After that the device will work properly by pressing the Push-Button.

Installed next to the extra cartridge with toothpaste a buyer removes the empty cartridge, install new and provides the above action.

For refills the old cartridge is flushed with water, thereby the piston slips out and at the same time the cartridge washes, then in the lower end installs the piston, the upper end installs a universal collar # 10 and the other end of the collar the throat of tube with toothpaste. Then by pressing on the tube with paste the cartridge is filled out. Then the cartridge connects with pump and provides the above action and the toothbrush will be ready for use.

How to work the pump? When the chamber of the pump is filled with toothpaste, by pressing on the Push-Button the inlet valves is hermetically shut and do not give part of the paste to return in to the cartridge. Thereby provides sufficient pressure in the chamber to open an outlet valve and toothpaste is stamping on the surface of the bristles through an aperture between the bristles. Upon withdrawing of the external pressure the push-button with bulge returns to the initial position, thus in the chamber creates a vacuum, (a negative pressure) the outlet valves are closed and the inlet is opened, and a new portion of toothpaste is absorbed in the chamber and the piston slides upwards behind the toothpaste, also owing to niches with openings that comprise toothpaste.
