rotary knock container is rotated by the pushing of the second inclined surfaces, the button locking protrusions are removed from the gaps between the guide pieces and are stopped by the first inclined surfaces of the guide pieces, so that the button is locked by the stationary knock container and thus a cosmetic contact part placed under the rotary knock container is exposed, and when the button is pushed once again, the button is moved down by a pushing force, the button locking protrusions are spaced apart from the first inclined surfaces of the guide pieces as the button moves down, the support protrusions of the button push the second inclined surfaces of the locking protrusions, so that the rotary knock container is rotated, and simultaneously, the button locking protrusions are moved up along the gaps between the guide pieces by elasticity of the spring and are inserted into the moving grooves, so that the rotary knock container and the button move up and thus the cosmetic contact part returns to an interior of the upper cap.

6. The knock-type cosmetic vessel as set forth in claim 1, wherein the cosmetic applicator comprises a sponge type cosmetic applicator.

7. The knock-type cosmetic vessel as set forth in claim 1, wherein the cosmetic applicator comprises a brush type cosmetic applicator.

8. The knock-type cosmetic vessel as set forth in claim 4, wherein the spring support comprises: an upper-cap fastening protrusion provided on an outer circumference of the spring support and protruding outwards to be detachably coupled to the inner circumference of the upper cap; and a spring support seat provided on an inner circumference of the spring support to support a lower portion of the spring.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to a knock-type cosmetic vessel and, more particularly, to a knock-type cosmetic vessel which prevents a user's hand from being stained with cosmetics when applying makeup, thus improving the satisfaction of the user.

2. Description of the Related Art

Generally, solid cosmetics even out skin tone and correct the skeletal structure of the face to provide a cubic effect. The solid cosmetics are used to protect the skin from dust, ultraviolet rays, the weather, etc. Examples of solid cosmetics are cake foundation, cream foundation, powder, etc. The solid cosmetics are usually applied to the skin of the face and other parts by applying a solid cosmetic to a puff received in a cosmetic vessel and dabbing the puff against the skin.

The vessel containing the solid cosmetics includes a vessel body, and a lid which is detachably coupled to the vessel body. Generally, a puff which is used for putting cosmetics on the skin or face is received in the vessel body.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a typically used conventional cosmetic vessel.

Referring to FIG. 1, the cosmetic vessel includes a vessel body 1 which contains solid cosmetics therein, a puff 3 which is used to put the cosmetics contained in the vessel body 1 on the face or skin, a net 2 which is placed between the cosmetics and the puff 3 to allow a predetermined amount of cosmetics to be applied to the puff 3, and a lid 6 which is rotatably coupled to the vessel body 1.

Here, the lid 6 is rotatably coupled to the vessel body 1 via a hinge 4 which is provided on one end of the lid 6, and a hook 6a is provided on the other end of the lid 6 to be opposite the hinge 4. A fastening protrusion la is provided on the vessel body 1 so that the hook 6a is elastically caught by the fastening protrusion 1a. Such a construction allows the lid 6 to open or close the vessel body 1.

When a user applies makeup using the cosmetics contained in the conventional cosmetic vessel, the cosmetics are applied to the puff 3, and thereafter, the puff 3 covered with the cosmetics is dabbed against the face.

However, the conventional cosmetic vessel is problematic in that a user's hands are frequently stained with the cosmetics of the puff 3, so that the user must wash his or her hands after applying makeup, thus inconveniencing the user.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a knock-type cosmetic vessel, which is constructed so that a cosmetic contact part to which cosmetics are applied is conveniently extended from or retracted into the vessel by a one-touch operation of pushing a button, thus preventing a user's hands from being stained with the cosmetics when applying makeup, therefore improving the satisfaction of the user.

