Abstract:
Provided is a wet tissue manufacturing method and instrument thereof, in which sheets of dry tissue are wrapped in a wrap to then be supplied as a tissue unit. The supplied tissue unit is soaked with water to then be supplied as a wet tissue on the spot using a support frame and a cover. Thus, wet tissues can be conveniently and sanitarily manufactured and used. That is, tissues are supplied in the form of a dry tissue unit and then soaked with water on the spot. Dry tissues can be kept in custody in the form of a tissue unit in a refrigerator or a heating cabinet, without having any spacious limitation. Since tissues are soaked and then provided to users, antiseptic and disinfectant are unnecessary.

Claims:
What is claimed is:

1. A wet tissue manufacturing method which can manufacture wet tissues from dry tissues instantaneously, the wet tissue manufacturing method comprising: a tissue unit formation step of forming a tissue unit in which a plurality of tissues are wrapped in a wrap at both sides of which openings are formed wherein the plurality of tissues which are folded in a predetermined size at a dry state having no moisture are arranged in a rectangular or square matrix; a water absorption step in which water is sprayed into the openings of the tissue unit so that the tissue unit is soaked with the water; a tissue unit loading step in which the tissue unit is loaded in a support frame whose cross-section is formed of a custom-character-shaped section so that the tissue unit is loaded into a seating groove which is formed upwards in the support frame; a water dehydration step in which water is dehydrated from the tissue unit by pressing down a cover from the upper side of the tissue unit; and a wet tissue supply step in which the cover is removed so that the tissue unit is restored into an original shape, to then supply users with wet tissues from the wet tissue unit.

2. A wet tissue manufacturing instrument which can manufacture wet tissues from dry tissues instantaneously, the wet tissue manufacturing instrument comprising: a support frame whose cross-section is formed of a custom-character-shaped section so that a tissue unit is loaded into a seating groove which is formed upwards in the support frame; and a cover whose fitting projections are fitted into the lower edges of the support frame, wherein the cover comprises a presser portion whose breadth becomes narrower than that between both end portions of the support side of the support frame, pressing side surfaces which are formed in both sides of the pressing portion, and fitting projections which are protruded from the places where the pressing side surfaces contact the presser portion, respectively.

3. The wet tissue manufacturing instrument according to claim 2, wherein non-slip protrusions are formed on the bottom of the support frame.

4. The wet tissue manufacturing instrument according to claim 2, wherein the support frame and the cover are made of a transparent body, respectively, in which an advertisement is arranged in the pressing portion of the cover.

5. The wet tissue manufacturing instrument according to claim 3, wherein the support frame and the cover are made of a transparent body, respectively, in which an advertisement is arranged in the pressing portion of the cover.

Description:

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED PATENT APPLICATION

This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2006-0017588, filed on Feb. 23, 2006, and registered as Korean Registration No. 10-0607076 on Jul. 24, 2006, in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a wet tissue manufacturing method and instrument thereof, and more particularly, to a wet tissue manufacturing method and instrument thereof, in which sheets of dry tissue are wrapped in a wrap to then be supplied as a tissue unit, and the supplied tissue unit is soaked with water to then be supplied as a wet tissue on the spot using a support frame and a cover, to thus enable users to manufacture and use wet tissues conveniently and sanitarily.

2. Description of the Related Art

As is well known, wet tissues are provided to customers in general resort or dining restaurants for the purpose of making the customers wash their hands of faces hygienically. The wet tissues are classified into paper-vinyl combination wet tissues, disposable wet tissues, and re-usable wet towels after washing. The paper-vinyl combination wet tissues are inexpensive. However, thin sheet-like vinyl is formed between the sheets of paper in the respective paper-vinyl combination wet tissues in order to prevent the paper from being torn. Thus, users cannot wash their hands or faces well using the paper-vinyl combination wet tissues. Further, in the case that antiseptic is contained in the paper-vinyl combination wet tissue, customers are reluctant to use the paper-vinyl combination wet tissues.

In the meantime, since the disposable wet tissues are carried at the state where they are always wet, antiseptic is used to prevent them from being deteriorated in the process of distributing them. Thus, the disposable wet tissues generate the antiseptic smell very much. They are also easily dried when they are kept in custody for a long time. Accordingly, the disposable wet tissues are ordered and manufactured on a small quantity basis, to thereby cause a difficulty of an inventory control.

In the meantime, in the case of the re-usable wet towels after washing, laundry shops collect re-usable wet towels and redistribute the re-usable wet towels after washing. In this case, since laundry shops may collect re-usable wet towels from various kinds of business sites, and clean them using strong toxic chemicals such as strong acid, another hygienic problems may occur. In addition, since the wet towels can be used to clean the kitchen equipment or tables, employees prefer the wet towels to the other wet tissues other than customers. As a result, the wet towels may cause poorer insanitary problems due to food leftovers or other foreign materials than the other wet tissues.

