Abstract:
This invention discloses a type of mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtubs, which include inflatable tub body and electric appliance box; the inflatable tub body is installed with air ducts at the bottom of its inner wall; the electric appliance box is equipped with air pump system, filtering system, heating system and control system; among which the air pump system is linked to safety air pipes, the control panel is connected with the electric appliance box; the electric appliance box, control panel and safety air pipe are all installed inside the tub wall of inflatable tub body; there is a local protrusion at the top of inflatable tub body, such local protrusion is for accommodating the top part of safety air pipe. This invention integrates electric appliance box totally inside, i.e., all electric parts including the control panel and safety air pipe are totally installed on the tub wall inside inflatable tub body so that users do not need to install any part before usage, which facilitates easy usage and removes any possible hidden quality hazard that might occur during installation.

Claims:
1. A type of mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtubs, comprising a inflatable tub body and an electric appliance box; the said inflatable tub body is installed with at least one air duct at the bottom of its inner wall; the electric appliance box is equipped with an air pump system, an filtering system, an heating system and an control system; it has the following features: the air pump system is linked to a safety air pipe, a control panel is connected with the electric appliance box; the electric appliance box, control panel and safety air pipe are all set up inside the tub wall of inflatable tub body; there is a local protrusion at the top of inflatable tub body, which is used for accommodating the top part of the safety air pipe.

The mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub according to claim 1, wherein: the filtering system and heating system comprising a filter pump, a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a heating core; the filter pump is linked to the water inlet pipe on the one end, while the water inlet pipe is connected with the tub pool enclosed by the inflatable tub body; the filter pump is linked to the water outlet pipe via the heating core, the water outlet pipe is connected with the tub pool enclosed the inflatable tub body, thus forming a water circulation system.

A mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub according to claim 2, wherein the control system includes a circuit board, the exterior surface of the circuit board and the heating core are installed with temperature control and protection components; the circuit board is fixed inside the electric appliance box.

4. A mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub according to claim 3, wherein the circuit board is linked to the control panel through electric wire.

5. A mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub according to claim 1, wherein the air pump system includes an air pump and an air pipe; the air pump is linked to the air pipe, the outlet opening of the air pipe is fixed on the inner wall of the inflatable tub body, while the air pipe is connected with the air duct via the air outlet opening; the upper part of the air pump is linked to the safety air pipe.

6. A mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub according to claim 1, wherein the control panel is fastened onto the outer cover of the electric appliance box with screw or clasp structure.

7. A mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub according to claim 2, wherein the opening of said water inlet is installed with a filter cartridge.

8. A mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub according to claim 2, wherein at least one heating pipe is installed inside said heating core.

9. A mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub according to claim 1, wherein the control panel is mounted outside of the top of air safety pipe.

10. A mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub according to claim 1, wherein the control panel is mounted on the top side of the tub wall of inflatable tub body.

Description:

TECHNICAL FIELD

This new invention relates to a type of inflatable bathtubs, in particular it relates to a type of mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub.

BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY

As a new way of popular water massage leisure, mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub has been appreciated and accepted by the market owing to its fast dismantling property and low price. This type of mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub generally consists of inflatable tub body and the electric appliance box containing air pump system, filtering system, heating system and control system (including the control panel).

At present, mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtubs commonly found in the market features two structures, in one structure the electric appliance box is placed outside, as shown in FIG. 1, electric appliance box 111 is placed totally outside. Mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub in this structure must be installed before usage through the following procedures:

1. Connect and fasten air connector 112 on electric appliance box 111 with air duct connector 122 (used for generating bubbles) on air duct 121 fixed at the bottom of inner wall of inflatable tub body 120 (air duct connector 122 is inserted through and fastened on the outer wall of inflatable tub body 120);

2. Connect and fasten water outlet connector 113, water inlet connector 114 on electric appliance box 111 which are jointly used by filtering and heating system respectively onto pool water outlet pipe connector 123 and pool water inlet pipe connector 124 (123 &124 are inserted through and fastened onto the outer wall of inflatable tub body 120).