In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a knock-type cosmetic vessel including a button which is moved in a vertical direction, a knocking unit which receives the button in such a way that the button slides in the vertical direction, locks the button such that the button is maintained in a downwardly moved state when the button is pushed once to move down, and moves the button up when the button is pushed once again, a cosmetic applicator which is provided under the knocking unit, is moved down when the button is pushed once, and is moved up when the button is pushed once again, an upper cap which has on an upper portion of an inner circumference thereof the knocking unit, a spring which is placed on an outer circumference of the knocking unit and provides elasticity to the knocking unit, and a lower container which is detachably coupled to the upper cap and contains cosmetics therein.

The knock-type cosmetic vessel may further include an inner cap which is placed above the cosmetics contained in the lower container and positioned under the cosmetic applicator such that an upper rim is seated on an upper end of the lower container, with a plurality of cosmetic contact perforations being formed in a bottom of the inner cap.

A plurality of support protrusions may be regularly provided on an outer circumference of the button in such a way as to be inclined outwards and downwards.

The knocking unit may include a stationary knock container having on an upper portion of an inner circumference thereof a plurality of guide pieces in such a way that the guide pieces are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval, and having moving grooves between the guide pieces so that the support protrusions move along the moving grooves, with first inclined surfaces being provided on opposite sides of a lower portion of each of the guide pieces at a predetermined angular interval, a rotary knock container having on an outer portion of an upper portion thereof a spring support rim which supports an upper portion of the spring, and having on a bottom thereof a mounting part which is formed to be concave inwards so that an upper portion of the cosmetic applicator is detachably mounted to the mounting part, and having on an inner circumference thereof a support part which has on an upper portion thereof locking protrusions having second inclined surfaces which correspond to the first inclined surfaces, with a plurality of button locking protrusions being provided on an outer circumference of the support part to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval and placed between the guide pieces, and a spring support placed between an inner circumference of the upper cap and the rotary knock container, with the spring being seated on the spring support.

The knocking unit may be operated so that, when the button is pushed once, the button locking protrusions inserted into the moving grooves move down along gaps between the guide pieces, the support protrusions of the button move down while pushing the second inclined surfaces of the locking protrusions, the rotary knock container is rotated by the pushing of the second inclined surfaces, the button locking protrusions are removed from the gaps between the guide pieces and are stopped by the first inclined surfaces of the guide pieces, so that the button is locked by the stationary knock container and thus a cosmetic contact part placed under the rotary knock container is exposed.

Further, when the button is pushed once again, the button is moved down by a pushing force, the button locking protrusions are spaced apart from the first inclined surfaces of the guide pieces as the button moves down, the support protrusions of the button push the second inclined surfaces of the locking protrusions, so that the rotary knock container is rotated, and simultaneously, the button locking protrusions are moved up along the gaps between the guide pieces by elasticity of the spring and are inserted into the moving grooves, so that the rotary knock container and the button move up and thus the cosmetic contact part returns to an interior of the upper cap.

The cosmetic applicator may comprise a sponge type cosmetic applicator.

The cosmetic applicator may comprise a brush type cosmetic applicator.

Further, the spring support may include an upper-cap fastening protrusion which is provided on an outer circumference of the spring support and protrudes outwards to be detachably coupled to the inner circumference of the upper cap, and a spring support seat which is provided on an inner circumference of the spring support to support a lower portion of the spring.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Hereinafter, the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily carry out the present invention.

Of course, when it is determined that the detailed description of the known function or construction related to the present invention may obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed description will be omitted.

FIG. 2 is perspective view illustrating a knock-type cosmetic vessel according to the present invention, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view illustrating the knock-type cosmetic vessel according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a side sectional view illustrating the knock-type cosmetic vessel according to the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4, the knock-type cosmetic vessel 100 according to the present invention includes a button 110, a stationary knock container 120, a rotary knock container 130, a cosmetic applicator 140, a spring support 150, an upper cap 160, an inner cap 170, a lower container 180 and a spring 190.

