Abstract:
A tent with improved structure is disclosed. The present invention includes a tent body with several covering portions, several sleeve pipes disposed among the covering portions, an opening disposed in one of the covering portions and a supporting structure with a connecting portion comprises a main encapsulation and several complementary encapsulations. The encapsulations are worn through the sleeve pipes, and every complementary encapsulation comprises an opening end and a closing end. The opening ends of the complementary encapsulations are connected respectively to the connecting portion of the main encapsulation, wherein6 an air hole is disposed in one of the encapsulations. A sleeve bag is combined from a plurality of sleeve tubes and it is utilized to slide onto the supporting structure, the connecting portion of the main encapsulation and the complementary encapsulations in order to increase the reliability and toughness of the connecting portions of the tent structure.

Claims:
What is claimed is:

1. A tent with improved structure, comprising: a tent body, wherein the tent body includes a plurality of covering portions, a plurality of sleeve pipes disposed among the covering portions, and one of the surfaces of the covering portions having an opening; a supporting structure, wherein the supporting structure includes a main encapsulation and a plurality of complementary encapsulations, wherein the main encapsulation formed a rectangular-shaped structure and comprises a connecting portion with hollow centre, the complementary encapsulations include two ends: one opening end and one closing end of every complementary encapsulation, the opening end of each encapsulation is connected to the connecting portion of the main encapsulation, and an air hole is disposed in one of the complementary encapsulations; and a sleeve bag, wherein the sleeve bag is utilized to slide onto the connecting portion of the main encapsulation and the complementary encapsulations.

2. The tent with improved structure according to claim 1, wherein the complementary encapsulations are formed into a shape of bar-like structure.

3. The tent with improved structure according to claim 1, wherein a connecting unit is provided in the sleeve pipes, the connecting unit comprises a protruding portion connecting to the sleeve pipes and at least one substrate, which is used to cover onto connecting portions between the complementary encapsulations and the connecting portion of the main encapsulation.

4. The tent with improved structure according to claim 1, wherein the sleeve bag is integrated from a plurality of sleeve tubes connected together.

5. The tent with improved structure according to claim 4, wherein each of the sleeve tubes is provided at a predetermined position with a bonding unit.

6. The tent with improved structure according to claim 1, wherein each of the main encapsulation and the complementary encapsulations of the supporting structure is reinforced with a reinforcing member.

7. The tent with improved structure according to claim 6, wherein the reinforcing member is provided at a predetermined position with a bonding unit.

Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

The present invention generally relates to a tent with an improved structure, and more particularly to an improved tent, which is more secure and impact-resistant use, and is easy to assemble, collect and carry.

2. Description of the Related Art

The conventional tent uses several holders with stable shapes, ropes, and metal or plastic nails to assemble the unit.

A large amount of time is normally required to assemble a conventional tent. The conventional tent generally utilizes hard material that is needed to use in the holder, such as metal holder, wood holder or carbon fiber holder to stable the tent, but those materials are usually easy to break apart. When those materials are damaged or broken, the user of the tent can be harm easily, as a result, the safety of tent is lessened, the transportation of the tent becomes difficult, and the wind-resistance of the tent is decreased. Most of the conventional tents use a holder to be the main structure to support the tent. If the holder is needed to connect the tent clothes, specific techniques are required during assembly. The assembly location of the tent is also needed to be considered, the sudden wind force or a windy condition will result difficulty in connecting the holder and the tent clothes. Since the size of the carry bag is restricted for the purpose of transportation, the components of the holder of the conventional tent are designed to be disassemble or assemble, a large amount of time is required to assemble or disassemble the conventional tent. In addition, some parts of the holder are required to be tied by a rope, a running knot is commonly used to tie the rope of the tent because the running knot is easy to be loosen. Although the running knot is useful to set up the tent, but the weather condition is unpredictable, such as the direction of the wind or the timing of wind, these factors can result the rope be unfastened easily. In this condition, if a large tent is required by the user, the holder, the tent clothes, the ropes and the metal or plastic nails would be longer in sizes. It will make the tent inconvenient to assemble, collect and carry.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention provides a tent with security and impact-resistance, which is operated in coordination with a supporting structure and an assembled unit that are easy to assemble, collect and carry.