Furthermore, to ensure that the water will not flow into the air pump along air duct 121 when air pump is not operating, it is also necessary to set up safety air pipe, to make water detour to position higher than highest water level. For such inflatable bathtub with electric appliance box 111 totally outside, if electric appliance box 111 itself is high enough (higher than inflatable tub body 120), then it is not necessary to set up additional safety air pipes, but the height of electric appliance box 111 must be higher than inflatable tub body 120; if electric appliance box 111 itself is not high enough, then it is also necessary to set up safety air pipe at the side or top of electric appliance box 111 (not shown in the diagram), this further increases the volume of electric appliance box 111.

Inflatable bathtub in another structure features partial outside installation of the electric appliance box, shown as in FIG. 2, electric appliance box 221 is installed inside inflatable tub body 220. For inflatable bathtubs of this structure, the bubble-generating air duct 225 at the bottom of inner wall of inflatable tub body 220 directly joins with air connector on electric appliance box 221 (air connector is inserted through the inner wall of inflatable tub body 220, not shown in the diagram); water inlet and outlet openings are also deployed on the inner wall of electric appliance box 221 (water inlet and outlet openings pass through the inner wall of inflatable tub body 220, also not shown in the diagram). Therefore, it is not necessary to connect air connector with water inlet outlet connector by oneself before usage.

However, for inflatable bathtub of this structure, since electric appliance box 221 is mounted inside inflatable tub body 220, its height is certainly less than that of inflatable tub body 220, therefore it is necessary to set up extra safety air pipe 210 outside inflatable tub body 220, along with its control panel 211 and cloth cover 215 for protecting these two parts. As a result, before usage the user still needs to make necessary installation, i.e. to connect and fasten two air pipe connectors 212 and 213 of safety air pipe 210 respectively onto air duct connector 222 and 223 which extend from electric appliance box 221; and also to connect plug 214 of control panel 211 with socket 224 of electric appliance box 221.

The defects of mobile bubble massage bathtub in these two structures are:

1. In both cases users must install the bathtub before usage, which will not only bring inconvenience to usage, but also cause some hidden quality hazards owing to unskillful installation;

2. Product packaging is complicated, separate parts must be packed independently before being uniformly packaged into the whole packaging box, resulting in large packaging dimension, high transport and warehousing costs.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

This new practical model aims to solve the technical problem of providing a type of mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtubs whose electric appliance box and safety air pipe are totally installed inside the inflatable bathtub.

To resolve the above technical problems, mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub in this invention proposes the following technical solution:

Including the inflatable tub body, electric appliance box; the said inflatable tub body is installed with air ducts at the bottom of its inner wall; the electric appliance box is installed with air pump system, filtering system, heating system and control system; among which the air pump system is linked to safety air pipes, there is control panel fitted outside the electric appliance box; electric appliance box, control panel and safety air pipe are all installed inside the tub wall of inflatable tub body; there is a local protrusion at the top of inflatable tub body, such local protrusion is for accommodating the top part of safety air pipe.

The filtering system and heating system include filter pump, water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe and heating core; one end of filter pump is linked to water inlet pipe, which is connected with the water pool enclosed by inflatable tub body; filter pump is linked to water outlet pipe via heating core, while the water outlet pipe is connected with water pool enclosed by inflatable tub body, thus forming a water circulation system.

The control system includes circuit board, temperature control and protection components installed on the exterior surface of circuit board and the heating core. The circuit board is fastened inside the electric appliance box. The circuit board is linked to the control panel through wire.

The air pump system includes an air pump and an air pipe interconnected with each other, the air outlet opening of the air pipe is fastened onto the inner wall of the inflatable tub body, while the air pipe is connected with the air duct through air outlet opening; with the upper part of air pump linked to the safety air pipe.

This invention can achieve the following technical effects:

It's equipped with local protrusion at the top of inflatable tub body so as to keep the top of safety air pipe higher than the water level of inflatable tub body; therefore, water will not flow into the air pump along the air duct.