First, the button 110 has the shape of a cylinder which is closed at its top and open at its bottom. A hole 112 is defined in the button 110, and a plurality of support protrusions 111 is regularly formed on the outer circumference of the button 110 in such a way as to be inclined outwards and downwards.

The stationary knock container 120 has the shape of a cylinder which is open at its top and bottom so that a hole 124 for receiving the button 110 is formed in the central portion of the stationary knock container 120. A plurality of guide pieces 121 is formed on the inner circumference of the stationary knock container 120 in such a way as to extend vertically from an upper position of the inner circumference to a lower position thereof and to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval. Further, moving grooves 125 are formed between the plurality of guide pieces 121 so that the support protrusions 111 move along the moving grooves 125.

First inclined surfaces 1211 are provided on opposite sides of the lower portion of each guide piece 121 at a predetermined angular interval.

That is, the button 110 is disposed in the hole 124 of the stationary knock container 120 so that the support protrusions 111 come into contact with the inner surfaces of the guide pieces 121 and move freely up and down. Here, the support protrusions 111 are placed to be inserted into the respective moving grooves 125.

Further, a rim 122 is provided on the outer circumference of the upper end of the stationary knock container 120, with a fastening protrusion 123 being provided on the rim 122 in such a way as to protrude outwards.

The rotary knock container 130 includes a support part 131, a mounting part 132, a stationary-knock-container receiving part 133, a spring support rim 134 and button locking protrusions 135.

The support part 131 is provided in the rotary knock container 130, and has the shape of a cylinder which is spaced apart from the bottom in the rotary knock container 130 by a predetermined interval and extends to an upper position. The upper portion of the support part 131 has a shape which corresponds to the lower portions of the support protrusions 111 of the button 110. Locking protrusions 1311 having second inclined surfaces 1312 which correspond to the first inclined surfaces 1211 are provided on the upper portion of the support part 131. Further, a plurality of button locking protrusions 135 is provided on the outer circumference of the support part 131 to be spaced apart from each other at regular intervals. While the button locking protrusions 135 disposed in the corresponding moving grooves 125 of the guide pieces 121 are moving up and down, the button locking protrusions 135 are stopped by the first inclined surfaces 1211.

Further, the mounting part 132 is formed on the lower portion of the rotary knock container 130 in such a way as to be concave inwards, so that the upper portion of the cosmetic applicator 140 is detachably mounted to the mounting part 132.

The stationary-knock-container receiving part 133 is defined between an inner wall of the rotary knock container 130 and an outer wall of the support part 131, and the stationary knock container 120 is received in the stationary-knock-container receiving part 133 in such a way that the guide pieces 121 come into close contact with and surround the outer wall of the support part 131.

The spring support rim 134 protrudes outwards from the upper end of the rotary knock container 130 to support the upper portion of the spring 190 which will be described below in detail.

That is, when the button 110 moves down, the support protrusions 111 provided on the lower portion of the button 110 come into contact with the locking protrusions 1311 of the rotary knock container 130. In this case, the button 110 moves the rotary knock container 130 down. The button locking protrusions 135 placed between the guide pieces 121 move down freely along the moving grooves 125.

A mounting projection 141 is provided on the upper portion of the cosmetic applicator 140 so that it is detachably mounted to the mounting part 132 which is provided on the lower portion of the rotary knock container 130 in a force fitting manner or attached to the mounting part 132 in an adhering manner. A cosmetic contact part 142 is provided on the lower portion of the cosmetic applicator 140 to contact the cosmetics contained in the lower container 180. Here, the cosmetic contact part 142 may comprise a fiber aggregate, synthetic resin foam, or sponge. But, the cosmetic contact part 142 may be made of any material as long as it may adsorb the cosmetics and put the cosmetics on the face. Preferably, the material has an elastic force to some extent. Of course, a brush may be used as the cosmetic contact part 142. In addition to these materials, any material may be used as long as it can easily adsorb the cosmetics which are a powder, a gel, etc.