In order to solve the above-described conventional wet tissues or towels, a wet tissue or towel manufacturing instrument has been invented so as to be directly used in various kinds of business sites. In the case of the wet tissue or towel manufacturing instrument, wet tissues or towels which are wound in the form of a roll type in the wet tissue or towel manufacturing instrument, and are cut in an appropriate size to be used for customers, to thereby provide conveniences of use. However, a cutting blade is always being used adjacent to water in the case of the wet tissue or towel manufacturing instrument. Accordingly, the cutting blade is easily worn out. As a result, wet tissues or towels are not smoothly cut, to thus cause a mechanical problem. Moreover, since water is contained in the wet tissue or towel manufacturing instrument, many bacteria may be reproduced in the water to thereby cause insanitary problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To solve the above problems of the conventional art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a wet tissue manufacturing method and instrument thereof in which sheets of dry tissue are supplied and the supplied tissue sheets are soaked with water on the spot to then be used immediately.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a wet tissue manufacturing method and instrument thereof in which sheets of dry tissue are wrapped in a wrap to then be supplied as a rectangular tissue unit, and the supplied tissue unit which is loaded in a support frame is soaked with water to then be supplied as a wet tissue on the spot, to then pressurize the tissue unit using a cover to dehydrate the tissue unit, to keep the dehydrated tissue unit in a store such as a refrigerator, and to thus enable users to manufacture and use wet tissues conveniently and sanitarily.

To accomplish the above object of the present invention, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a wet tissue manufacturing method which can manufacture wet tissues from dry tissues instantaneously, the wet tissue manufacturing method comprising: a tissue unit formation step of forming a tissue unit in which a plurality of tissues are wrapped in a wrap at both sides of which openings are formed and in which the plurality of tissues which are folded in a predetermined size at a dry state having no moisture are arranged in a rectangular or square matrix; a water absorption step in which water is sprayed into the openings of the tissue unit so that the tissue unit is soaked with the water; a tissue unit loading step in which the tissue unit is loaded in a support frame whose cross-section is formed of a custom-character-shaped section so that the tissue unit is loaded into a seating groove which is formed upwards in the support frame; a water dehydration step in which water is dehydrated from the tissue unit by pressing down a cover from the upper side of the tissue unit; and a wet tissue supply step in which the cover is removed so that the tissue unit is restored into an original shape, to then supply users with wet tissues from the wet tissue unit.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a wet tissue manufacturing instrument which can manufacture wet tissues from dry tissues instantaneously, the wet tissue manufacturing instrument comprising: a support frame whose cross-section is formed of a custom-character-shaped section so that a tissue unit is loaded into a seating groove which is formed upwards in the support frame; and a cover whose fitting projections are fitted into the lower edges of the support frame, wherein the cover comprises a presser portion whose breadth becomes narrower than that between both end portions of the support side of the support frame, pressing side surfaces which are formed in both sides of the pressing portion, and fitting projections which are protruded from the places where the pressing side surfaces contact the presser portion, respectively.

Preferably, non-slip protrusions are formed on the bottom of the support frame.

Preferably, the support frame and the cover are made of a transparent body, respectively, in which an advertisement is arranged in the pressing portion of the cover.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

A wet tissue manufacturing method and instrument thereof according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

A wet tissue manufacturing method according to an aspect of the present invention, can manufacture wet tissues from dry tissues instantaneously. The wet tissue manufacturing method includes a tissue unit formation step, a water absorption step, a tissue unit loading step, a water dehydration step and a wet tissue supply step.

In the tissue unit formation step, a tissue unit 111 is formed. A plurality of tissues 1 is wrapped in a wrap 11 at both sides of which openings 11′ are formed to thereby form the tissue unit 111. The plurality of tissues 1 are folded in a predetermined size at a dry state having no moisture are arranged in a rectangular or square matrix.

In the water absorption step, water is sprayed into the openings 11′ of the tissue unit 111 so that the tissue unit 111 is soaked with the water.

In the tissue unit loading step, the tissue unit 111 is loaded in a support frame 2 whose cross-section is formed of a custom-character-shaped section so that the tissue unit 111 is loaded into a seating groove 21 which is formed upwards in the support frame 2.

In the water dehydration step, water is dehydrated from the tissue unit 111 by pressing down a cover 3 from the upper side of the tissue unit 111.

In the wet tissue supply step, the cover 3 is removed so that the tissue unit 111 is restored into an original shape, to then supply users with wet tissues from the wet tissue unit 111.