The electric appliance box is installed totally inside, i.e. all the electric parts including the control panel and safety air pipes are installed inside the wall of inflatable tub body; as a result it is not necessary to install anything before usage, which facilitates easy usage and removes any possible hidden quality hazard that might occur during installation.

This new invention simplifies product packaging, reduces product cost and saves packaging, transport and storage costs.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

As shown in FIG. 3, mobile inflatable bubble massage bathtub in this invention includes inflatable tub body 310, electric appliance box 322.

Inflatable tub body 310 is in a round inflatable structure, at the bottom of its inner wall there are high frequency welded air ducts for generating bubbles. Inside the electric appliance box 322 there are air pump system, filtering system, heating system and control system, air pump system inside electric appliance box 322 is linked to safety air pipe 320, and control panel 321 is connected with electric appliance box 322 through electric wire. At he top of inflatable tub body 310 there is local protrusion 323, which is used for accommodating the top of safety air pipe 320 so as to keep the top part of safety air pipe 320 higher than the water level of inflatable tub body 310, but safety air pipe 320 is still wrapped up by wall of inflatable tub body 310 fitted with local protrusion 323.

Electric appliance box 322, control panel 321 and safety air pipe 320 are all installed inside the tub wall of inflatable tub body 310.

Control panel 321 may be mounted outside the electric appliance box 322 or on the top of safety air pipe 320. It is better if control panel 321 is mounted on the top side of the tub wall of the inflatable tub body 310, and stick to the out side of inflatable tub body 310.

As shown in FIG. 4, the filtering system and heating system include filter pump 414, water inlet pipe 416, water outlet pipe 417, heating core 413; one end of filter pump 414 is linked to water inlet pipe 416, water inlet pipe 416 is connected with water pool enclosed by inflatable tub body 310; filter pump 414 is linked to water outlet pipe 417 via heating core 413, water outlet pipe 417 is connected with water pool enclosed by inflatable tub body 310, thereby forming a water circulation system.

A filter cartridge is installed at the water inlet opening of water inlet pipe 416 (not shown in the diagram); inside heating core 413 there is a heating pipe.

During usage, water inside inflatable tub body 310 is filtered through the filter cartridge at water inlet opening, then absorbed into filter pump 414 through water inlet pipe 416 and later to heating core 413, heating pipes inside heating core 413 can heat up the water, the heated water then flows back to tub through water outlet pipe 417. In this way, the water inside the tub is both filtered and heated during the circulation process.

Control system includes circuit board 418, temperature control and protection components installed on the outer surface of circuit board 418 and heating core 413 for the purpose of tub water temperature control and safety protection. Circuit board 418 is fastened inside electric appliance box 322 with screw.

Circuit board 418 is connected with control panel 321 outside electric appliance box 322 through wire 419. Control panel 321 is fastened with screw or joined through clasp with exterior cover of electric appliance box 322. Control panel 321 is used for function display and button operation.

Air pump system of electric appliance box 322 includes air pump 411, air pipe 412; air pump 411 is linked to air pipe 412, air outlet opening 415 of air pipe 412 is fastened onto inner wall of inflatable tub body 310, air pipe 412 is connected with air duct set up at the bottom of inner wall of inflatable tub body 310 via air outlet opening 415. Safety air pipe 320 is installed on top of air pump 411.

During usage, air pump 411 absorbs air from the bottom of electric appliance box 322, the air respectively passes safety air pipe 320 and air pipe 412 and then passes air outlet opening 415, enters air duct, so as to form air circulation.

This invention is equipped with local protrusion 323 on top of inflatable tub body 310 so as to keep the top of safety air pipe 320 higher than the water level of inflatable tub body 310, therefore water will not flow into air pump 411 along air duct.

The electric appliance box is installed totally inside, i.e., all electric parts including control panel 321 and safety air pipe 320 are installed inside the wall of inflatable tub body; as a result it is not necessary to install anything before usage, which facilitates easy usage and removes any possible hidden quality hazard that might occur during installation.

This invention simplifies product packaging, reduces product cost and saves packaging, transport and storage costs.
