Title:
Radiator-fan with Integral Plastic Molding Magnetic Loop for Energy Saving
Kind Code:
A1

Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a radiator-fan with integral plastic molding magnetic loop for energy saving comprising a pedestal and a blades assembly. Wherein, the pedestal has a newel for permitting an oiliness bearing and a bearing to mount therein and a PCB and a coil stator to surround it. Additionally, the blade assembly comprises a fan blade module, a plastic molding magnetic loop and an axle center disposed inside the blade module. Accordingly, the plastic molding magnetic loop substantially substitutes for the conventional rubber magnetic ring and magnetic frame unit and integrates the axle center into the fan blade module via the balance-free technique, thereby generating the integral blade assembly, which thus directly assembles with the pedestal. Therefore, the integral formation of the present invention enhances the quality and productivity, provides a higher stability of the product, and decreases the costs by streamlining components.

Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a radiator-fan especially applied to computers, in particular to a radiator-fan with integral plastic molding magnetic loop for energy saving.

2. Description of the Related Art

Since the fan for energy saving is presented to the public, the conventional radiator-fan shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 mainly comprises a pedestal 1′ to confine the dimension of the fan and a blade assembly mounting to the pedestal 1′. To make up the integral pedestal 1′; first, press an oil-retaining bearing 2′ into a newel 11′, of the pedestal 1′, install a plastic loop 3′ and a bearing 4′ into the newel 11′ in sequence, assemble a PCB 20′ to the newel 11′, and finally mount a coil stator 51′ on the newel 11′ that consists of an upper insulator 51′, silicon steel flake 52′, and a lower insulator 53′.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, to assemble the integral blade assembly; first, push a rubber magnetic ring 6′ into a standardized magnetic frame 7′ and magnetize the magnetic frame 7′ with high voltage. After proceeding the Gauss inspection, install the magnetic frame 7′ into a blade module 8′, where an axle 10′ is positioned, and amend the balance of the blades 81′ until the problem of the interior tremble is solved.

Thereafter, put an O-shaped loop 9′ and sequentially insert the bearing 4′, plastic loop 3′, and bearing 2′ into the integral blade assembly to constitute a finished fan radiator.

Nevertheless, the assembly between the rubber magnetic ring 6′, magnetic frame 7′, and blade module 8′ requires complex equipments, for instance of the punching machines, punching apparatuses, high voltage magnetizing equipment, magnetizing devices, balancing instrument, and etc. Further, the whole procedure for making the fan is artificial processing; therefore, the quality of the fan is unsteady and the probability of repeated overworking is high, which however results in a shortage of fan blade module. Consequently, the conventional fan requires complicated processes, wastes human resources and costs, and decreases the productivity, thus needs improvement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to provide a radiator-fan with integral plastic molding magnetic loop for energy saving to lower costs, stabilize the quality of the product, and promote the productivity.

The radiator-fan in accordance with the present invention mainly provides with a pedestal, a blade assembly, an oiliness bearing, a bearing, a PCB, and a coil stator. Wherein, the oiliness bearing and the bearing are disposed in a newel of the pedestal in order, and the PCB and coil stator are installed on the newel in sequence. Still, the blade assembly comprises integrally of a fan blade module with a blade base, a plastic molding magnetic loop, and an axle center. The plastic magnetic loop surrounds the inner wall of the blade base, and the axle center, positioned in the center of the blade base, sequentially inserts into the oiliness bearing and the bearing. With above components, the plastic molding magnetic loop replaces the conventional rubber magnetic ring and magnetic frame unit, namely applying the plastic molding magnetic loop to integrate with the fan blade module by a balance-free technique. Therefore, the balance amendment is accordingly omitted, and the components and equipments of the blade module assembly are simplified. Further, the present invention only needs to mold the plastic molding magnetic loop and integrates it with the fan blade module to accomplish the integral blade assembly that can directly assemble to the pedestal, which hence assists in increasing the quality and productivity, achieving a higher stability of the product, and lowering the costs by streamlining components and resources.

The advantages of the present invention over the known prior arts will become more apparent to those of ordinary skilled in the art by reading the following descriptions with relating drawings.