The spring support 150 has the shape of a cylindrical ring. An upper-cap fastening protrusion 153 is provided on the outer circumference of the spring support 150 and is force-fitted into an upper-cap fastening groove 163 formed in the inner circumference of the upper cap 160 which will be described below in detail. Further, a spring support seat 151 is provided on the inner circumference of the spring support 150 and faces upwards to support the lower portion of the spring 190.

The upper cap 160 has the shape of a cylinder which is open at its top and bottom. An inner rim (not shown) is provided on the upper portion of the upper cap 160 in such a way as to extend inwards, and a fastening groove 161 is formed an end of the rim so that the fastening protrusion 123 of the stationary knock container 120 is fastened to the fastening groove 161. A hole 162 is formed in the central portion of the upper cap 160 to receive the stationary knock container 120 therein.

Further, the upper-cap fastening groove 163 is formed in the inner circumference of the upper cap 160. Thus, as described above, when the upper-cap fastening protrusion 153 provided on the outer circumference of the spring support 150 is force-fitted into the upper-cap fastening groove 163, the spring support 150 is fastened to the inner circumference of the upper cap 160. Further, a rim protrusion 164 is provided under the upper-cap fastening groove 163 in such a way as to protrude inwards. The rim protrusion 164 is force-fitted into a rim groove 181 of the lower container 180 which will be described below in detail.

The inner cap 170 is formed to receive the cosmetic contact part 142 of the cosmetic applicator 140, and is installed so that the upper rim of the inner cap 170 is placed on the upper end of the lower container 180. A plurality of cosmetic contact perforations 171 is formed in the bottom of the inner cap 170.

That is, the inner cap 170 is placed above the cosmetics held in the lower container 180 which will be described below. The cosmetic contact part 142 of the cosmetic applicator 140 is always in contact with the cosmetic contact perforations 171 of the inner cap 170, and the cosmetics held in the lower container 180 are minutely discharged through the cosmetic contact perforations 171 so that the cosmetics are applied to the cosmetic contact part 142.

The spring 190 is placed between the upper portion of the spring support seat 151 of the spring support 150 and the lower portion of the spring support rim 134, thus providing an elastic force to the rotary knock container 130 which moves down by the downward movement of the button 110.

That is, when the user pushes the button 110 once, the button 110 moves down in a vertical direction. At this time, the button locking protrusions 135 inserted into the moving grooves 125 move down along the moving grooves 125. As the button 110 moves down, the support protrusions 111 come into contact with the locking protrusions 1311, thus moving the rotary knock container 130 down.

At this time, the support protrusions 111 of the button 110 come into contact with the second inclined surfaces 1312 of the locking protrusions 1311. By a force generated when the button 110 moves down, the support protrusions 111 push the second inclined surfaces 1312 in an oblique direction. Thereby, by the force generated when the second inclined surfaces 1312 are pushed in the oblique direction, the rotary knock container 130 moves down while rotating.

As the rotary knock container 130 moves down, the button locking protrusions 135 are removed from the moving grooves 125. Simultaneously, as the rotary knock container 130 rotates, the button locking protrusions 135 are stopped by the first inclined surfaces 1211 of the guide pieces 121.

In this case, the button 110 is locked in the stationary knock container 120. Simultaneously, the spring 190 placed between the spring support rim 134 and the spring support seat 151 is compressed. Thereby, the cosmetic applicator 140 provided on the lower portion of the rotary knock container 130 is exposed downwards from the upper cap 160.

That is, as described above, when the button 110 is pushed once, the cosmetic applicator 140 is exposed downwards from the upper cap 160. Further, although not described yet, an operation of pushing the button 110 once again so that the cosmetic applicator 140 is retracted into the upper cap 160 is defined as a one-touch operation herein. The one-touch operation will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 5A to 5C, FIGS. 6A to 6C, and FIGS. 7A to 7C.