In order to achieve the object describe above, a tent with an improved structure is disclosed in the present invention. The present invention includes a tent body with several covering portions, several sleeves pipes disposed among the covering portions, an opening disposed in one of the covering portions, and a supporting structure with a connecting portion comprises a main encapsulation and several complementary encapsulations. The encapsulations are worn through the sleeve pipes, and every complementary encapsulation comprises an opening end and a closing end. The opening ends of the complementary encapsulations are connected respectively to the connecting portion of the main encapsulation, wherein an air hole is disposed in one of the encapsulations. A sleeve bag is combined from a plurality of sleeve tubes and it is utilized to slide onto the supporting structure, the connecting portion of the main encapsulation and the complementary encapsulations in order to increase the reliability and toughness of the connecting portions of the tent structure.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention provides an unique tent with improved structure that can easily be assembled, collected and carried, high efficiency of setting the tent can be achieved.

Now referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a 3 Dimensional view of a supporting structure and a sleeve bag of an improved tent structure in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention and a cross-sectional view of the connecting portion of the supporting structure of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the present invention provides a tent with an improved structure, wherein the tent includes a tent body 1, a supporting structure 2 and a sleeve bag 3. The present invention provides an improved tent structure with a specific design that makes the tent to be more secure, and consist of impact-resistant while using, and the efficiency of easily being assembled, collected and carried can be achieved.

The tent body 1 described above includes several covering portions 11, several sleeve pipes 12 disposed among the covering portions 11 and an opening 111 disposed in one of the covering portions 11.

The supporting structure 2 includes a main encapsulation 21 and several complementary encapsulations 22, wherein the main encapsulation 21 is formed a rectangular-shaped structure and comprises a connecting portion 211 with hollow in the centre and blocked ends. Every complementary encapsulation 22 is configured into a bar-like shape, an opening end 221 and a closing end 222 are provided respectively on both ends of every complementary encapsulation 22. The opening end 221 of the complementary encapsulation 22 is connected to the connecting portion 211 of the main encapsulation 21. An air hole 23 is disposed in one of the complementary encapsulations 22.

The sleeve bag 3 is combined from a plurality of sleeve tubes 31 as shown in FIG. 1, wherein those sleeve tubes 31 are connected to each other. The sleeve bag 3 is utilized to slide onto the supporting structure 2, the connecting portion 211 of the main encapsulation 21 and the complementary encapsulations 22 such that to increase the reliability and toughness of the connecting portions of the tent structure.

Please refer to FIG. 5 that is a 3D view showing the supporting structure 2, the sleeve bag 3, and a plurality of reinforcing members 5 included in the present invention. For the purpose of enhancing the durability and reliability of the main encapsulation 21 and the complementary encapsulations 22, the present invention may also include a plurality of reinforcing members 5 in a number corresponding to the total number of the main and complementary encapsulations 21, 22. Each of the reinforcing members 5 is in the form of a long sleeve having an open end provided with a bonding unit 51 and a closed end, so as to define a receiving space therein. The receiving space in the reinforcing member 5 has a size corresponding to the size of the main and complementary encapsulations 21, 22. Meanwhile, each of the sleeve tubes 31 of the sleeve bag 3 is also provided with a bonding unit 32 corresponding to the bonding units 51. When the sleeve tubes 31 of the sleeve bag 3 have been slid onto the opening ends of the complementary encapsulations 22 for connecting to the connecting portion 211 of the main encapsulation 21, the reinforcing members 5 are further put onto the encapsulations 21, 22 with the bonding units 51 adhered to the bonding units 32.

