The wired electric sex toy can provide various operating modes in conjunction with the multi-function voice controlled device and the wired detecting device. The operating modes may be a mode of changing a speed directly according to a level of an input voice, a mode operating according to a specific frequency band, a mode operating according to a specific interval voice, a mode controlled according to an external lamp brightness, a mode controlled according to a physiological signal of a user, and a fixed variation control mode. Thus, the invention can effectively add the fun and also satisfy the requirement of the user.

Claims:
What is claimed is:

1. A multi-function voice controlled electric sex toy assembly, comprising: a multi-function voice controlled device for providing a plurality of operation modes according to an external audio signal or a build-in audio signal; a detecting device for detecting environment and biometrics signals, and transmitting the environment and biometrics signals to the multi-function voice controlled device so that the multi-function voice controlled device provides the operation modes according to a physiological signal of a user; and an electric sex toy for receiving a driving signal of the multi-function voice controlled device and generating operation variations corresponding to the operation modes.

The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the multi-function voice controlled device further comprises an input port, an output port, an audio input unit, a build-in pronunciation module, an audio mixer, an audio amplifier, a volume tone quality control unit, a mode selecting circuit, a signal processing circuit, an audio analyzer circuit, an audio type data table, an electric exercise-mode data table, an electric driving circuit, an output level control unit and a power circuit.

The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the operation modes includes a mode in which a speed is changed directly according to a level of an input voice, a mode operating according to a specific frequency band, a mode operating according to a specific interval voice, a mode controlled according to an external lamp brightness, a mode controlled according to the physiological signal of the user and a fixed variation control mode.

4. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the external audio signal comes from an external video-audio storage medium comprising a DVD, a VCD, a CD, a MP3, a PC or an IPOD.

5. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the detected environment signal comprises a brightness of a lamp around the user.

6. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the detected biometrics signals comprise reactions of heartbeat, breath and a body temperature of the user.

7. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the detecting device and the electric sex toy are a wired detecting device and a wired electric sex toy, respectively.

8. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the detecting device and the electric sex toy are a wireless detecting device and a wireless electric sex toy, respectively.

Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(1) Field of the Invention

The invention relates to an improved electric sex toy assembly, and more particularly to a multi-function voice controlled electric sex toy assembly having an operation mode controlled according to an audio signal inputted from an external video-audio storage medium, and a physiological reaction of a user.

(2) Description of the Prior Art

The conception of the sexual self-determination of the modern human beings is getting more and more open, so the development of the auxiliary product is correspondingly prompted. For example, the sex toys, such as massagers, massage bars and condoms which are often available in the market, are used by the males or females and classified into electric and non-electric toys. The electric sex toy is particularly popularized, so more and more manufacturers have invested in the research and development to earn the high profit in the market.

According to associated issued patent publications, it is easily found that the development of the sex toy is getting quicker and quicker, and more and more persons can accept the sex products. Thus, the functional variations in the electric and non-electric toys cannot satisfy the diversified sexual requirements of the users. Thus, it is an important motivation of the research and development to provide a sex toy assembly, which is new and fanciful and has more used modes.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a multi-function voice controlled electric sex toy assembly capable of converting an audio signal, which is provided by an external video-audio storage medium or a build-in pronunciation module, and the physiological reaction data, which is acquired from the user, into a signal to achieve the effect of controlling the real-time or fixed operation mode of the electric sex toy.

The invention achieves the above-identified object by providing a multi-function voice controlled electric sex toy assembly including a multi-function voice controlled device, a wired detecting device and a wired electric sex toy. The multi-function voice controlled device particularly includes an input port, an output port, an audio input unit, a build-in pronunciation module, an audio mixer, an audio amplifier, a volume tone quality control unit, a mode selecting circuit, a signal processing circuit, an audio analyzer circuit, an audio type data table, an electric exercise-mode data table, an electric driving circuit and an output level control unit, and can provide various operation modes in conjunction with the wired detecting device. The operation modes may be a mode in which the speed is changed directly according to the level of the input voice, a mode operating according to a specific frequency band, a mode operating according to a specific interval voice, a mode controlled according to an external lamp brightness, a mode controlled according to a physiological signal of a user and a fixed variation control mode. Thus, the wired electric sex toy having many operation variations can be different from the typical electric sex toy having the default fixed operation mode so as to satisfy the diversified sexual requirements effectively and to add the fun.

