Abstract:
A movable incinerator comprises: a first combustion chamber, a material feeder, a second combustion chamber behind the first combustion chamber, a dust collector behind the second combustion chamber, a wind blower behind the dust collector, an air cleaner behind the wind blower, a hydrogen generator, a power generator and a vehicle. The first combustion chamber and second combustion chamber uses hydrogen and oxygen as energy source and thus the movable incinerator is suitable for environmental protection. The efficiency for burning waster materials is increased. Especially, the movable incinerator has a very small size so that it can be installed on the vehicle to be transferred to a desired place for burning the polluted waste materials so as to avoid the spreading of diseases.

6. A movable incinerator, comprising: a combustion chamber (10) having fuels of hydrogen and oxygen for burning waste materials; a material feeder (20) installed at a front end of the combustion chamber (10) for transferring waste materials into the combustion chamber (10); a second combustion chamber (30) having fuels of hydrogen and oxygen and being installed behind the combustion chamber (10) for burning waste gas from the first combustion chamber (10); the second combustion chamber (30) having a heat exchanger (31) which is installed at a rear end of the second combustion chamber (30); water flows into the heat exchanger (31) for generating hot water so as to increase the power efficiency. a dust collector (40) installed behind the second combustion chamber (30); the dust collector (40) including a first duct collecting container (40A) and a second duct collecting container (40B) directly connected to a back side of the first dust collecting container (40A); the first duct collecting container (40A) serving to filer great or heavy particles and the second combustion chamber (30) serving to filter small and light particles. a wind blower (50) being installed behind the dust collector (40) for transferring cleaned waster gas into the air cleaner (60); the wind blower (50) responding a pressure in the combustion chamber (10); an amount of water gas entering into the air cleaner (60) from the wind blower (50) being positively proportional to the pressure in the first combustion chamber (10); the air cleaner (60) installed behind the wind blower (50) for collecting waste gas from the wind blower (50); and the waste gas being cooled and cleaned by biochemical agents; a hydrogen generator (70) for electrolyzing water into hydrogen and oxygen so as to provide energy to the first combustion chamber (10) and second combustion chamber (30); a power generator (80) being a power source for above mentioned elements; and a vehicle (90) serves to carry above mentioned elements.

Description:

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to incinerators, and particularly to a movable incinerator, which can be moved to a desired place for burning the waste at the place so as to reduce the pollution to the environment and the cost for processing waste is reduced greatly.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently, movable incinerators are made with a very great size and is unmovable. The waste must be carried to the place of the movable incinerator. It is time and labor consumed and the cost is very high. Furthermore in the transferring process, the waste possibly pollutes the environment, especially, the medical waste, dead domestic animals, etc. which deeply affects the environment.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a movable incinerator, which can be moved to a desired place for burning the waste at the place so as to reduce the pollution to the environment and the cost for processing waste is reduced greatly.

To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a movable incinerator, comprising: a first combustion chamber, a material feeder, a second combustion chamber behind the first combustion chamber, a dust collector behind the second combustion chamber, a wind blower behind the dust collector, an air cleaner behind the wind blower, a hydrogen generator, a power generator and a vehicle. The combustion chamber has fuels of hydrogen and oxygen for burning waste materials. The material feeder is installed at a front end of the combustion chamber for transferring waste materials into the combustion chamber. The second combustion chamber has fuels of hydrogen and oxygen and is installed behind the combustion chamber for burning waste gases from the first combustion chamber; water flowing into the heat exchanger for generating hot water so as to increase the power efficiency. The dust collector is installed behind the second combustion chamber. The wind blower is installed behind the dust collector for transferring cleaned waster gas into the air cleaner. The air cleaner is installed behind the wind blower for collecting waste gas from the wind blower; and waste gas is cooled and cleaned by biochemical agents so that the exhausting gas matches to the standard for exhausting gas. The hydrogen generator serves for electrolyzing water into hydrogen and oxygen for providing energy of the first combustion chamber and second combustion chamber. The power generator is a power source for above mentioned elements; and the vehicle serves for carrying above mentioned elements.

The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.

Referring to FIG. 1, the movable incinerator of the present invention ahs the following elements of: a first combustion chamber 10, a material feeder 20, a second combustion chamber 30 behind the first combustion chamber 10, a dust collector 40 behind the second combustion chamber 30, a wind blower 50 behind the dust collector 40, an air cleaner 60 behind the wind blower 50, a hydrogen generator 70, a power generator 80 and a vehicle 90. Referring to FIG. 1, the combustion chamber 10 has fuels of hydrogen and oxygen for burning waste materials.

The material feeder 20 (referring to FIG. 1) is installed at a front end of the combustion chamber 10 for transferring waste materials into the combustion chamber 10.

A second combustion chamber 30 has fuels of hydrogen and oxygen and is installed behind the combustion chamber 10 for burning waste gas from the first combustion chamber 10. The second combustion chamber 30 has a heat exchanger 31 which is installed at a rear end of the second combustion chamber 30 for improving the combustion efficiency so as to save the energy used in the first combustion chamber 10. Water flows into the heat exchanger 31 for generating hot water so as to increase the power efficiency.

The dust collector 40 is installed behind the second combustion chamber 30. The dust collector 40 includes a first duct collecting container 40A and a second duct collecting container 40B. The first duct collecting container 40A serves to filer great or heavy particles and the second combustion chamber 30 serves to filter small and light particles.

The wind blower 50 is installed behind the dust collector 40 for transferring cleaned waster gas into the air cleaner 60. The wind blower 50 responses the pressure in the combustion chamber 10. When the pressure in the combustion chamber 10 is greater, the wind blower 50 will speed the air to enter into the air cleaner 60. In other words, the amount of the water gas entering into the air cleaner 60 from the wind blower 50 is positively proportional to the pressure in the first combustion chamber 10.

The air cleaner 60 is installed behind the wind blower 50 for collecting waste gas from the wind blower 50. The waste gas is cooled and cleaned by biochemical agents so that the exhausting gas matches to the standard for exhausting gas.

The hydrogen generator 70 serves to electrolyze water into hydrogen and oxygen so as to provide energy to the first combustion chamber 10 and second combustion chamber 30.

The power generator 80 is a power source for above mentioned elements.

The vehicle 90 serves to carry above mentioned elements.

By above mentioned elements, the first combustion chamber 10 and second combustion chamber 30 uses hydrogen and oxygen as energy source and thus the movable incinerator is suitable for environmental protection. The efficiency for burning waster materials is increased. Especially, the movable incinerator has a very small size so that it can be installed on the vehicle 90 to be transferred to a desired place (such as a hospital, a farm, etc.) for burning the polluted waste materials so as to avoid the spreading of diseases.

The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