The lower container 180 has a cylindrical shape, and holds the cosmetics therein. Examples of the cosmetics which may be used are cake foundation, cream foundation, powder, etc. The cosmetics may also be UV blocking cosmetics. The UV blocking cosmetics may be in a form which is obtained by compressing powder cosmetics (cosmetics containing a UV blocking agent) having a UV blocking function.

Further, the rim groove 181 is formed in the outer circumference of the upper end of the lower container 180, so that the rim protrusion 164 of the upper cap 160 is force-fitted into the rim groove 181. That is, in the state where the rim protrusion 164 contacts the rim groove 181, the lower container 180 and the upper cap 160 are turned in opposite directions. At this time, the rim protrusion 164 is force-fitted into the rim groove 181, so that the lower container 180 is fitted into the upper cap 160 to be fastened thereto.

Hereinafter, the operation of the knock-type cosmetic vessel according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIGS. 5A to 5C are sectional views illustrating the state before a button of the knock-type cosmetic vessel according to the present invention is pushed, and FIGS. 6A to 6C are sectional views illustrating the state when the button of the knock-type cosmetic vessel according to the present invention is being pushed.

Referring to FIGS. 5A to 5C and FIGS. 6A to 6C, before the knock-type cosmetic vessel 100 according to the present invention is used, as shown in FIG. 5A, the support protrusions 111 of the button 110 and the locking protrusions 1311 of the rotary knock container 130 slightly contact each other (they may be spaced apart from each other by a small interval). The button locking protrusions 135 are fitted into the moving grooves 125 formed between the guide pieces 121 (see FIGS. 5B and 5C).

Meanwhile, in order for a user to apply the cosmetics to the face or skin, the lower container 180 and the upper cap 160 of the knock-type cosmetic vessel 100 according to the present invention are turned in opposite directions, so that the upper cap 160 is separated from the lower container 180.

Subsequently, the button 110 is pushed once. Then, the button 110 is moved down by the pushing force, and the support protrusions 111 of the button 110 push the locking protrusions 1311 of the rotary knock container 130 down.

At this time, while the button locking protrusion 135 moves down in the moving grooves 125, the lower portions of the support protrusions 111 come into contact with the upper portions of the locking protrusions 1311 of the rotary knock container 130, and the rotary knock container 130 is also moved down by the downward moving force of the button 110.

Thus, in the state where the support protrusions 111 of the button 110 come into contact with the second inclined surfaces 1312 of the locking protrusions 1311, the support protrusions 111 push the second inclined surfaces 1312. That is, as shown in FIG. 6A, while the inclined surfaces of the support protrusions 111 come into contact with the second inclined surfaces 1312 of the locking protrusions 1311, the second inclined surfaces 1312 of the locking protrusions 1311 are pushed to one side by the downward moving force (see FIG. 6A).

In this case, the rotary knock container 130 is rotated in a direction shown by the arrow of FIG. 6A. As soon as the rotary knock container 130 rotates, the button locking protrusions 135 are removed from the moving grooves 125 and thus are stopped by the first inclined surfaces 1211 (see FIGS. 6B and 6C). Thereby, the button 110 moved down is locked in the stationary knock container 120. Simultaneously, the spring 190 placed between the spring support rim 134 and the spring support seat 151 is compressed (see FIG. 6A). At this time, the cosmetic contact part 142 of the cosmetic applicator 140, which is provided under the rotary knock container 130, is exposed downwards from the upper cap 160 by the above-mentioned one-touch operation (see FIG. 8).

Thus, by the one-touch operation of pushing the button 110 once, the cosmetic contact part 142 held in the upper cap 160 is exposed downwards from the upper cap 160. In the state where the user holds the upper cap 160 with the user's hand, the cosmetics of the cosmetic contact part 142 may be applied to the face or skin. Unlike the conventional cosmetic vessel, it is not necessary to directly hold the puff covered with the cosmetics with the hand when applying makeup, so that the user's hand is not stained with the cosmetics and thus the satisfaction of the user is improved.

