Claims:
1. A zipper knob, comprising: a main body for zipping or unzipping; an inner decoration element surrounding the main body; an outer decoration element 30 formed of transparent or semi-transparent silicon material for surrounding the inner decoration element, wherein the outer decoration element is in different color from the inner decoration element; and a trademark display part formed on one side of the outer decoration element.

2. The zipper knob as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main body and the inner decoration element surrounding the main body are formed with at least one or more through-holes, through which silicon material for forming the outer decoration element is injected to form columns connecting both sides thereof.

Description:

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a zipper knob, in which a silicon label is formed outside the zipper knob to surround the zipper knob to identify its origin and improve touch and appearance of the zipper knob for the sake of users.

BACKGROUND ART

In general, labels are attached to products such as clothing, footwear, hats and caps, bags and the like by sewing or bonding, and represent manufacturers, brand names, origins, brand images, qualities, and the like. The labels are printed with various shapes, pictures, photographs and the like for decoration effect and exposed outside the products after coating.

Recently, there are tendencies to reveal trademarks via the zipper knobs for advertisement effect.

Previously, zipper knobs for clothing and bags are formed of metal materials or synthetic resin materials. In the case of the metal zipper knobs, the trademarks are formed in the labels by integral molding techniques such as engraving or embossing. In the meantime, the synthetic resin zipper knobs are formed in a dual structure by covering the zipper knobs with the synthetic resin materials further and forming the trademarks to the covering parts.

Also, the synthetic resin zipper knobs may be formed with the trademarks by the integral molding such as engraving or embossing, or printing.

The conventional metal zipper knobs as above have, however, a disadvantage that touch thereof is not pleasant when a user grasps the same by hand.

The synthetic resin zipper knobs using the synthetic resin cover, also have a disadvantage in its touch, because the cover is formed of a hard synthetic resin material, exhibiting hard touch. Further, a trademark represented on a surface of the cover is limited in its display.

Therefore, the conventional zipper knob may include decoration and design such as marks and phrases but limited in its touch, color and diversity in the design.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

Technical Problem

Therefore, the present invention is derived to resolve the above and any other disadvantages and drawbacks of the prior arts.

An object of the present invention is to provide a zipper knob formed with a silicon label surrounding an outside of the zipper knob to improve touch and appearance thereof for the sake of users.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a zipper knob which may express various phrases, design and color.

Still another object of the present invention is to provide a zipper knob to improve marketability and refinement of a product, to which the zipper knob is employed.

Technical Solution

In order to achieve the above objects of the present invention, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a zipper knob including a main body for zipping or unzipping,

an inner decoration element surrounding the main body of the zipper knob,

an outer decoration element formed of transparent or semi-transparent silicon in different color from the inner decoration element, and

a trademark display part formed on one surface of the outer decoration element.

Therefore, the zipper knob of the present invention may exhibit unique color out of three different color parts and improve visual effect of the display part for a trademark or advertisement.

Further, the zipper knob of the present invention is surrounded by the silicon element, improving its touch for users.

Conclusionally, the zipper knob of the present invention may improve the marketability and the refinement of products.

Advantageous Effects

According to the present invention as described hereinabove, the zipper knob may improve the touch thereof for the users by forming a label of the silicon material outside the zipper knob to surround the zipper knob and further upgrade the appearance and image of the product by the diversity in color and trademark display.

Further, the zipper knob may be protected for an elongated time by surrounding the same with the silicon material, thereby improving the durability of the product provided with the zipper knob.

Therefore, the zipper knob of the present invention is very useful for guaranteeing the marketability and competitiveness of the product from others.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view for showing a zipper knob according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, wherein the zipper knob is employed in clothing;

FIG. 2 is a partially taken cross-sectional view, in which a label is provided outside the zipper knob of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 3 is a side view of the zipper knob of the present invention, wherein the label surrounds an outside of the zipper knob.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

A main body 10 of the zipper knob is to zip or unzip a pair of zippers as being connected to a ring of a zipper holder 1, wherein the main body is usually formed by a metal material for keeping a proper strength.

The main body 10 of the zipper knob is, as shown in FIG. 2, formed with a hook at a side to be connected to the ring of the zipper holder 1 and a flat handle part at a side of the hook, wherein an inner decoration element 20 is surrounded by the handle part for decoration effect.

The inner decoration element 20 is formed of a synthetic resin material or silicon with relatively thin thickness and surrounds a periphery of the handle part.

An outer decoration element 30 is formed of transparent or semi-transparent silicon in different color from the inner decoration element 20 and surrounds the inner decoration element, wherein the handle part may be seen via the transparent or semi-transparent outer decoration element 30.

The silicon material may be selected freely in color and exhibits flexibility and smooth touch.

Therefore, the zipper knob further surrounded by the outer decoration element 30 formed of the silicon material may exhibit triple color from the color of the handle itself exposed to the ring part, the color of the outer decoration element 30 exposed outside the handle part, and the color of the inner decoration element 20 viewed dimly via the outer decoration element 30, when the zipper knob is seen from the outside as shown in FIG. 2.

A trademark display part 40 is formed to a surface of the outer decoration element 30.

The trademark display part 40 may be integrally formed with the main body 10 with the same material and in the same color by engraving or embossing. Preferably, the trademark display part 40 may be formed of the silicon material equal to the outer decoration element for the sake of distinguishment but in different color from the outer decoration element 30, and protruded from the surface of the outer decoration element 30, thereby exhibiting various visual effects.

In the meantime, the main body 10 and the inner decoration element 20 surrounding the main body 10 are preferably formed with at least one or more through-holes 11.

The through-holes 11 are to form columns 31 by injecting the silicon material when forming the outer decoration element 30, so that the columns serve to connect both sides thereof.

Therefore, the columns prevent the outer decoration element 30 or the inner decoration element 20 from deviation or movement when a user pulls up or down the zipper knob.

Although the foregoing description has been made with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that changes and modifications of the present invention may be made by the ordinary skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention and appended claims.
