However, due to different thicknesses of the seat plate 91 and the toilet bowl 93, the toilet seat 90 takes up a large volume and is not foldable, so that usage, transport and storage are inconvenient and costly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is an object of the present invention to provide a foldable container for a toilet seat, which has a reduced volume after folding, helping to reduce cost.

It is a further object of the invention to provide a foldable container for a toilet seat which is convenient to use, transport and store.

For achieving the objects, the present invention has pleats that are foldable like a lantern, reducing thickness to a plate-like shape, so that costs are saved.

Other aspects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, illustrating by way of example the principles of the present invention.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the foldable container of the present invention in conjunction with a a toilet seat when disassembled.

FIG. 2 is a sectional side view of the foldable container of the present invention when unfolded.

FIG. 3 is a sectional side view of the foldable container of the present invention when folded.

FIG. 4 is a sectional side view of the foldable container of the present invention in the second embodiment when unfolded.

FIG. 5 is a sectional side view of the foldable container of the present invention in the second embodiment when folded.

FIG. 6 (prior art) is a perspective view of a conventional toilet seat when disassembled.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the present invention is a toilet container 2 used in conjunction with a toilet seat having a seat plate 11 with an opening 12. The toilet container 2 is attached to a lower side of the seat plate 11. The toilet container 2 has a side wall 20 with several pleats 21, 31, allowing to fold the toilet container 2 to a shape of a plate with a reduced volume.

The seat plate 11 and the toilet container 2 are known art that does not require further explanation.

Referring to FIGS. 2-3, the pleats 21, 31 of the toilet container 2 are foldable like pleats in a lantern, having curved inner and outer surfaces 211, 212 and 311, 312 for convenient cleaning.

Referring to FIGS. 4-5, the present invention in a second embodiment is a toilet container 3 which is shaped like an obtuse cone and foldable to a shape of a plate with a reduced volume and which is easy to clean.

While preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
