BACKGROUND

1. Field

This application relates to toilet, specifically to such toilet which is used on portable restroom.

2. Prior Art

Unbelievably as of today, to use a portable restroom in construction sites, parks, and large gatherings and events, a human being is subject to a view of an enormous amount of disgusting human excrements in a pool of human urine, and is also subject to smell unpleasant odors and inhale harmful gases like carbon dioxide and methane generate from fermentation processes of human excrements and human urine taking place inside of waste holding tank. Because, a majority of portable restroom in use today is self-contained outhouse manufactured of molded plastic of straight drop kind of toilet consisting of a seat with a big hole in it on top of a waste holding tank, a human being defecate straight into a waste holding tank without a toilet bowl to hide direct view of inside of waste holding tank, and without plumbing system to water trap odors and gases from waste holding tank backing into the portable restroom.

There is portable restroom with rigid toilet bowl designed to hide direct view of inside of waste holding tank. However, this kind of portable toilet require large hole either on back or on side of rigid toilet bowl to flush out waste to holding tank. Therefore, a user is yet subject to unpleasant odors and inhale harmful gases from fermentation of human excrements and human urine. Also, this kind of portable restroom need hand pump or foot pump, hoses, and fresh water tank to be operational, but using hand pump installed toilet presents great difficulties for some users to operate, and is non-acceptable for many users for cleanliness reason, and foot pump installed portable restroom is not popular because foot pump is not easy equipment to operate for many users, and both hand pump and foot pump kind of portable restroom require fresh water to flush out waste, and fresh water tank takes up space of waste holding tank making hand pump or foot pump equipped portable restroom with diminished operational capacity, and having parts that can clog, leak, and break, add extra maintenance need and expenses. Also, hand pump or foot pump equipped portable restroom is not readily available in majority of equipment rental business and more expensive to rent.

There is also luxurious portable restroom that uses inner workings of the toilet similar to those in use in our home. But, need AC or DC electric power and majority is mounted on top of a trailer requiring particular terrain to be operational and very expensive to rent.

SUMMARY

One embodiment of the elastic toilet bowl is illustrated in FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 1, an elastic toilet bowl includes a ring 25; bowl 26; and a lip 27. In the preferred embodiment, the ring 25, bowl 26, and lip 27 is a rubber. However, the bowl 26 can consist of any other material with elasticity properties that can return quickly to its original state after being repeatedly stretched, such as rubber-like plastic, silicone, polyvinyl, various impregnated or laminated fibrous materials, various plasticized materials, etc.

At the underneath end of inside of ring 25 is a bowl 26 which terminates in lip 27. I presently contemplate for this embodiment that the bowl 26 has a circular shape for sitting position defecation and rectangular shape for squatting position defecation. However it can have different shape, such as oval, conical, triangular, etc., and made of a plurality of members.

At the end of bowl 26 is a lip 27. I presently contemplate for this embodiment that the lip 27 has a uniform cross section shape. However it can have different shape, such as cylindrical, rectangular, triangular, hexagonal etc., and different sizes.

Operation—FIGS. 16, 17, 18

As shown in FIG. 17, when bowl 26 is under stress by external weight it will rupture and members will stretch down and side way from original state FIG. 16 and gravity will pull out of the bowl straight down external weight and once external weight is removed bowl 26 will return quickly to its original state FIG. 18. This ability of elastic toilet bow to return quickly to its original state after being stretched also will deny any external weight to get attached to elastic toilet bowl surface.

FIGS. 20, 21, 22, 23

Another Embodiment

Another embodiment is shown in FIGS. 20, 21, 22, and 23; in this embodiment the elastic toilet bowl is of rectangular shape for squatting position defecation. Squatting position is position preferred and used by majority of human population to defecate. This embodiment comprises of a ring, bowl, and lip; and body of material is rubber or rubber like material.

Advantages

From the description above, a number of advantages of some embodiments of my elastic toilet bowl become evident:

(a) It permits the production of elastic toilet bowl in a variety of shape and sizes to be installed on toilet of any portable restroom in use in whole world.

(b) It permits mass production of elastic toilet bowl therefore it will be very cheap product to purchase.

(c) It permits use of any material with elasticity properties to produce elastic toilet bowl.

(d) It can be installed easily on any toilet of any portable restroom just by dropping it onto existing hole or by gluing or fastening or screwing, etc.

(e) It can be installed easily and cheaply by manufacturer of portable restroom without any modification of their product.

Accordingly, the reader will see that the elastic toilet bowl of the various embodiments can be used to seal unpleasant odors and harmful gases easily and cheaply and to hide repugnant view of inside of waste holding tank of portable restroom simply and conveniently.