Furthermore, a connecting unit 4 is provided in the improved tent structure of the present invention. The connecting unit 4 comprises at least one substrate 41 which is used to cover onto the connecting portions between the complementary encapsulations 22 and the connecting portion 211 of the main encapsulation 21, and a protruding portion 42 connecting to the sleeve pipes 12. An improved structure of tent is thus provided to increase the reliability of the tent structure. FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 illustrate a 3 Dimensional assembly view of integrating the top portion of the improved tent structure and a 3 Dimensional view of an assembled tent structure of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, during an assembly process, each of the complementary encapsulations 22 of the supporting structure 2 and the connecting portion 211 of the main encapsulation 21 are firstly slid into the sleeve bag 3, and then slid respectively into the sleeve pipes 12 of the tent body 1. An air hole 23 in one of the complementary encapsulations 22 is utilized to fill up with air via an aerator. The air is blown into the main encapsulation 21 of the supporting structure 2 and every complementary encapsulation 22 to fill up the tent structure and generate supporting strength to the tent structure. Thus, the tent body 1 can be opened up quickly through the aerator into a tent-shaped structure. In order to stabilize the tent structure, the substrate 41 of the connecting unit 4 is integrated onto connecting parts of every complementary encapsulation 22 connecting to the connecting portion 211 of the main encapsulation 21. The protruding portion 42 of the connecting unit 4 is connected firmly with the sleeve pipes 12. Therefore, the tent is assembled completely and the user is able to use the assembled tent.

During a disassembly process, the air hole 23 is opened up to release the air in the supporting structure 2. The supporting structure 2 is deflated, and the sleeve pipes 12 can be taken away from the tent body 1. Finally, the tent body 1 and the supporting structure 2 are able to be folded up and be collected into a carry bag. Therefore, the improved tent of the present invention can be set up or disassembled easily within a short period, the efficiency of the usage of the tent is thus increased.

According to the description described above, the advantages of the present invention are described below:

No Safety Hazards for People During the Assembly Process:

Since there are no metal holders needed to support the tent structure, the improved tent of the present invention can be utilized for all kinds of gases, and little amount of air is required to fill up the tent structure. Air pressure is used to support the supporting structure 2, the air can be obtained easily in the atmosphere at anywhere. Thus, the present invention provides a tent that is lighter and more convenient.

Ease of Assembly:

The present invention utilizes air pressure as the support of the tent structure through a bumper or an aerator pumping air into the tent, and since a little amount of air is required to support the supporting structure 2 of the tent. The tent of the present invention is more compact to carry and easily to set up than the conventional tent. The inflation time of the air is approximately between 45 seconds to 2 minutes. The design of the present invention also allow the tent to be inflated easily during a windy condition. Further, since there is only one air hole in the present invention, all ages and disable people can set up the tent without much difficulty.

Safety Function of Absorbing Impact Force:

The present invention can sustain the impact of strong wind and rain drop. The inflation principle utilized in the present invention is to absorb the impact force or the swaying motion caused by the wind force. The improved tent of the present invention comprises a rebounding or springiness quality that can also absorb and sustain the impact from an unexpected strong windy condition. The tent of the present invention is designed to replace the function of a filling trachea, so that the collapsing of the tent can be avoided.

Security and Impact-Resistance:

The supporting structure of the present invention uses nylon with good tension and with glossy surface that is weather proof. When the holder is inflated, it is able to sustain impact from an object weighted more than 100 kilograms without breaking the tent.

Convenient to Collect:

No metal holders or sharp materials are used in the present invention. There is no limitation for the user to use the folding method in any shape. The user can quickly collect the tent and carry it around easily.

According to the description above, the tent with improved structure in the present invention is able to improve the drawbacks in the prior art. By the combination of the tent, the supporting structure and the sleeve bag, the tent is made to have a security and impact-resistant properties while in use and can reach the efficiency to easy to assemble, collect and carry. The present invention is able to satisfy the progress and the practicality for the user's need.

Although the present invention and its advantages have been described in detail, it should be understood that the present invention is not limited to or defined by what is shown or described herein. As one of ordinary skills in the profession will appreciate, various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made or otherwise implemented without departing from the principles of the present invention. For example, the present invention is not limited to any particular materials. The components described above can be fabricated using commonly available materials and machines. The dimension and weight of a tent of the present invention can therefore vary depending on the materials used and/or application desired. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the following claims and their legal equivalents.