Thereafter, when a user desires to retract the cosmetic contact part 142 into the upper cap 160 after having finished applying makeup, the button 110 is pushed once again.

In this case, the button 110 is moved down by the pushing force. As the button 110 moves down, the button locking protrusions 135 stopped by the first inclined surfaces 1211 of the guide pieces 121 become spaced apart from the first inclined surfaces 1211. It is not shown in the drawings. When the button locking protrusions 135 are spaced apart from the first inclined surfaces 1211, as shown in FIG. 7A, the second inclined surfaces 1312 are pushed to one side by the force generated when the support protrusions 111 of the button 110 move down, so that the rotary knock container 130 is rotated.

Simultaneously, the compression of the spring 190 is released, so that the spring 190 pushes the lower portion of the spring support rim 134. At this time, the elasticity of the spring 190 moves the rotary knock container 130 up. Further, the button locking protrusions 135 are moved up along the moving grooves 125 by the elasticity of the spring 190. In this case, the button 110 and the rotary knock container 130 move upwards, so that the cosmetic contact part 142 returns to the interior of the upper cap 160.

Therefore, the one-touch operation of pushing the button 110 once makes the cosmetic contact part 142 be exposed downwards from the upper cap 160, thus allowing a user to apply makeup so that the user's hand is not stained with the cosmetics. After the user finishes applying makeup, the cosmetic contact part 142 can be simply retracted into the upper cap 160 by the one-touch operation of pushing the button 110 once again.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view illustrating a sponge type cosmetic applicator of a knock-type cosmetic vessel according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 8, the knock-type cosmetic vessel 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention uses the sponge type cosmetic applicator 140.

As shown in the drawing, when the lower container 180 and the upper cap 160 are turned in opposite directions shown by the arrows, the rim protrusion 164 which is force-fitted into the rim groove 181 is removed from the rim groove 181, so that the upper cap 160 may be separated from the lower container 180.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view illustrating a brush type cosmetic applicator of a knock-type cosmetic vessel according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 9, the knock-type cosmetic vessel 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention uses the brush type cosmetic applicator 140.

FIG. 10 is a side sectional view illustrating a knock-type cosmetic vessel according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 10, the knock-type cosmetic vessel 100 according to the third embodiment of the present invention includes a button 110, a stationary knock container 120, a rotary knock container 130, a cosmetic applicator 140, a spring support 150, an upper cap 160, an inner cap 170, a lower container 180 and a spring 190, similarly to the first embodiment.

The knock-type cosmetic vessel 100 according to the third embodiment of the present invention is constructed so that a mounting part 132 of the rotary knock container 130 is not formed to be concave inwards but is formed to be flat. A locking plate 143 is placed above the mounting part 132, and the cosmetic applicator 140 is placed below the mounting part 132. Locking protrusions 144, provided on the lower surface of the locking plate 143, are inserted into a plurality of holes (not shown) which are formed in the mounting part 132 and are connected to the upper surface of the cosmetic applicator 140. Since the remaining parts are equal to the parts of the first embodiment, a detailed description will be omitted.

As described above, the present invention provides a knock-type cosmetic vessel, in which a cosmetic contact part is extended downwards from an upper cap by a one-touch operation of pushing a button once, thus allowing a user to apply cosmetics of the cosmetic contact part to the user's face while the user is holding the upper cap with the hand, thus preventing the user's hand from being stained with the cosmetics when applying makeup, therefore improving the satisfaction of the user.

Further, the present invention provides a knock-type cosmetic vessel, in which a cosmetic contact part is simply retracted into an upper cap by a one-touch operation of pushing a button once again after makeup has been completed, and thereafter the upper cap is simply coupled to a lower container, thus making it easy to store the cosmetic vessel.