The multi-function voice controlled electric sex toy assembly of the invention may also be implemented in a wireless manner. In this case, the multi-function voice controlled device further has a wireless signal receiving module and a wireless signal transmitting module, and is used in conjunction with a wireless detecting device and a wireless electric sex toy. Consequently, the above-mentioned effect can be achieved and the restriction of the wires can be eliminated.

Further aspects, objects, and desirable features of the invention will be better understood from the detailed description and drawings that follow in which various embodiments of the disclosed invention are illustrated by way of examples.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The multi-function voice controlled electric sex toy assembly according to the invention includes a multi-function voice controlled device 1, a wired detecting device 2 and a wired electric sex toy 3. The multi-function voice controlled device 1 has an input port J1, which is to be connected to the wired detecting device 2 and receives and transmits signals in a wired manner, and an output port J2, which is to be connected to the wired electric sex toy 3 and transmits the signals to the wired electric sex toy 3 in the wired manner to enable the wired electric sex toy 3 to generate the corresponding operations. The wired detecting device 2 is a detector for detecting environment and biometrics signals and can detect the physiological reactions of the user, such as the brightness of the lamp around the user and the heartbeat, the body temperature and the breath of the user, and convert the physiological reactions into electric signals.

FIG. 1 is a circuit block diagram showing a multi-function voice controlled electric sex toy assembly according to a preferred embodiment of the invention. The multi-function voice controlled device 1 includes an audio input unit A1, a build-in pronunciation module A2, an audio mixer A3, an audio amplifier A4, a volume tone quality control unit A5, a mode selecting circuit A6, a signal processing circuit A7, an audio analyzer circuit A8, an electric exercise-mode data table A10, an electric driving circuit A12, an output level control unit A13 and a power circuit A15.

The audio input unit A1 receives data coming from an external video-audio storage medium and may be implemented as a 3.5-mm circular plug, a RCA plug or a sounder connector to be connected to a video-audio apparatus, such as the DVD, VCD, CD, MP3, PC or IPOD apparatus.

The build-in pronunciation module A2 provides the default audio signal in the device when no external video/audio signal is inputted. When an input signal is outputted from the external video-audio storage medium to the build-in pronunciation module A2, the default audio signal is discarded or disabled, and a switch SW1 is turned on.

The audio mixer A3 combines two or more than two input audio signals into one mixed output audio signal.

The audio amplifier A4 amplifies the mixed output audio signal and is connected to the audio mixer A3 through a switch SW2. When the switch SW2 is turned on, the power of the audio signal outputted from the audio mixer A3 is amplified by the audio amplifier A4, and then the amplified audio signal is outputted through an earphone socket A17 or a sounder set of the left and right speakers (SPL, SPR).

The volume tone quality control unit A5 controls the tone quality and the volume of the mixed output audio signal.

The mode selecting circuit A6 provides various default control modes and selects one of the default control modes for operation. The modes includes a mode in which a speed is changed directly according to a level of an input voice, a mode operating according to a specific frequency band, a mode operating according to a specific interval voice, a mode controlled according to an external lamp brightness, a mode controlled according to the physiological signal of the user and a fixed variation control mode.

The signal processing circuit A7 receives the electric signal outputted from the wired detecting device 2 and converts the electric signal into a low frequency voltage which can be easily computed.

The audio analyzer circuit A8 analyzes the intensity, the frequency band, the interval and the control mode of the inputted audio signal and compares the analyzed result with the corresponding module signals pre-stored in an audio type data table A9 so that one of the module signals is selected.

The electric exercise-mode data table A10 has stored the module data corresponding to the electric exercise, and the module data together with the selected module signal are transmitted to the electric driving circuit A12.

The electric driving circuit A12 drives the wired electric sex toy 3 to generate the corresponding operation variations.

The output level control unit A13 adjusts the intensity of the driving signal of the wired electric sex toy 3.

The power circuit A15 provides the electric power for the audio input unit A1 and a wireless signal transmitting module A14.

The multi-function voice controlled electric sex toy assembly may be used in two conditions.

