DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown, a successively manufactured jewel holding claw A according to one embodiment of the present invention has a structure shaped like a strand, which is successively manufactured in such a manner that a plurality of jewel holding pieces 1 and circular ring connecting parts 2 are repeatedly connected with each other, the jewel holding pieces 1 being successively formed in such a manner that they are spaced a predetermined interval from each other, and the circular ring connecting part 2 being formed between the jewel holding pieces 1 spaced from each other.

In the present invention, each jewel holding piece 1 of the jewel holding claw A is in a lozenge-shape extending in up and down directions. However, the shape of the jewel holding piece isn't limited to this shape. Therefore, as show in FIGS. 4a, 4b, and 4c, the shape of the jewel holding piece can be an oval shape or a hexagonal shape extending in up and down directions. Also, although it is illustrated in the present embodiment that two circular ring connecting parts 2 formed adjacent to each jewel holding piece 1 are connected with each other, the number of the circular ring connecting parts isn't limited to this. Therefore, the number of the circular ring connecting parts can be 1 or 3 to 5.

As shown in FIG, 2, the jewel holding piece 1 is formed in a shape curved upward so that the jewel holding piece 1 can be easily bent when a jewel is held.

The circular ring connecting part 2 of jewel holding claw A is formed in a circular ring-shape having a holding hole 21 extending therethrough. However, the shape of the circular ring connecting part isn't limited to this shape, and can be formed in a lozenge-shape or a rectangular shape, which has a holding hole 21 extending therethrough.

After preparing a jewel 3 to be held, the successively manufactured jewel holding claw A according to the present invention, which has such a structure, is cut to a length corresponding to a measured total length of an outline of the jewel. The jewel holding claw A surrounds the outline of the jewel, and the jewel holding pieces are bent so as to allow the jewel to be fixedly held by the jewel holding claw A. Also, a wire 4, which is made from material equal to material of the jewel holding claw A, is connected with each holding hole of circular ring connecting parts 2 formed at both separate ends of the jewel holding claw A, which are adjacent to each other, and a holding ring 41 is formed by twisting the wire 4. Accordingly, a jewel assembly B is completely manufactured.
