Description:

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention comprises a game board centered about rules and statues in and around the cards, the acquisition thereof, and ultimate sale thereof for having the purchase price payed for the greatest final advantage to occupy a land marks in the space provided by the board game. There from being declared the winner. In the first phase, players move game pieces along the path on the game board, acquiring cards on each space they enter. The throw of the die determines the number of spaces a player will move. In a second phase after all the participants complete the first phase, the acquired card could surrendered for the amount listed on the card; (a) when gaining momentum to sell any card by a chance according the set values on the die.

After acquiring, selling and traversing on the game board, the players roll the die and as the chance device symbolic element (a set of two numbers along the path), provides the set of numbers rolled on the die, including the space the player's piece representing, with paying the right values to the bank, can occupy a space with a color coded symbolic title on a game board. After the acquired phase of the game players tally their respective gain.

However, in this respect when a traversing player's game piece occupies the card holders spaces, for the card holder retribution, the player must present the symbolic value to this card holder. Accordingly, it is a principal object of the invention to provide a board game employing game pieces and a chance device, it is another object to provide means that employed assets simulating playing cards required. (b) Still another object of the invention is to provide a board game in which areas of the board direct a player to gain assets in the traversing face on the game board, when the cards are in play, see . . . paragraph (a), sell after a card loose it's momentum by passing the space to acquire a web tile. (c) It is yet another of the invention to employ a chance device bearing symbols and colors, both selectively being employed in determining the game outcome.

(d) It is further object of the invention is to provide a board game in which game assets having selectively variable acquisition and disposal prices are acquired.

These and other objects of the present invention will become readily apparent upon further review of the following specifications and drawings.

Play of the Game

It is understood that the following description of the play of the game is the preferred embodiment of the rules of the game. The comparative object of the board game is read to all players: The object of Marriage License (preferred name) is for players to move as many web tiles as each players can into the web. Pay the amount of cost for each tiles before an other player try to occupy that space. You must make the best of a difficult situation in terms of cost for the tile and cards in hand when other players compete against you. The end of the game is determined by a best possible interest to fill the web with tiles.

Equipment

Beginning the Play and Rolling the Dice

Each player rolls the dice. The highest roller starts the game, and the player to his left rolls next. Thus the clockwise rotation of turns follows. The lowest roller on the dice handles the bank (power house). Each player has his own player piece on the START Marriage License board position. When his turn come to roll the dice he moves his playing piece around the board the number of board spaces indicated by the dice. After a player move, pull a card from a cards stack, either from a get help card or a take a card, will be indicated by the triangular indicia. The player keep the card but if the player's card a labyrinth card this player moves it's playing piece to the labyrinth and returns the card back to the card stack. Next players' turn to roll the dice. After the first roll on the dice if a player rolls a number (7) could sell a card and as many cards he has to the bank for the cost written on the card. Those cards must go back to the designated card stack. It should be noted that, after the first roll on the dice if a player moves to a board space is at risk paying the penalty, when someone represent the card subtitled to that board space. The occupying player must pay the cost show on the card to the holder of the card. In the meantime everybody in the game try to gain wealth. Nevertheless, when a player rolls a two lucky numbers on the dice where his playing piece at indicated by the card indicia, he may pay the amount into the bank which card belongs to that board space, this player may file a web tile according the indicia rules or statues, indicated on the card to the web. However, if someones' playing piece at the web and has a special card (wild card) may collect 10% of the total on the card from the filling player. Every player try to file as many cards as they can while traversing on the board. Player's only one color coded web tile occupies one space at a web. Any other time after a card was used in the web, may use this card to sell it while traversing on the game board, but can not file another web tile.

In the event when a player is at the Labyrinth, a player rolls the dice each turn try to leave. If an odd number is rolled on the dice, draw a take a card; unless it is a 7 which allows you to move to the checkered square on the board. But if this card is a labyrinth card, it will tell the target number at the top. Roll again, if you roll the target number move your playing piece directly in the board space listed on the bottom of the card. If even number is rolled, draw a get help card. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of Invention

This Invention relates to board games and more particularly, to a board game including assets having variable acquisition cost and disposal value, and in which game a chance device includes numerical indicia and color, thereby to influence a game outcome.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Board games have long been known. The geographic board game of U.S. Pat. No. 4,045,031 issued to William Brentwood Arnold on Aug. 30, 1997, discloses a board subdivided into entities for acquisition by game players, the entities bearing varying numerical values. The U.S. Pat. No. 5,221,091 issued to Robert A. Gallegos on Jun. 22, 1993, provides a board game in which the progress of a player is movement via certain squares along the path are associated with instructions affecting the players amassed wealth. After traveling the board, a second game phase begins in which acquired sportscards are surrendered for money.

In the above references, the players move the game pieces along a path. The ability to acquire a card depends on the choice given by landing on a space on the board. Neither these games nor any other games of prior art known to applicant provide any type guidance concerning moral issues and legal norms, and possible consequences, when people live a life together, present in the board game Marriage License. Provides acquisition to the cards value by a chance of a roll on the dice, to retrieve the amount to keep the players in the game, having a momentum, the symbolic values