In the first condition, when no wired electric sex toy 3 is connected to the multi-function voice controlled device 1, the multi-function voice controlled device 1 may serve as an indoor sounder apparatus, such as a bedhead sounder, for outputting the audio signals, which are build-in signals or external signals coming from various analog video-audio storage media (e.g., DVD, VCD, CD, MP3, PC and IPOD), through earphones or speakers. Consequently, it is possible to prevent others from recognizing the usage of the multi-function voice controlled device 1 and thus to prevent the embarrassed occasion.

In the second condition, when the multi-function voice controlled device 1 is connected to the wired electric sex toy 3, the user first selects to use the external video-audio storage medium (e.g., DVD, VCD, CD, MP3, PC or IPOD) and the build-in pronunciation module A2. After the audio amplifier A4 amplifies the power of the audio signal, the amplified audio signal is outputted to the earphones or speakers through the earphone socket A17. On the other hand, the audio signal enters the audio analyzer circuit A8 through the mode selecting circuit A6 which determines which mode has to be used. The audio analyzer circuit A8 analyzes the intensity, the frequency band, the interval and the control mode of the inputted audio signal and compares the analyzed result with the corresponding module signals pre-stored in the audio type data table A9 so that one of the module signals is selected.

The corresponding program pre-stored in the electric exercise-mode data table A10 and the selected module signal are transmitted to the electric driving circuit A12, which drives the wired electric sex toy 3 to generate the corresponding operations. In use, the wired detecting device 2 may be used in conjunction with the multi-function voice controlled device 1 and worn on the body to detect the data such as the heartbeat, the breath and the body temperature corresponding to the physiological reactions of the user. Then, the signal processing circuit A7 converts the data into the low frequency voltage, which may be easily computed, and then various driving mode signals are generated according to the audio type data table A9 such that the wired electric sex toy 3 generates the effect of the real-time operation variations.

FIG. 2 is a circuit block diagram of a multi-function voice controlled electric sex toy assembly according to another embodiment of the invention. The disclosed multi-function voice controlled device 1 is used in conjunction with a wireless detecting device 4 and a wireless electric sex toy 5. More particularly, the multi-function voice controlled device 1 further includes a wireless signal receiving module A11 for receiving the signal transmitted from the wireless detecting device 4, and a wireless signal transmitting module A14 for transmitting the driving signal to the wireless electric sex toy 5 in a wireless manner to make the wireless electric sex toy 5 generate the corresponding operations. In addition to the biometrics signal detector, the wireless detecting device 4 further has a power source and a wireless transmitting module. The wireless electric sex toy 5 is composed of a battery circuit, an electric device, an amplifier circuit, an intensity control unit, a fixed mode unit and a wireless receiver. The wireless electric sex toy 5 is controlled and the micro driving signals received through the wireless receiver are amplified by the amplifier circuit to reach the power capable of driving the electric device to operate. Of course, fixed modes may also be selected when no wireless control is adopted.

In use, the operations of the multi-function voice controlled device 1 are almost the same as those mentioned hereinabove. However, when the user wears the wireless detecting device 4, the wireless detecting device 4 can detect the data including the heartbeat, the breath and the body temperature of the user, and transmit the signal to the signal processing circuit A7 in a wireless manner for conversion. Then, the signal is processed to drive the wireless electric sex toy 5. Due to the adopted wireless design, the restriction of the wires may be eliminated.

In summary, the multi-function voice controlled electric sex toy assembly can control the electric sex toy to operate in a real-time operation mode or a fixed operation mode according to the audio signal, which comes from the external video-audio storage medium or the build-in pronunciation module, in conjunction with the signal, which is generated by converting the acquired physiological reaction data of the user. This design is different from the conventional sex toy, which is only operated in a single fixed mode. So, the invention may have the fancier variation and have the richer sexual effect.

New characteristics and advantages of the invention covered by this document have been set forth in the foregoing description. It is to be expressly understood, however, that the drawings are for the purpose of illustration only and are not intended as a definition of the limits of the invention. Changes in methods, shapes, structures or devices may be made in details without exceeding the scope of the invention by those who are skilled in the art. The scope of the invention is, of course, defined in the language in which the appended claims are expressed.