A wet tissue manufacturing instrument according to another aspect of the present invention can manufacture wet tissues from dry tissues instantaneously. The wet tissue manufacturing instrument (A) includes: a support frame 2 whose cross-section is formed of a custom-character-shaped section so that a tissue unit 111 is loaded into a seating groove 21 which is formed upwards in the support frame 2; and a cover 3 whose fitting projections 33 are fitted into the lower edges 22 of the support frame 2, wherein the cover 3 comprises a presser portion 31 whose breadth becomes narrower than that between both end portions of the support side of the support frame 2, pressing side surfaces 32 which are formed in both sides of the pressing portion 31, and fitting projections 33 which are protruded from the places where the pressing side surfaces 32 contact the presser portion 31, respectively. Further, non-slip protrusions 23 are formed on the bottom of the support frame 2. Further, the support frame 2 and the cover 3 are made of a transparent body, respectively, in which an advertisement is arranged in the pressing portion 31 of the cover 3.

FIG. 1 is a flowchart view illustrating a wet tissue manufacturing method according to the present invention. The wet tissue manufacturing method includes a tissue unit formation step 10, a water absorption step 12, a tissue unit loading step 14, a water dehydration step 16 using a cover and a wet tissue supply step 18.

As shown in FIGS. 1 through 7, a plurality of tissues 1 which are folded in a predetermined size at a dry state having no moisture are arranged in a rectangular or square matrix, and then a tissue unit 111 is formed. A plurality of tissues 1 are wrapped in a wrap 11 at both sides of which openings 11′ are formed to thereby form the tissue unit 111. Water is sprayed into the openings 11′ of the tissue unit 111 using a shower unit or water sprayer so that the entire tissue unit 111 is soaked with the water. The water-absorbed tissue unit 111 is loaded into a seating groove 21 of a support frame 2. Water is dehydrated from the tissue unit 111 by pressing down a cover 3 from the upper side of the tissue unit 111. Accordingly, only the moisture is left in the tissue unit 111. The humid tissue unit 111 is kept in custody in a store such as a refrigerator and taken out in units of a sheet of tissue to then be used for users.

FIGS. 2 through 7 illustrate a wet tissue manufacturing method in sequence in which dry tissues 1 are soaked with water to supply users with wet tissues 1.

That is, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the state where water is supplied to a tissue unit 111 according to the present invention. The tissue unit 111 is erected so that openings 11′ of a wrap 11 are positioned top and bottom and then water is supplied to the tissue unit 111 using a shower head etc.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the wet tissue manufacturing instrument “A” where the tissue unit 111 is settled in a support frame 2 according to the present invention, after water has been supplied to the tissue unit 111. The openings 11′ of the tissue unit 111 are formed in both sides of a support frame 2 whose cross-section is formed of a custom-character-shaped section so that the tissue unit 111 is loaded into a seating groove 21 which is formed upwards in the support frame 2.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the wet tissue manufacturing instrument “A” before a cover 3 is pressurized in the upper side of the tissue unit 111 according to the present invention. The cover 3 which is fitted with the lower edges 22 of the support frame 2 is put on the upper side of the tissue unit 111. Here, FIG. 4 shows the state where the cover 3 has not been yet pressurized.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the wet tissue manufacturing instrument “A” where the cover 3 is pressurized to remove the water from the tissue unit 111 according to the present invention. The cover 3 includes fitting projections 33 at both sides of the upper surface thereof, a pressing portion 31 which is formed between the fitting projections 33, and pressing side portions 32 which are formed in the outer direction from the fitting projections 33, respectively. At the state of taking the pressing side portions 32 of the cover 3 by the hands, the pressing side portions 32 of the cover 3 is pressurized to remove or dehydrate water from the tissue unit 111. As described above, the tissue unit 111 adhered closely with the inner wall of the support frame 2 is formed in a rectangular or square shape, to thus accomplish a refined design sense in appearance.

In the meantime, non-slip protrusions 23 are formed on the bottom of the support frame 2, in order to prevent the support frame 2 from being slipped during pressurizing as described above, and prevent the dehydrated water from contacting the bottom of the support frame 2 to thus cause the bottom surface of the support frame 2 to be slippery and damaged.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the wet tissue manufacturing instrument “A” where the cover 3 is separated from the tissue unit 111 according to the present invention. When the cover 3 which is a pressurization means is separated from the tissue unit 111, the tissue unit 111 is restored into an original shape. Here, the external appearance of the tissue unit 111 is shaped in a rectangular or square form by a wrap 11 which is provided in the edge portions at the state where the tissue unit 111 has been restored into the original shape.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the wet tissue manufacturing instrument “A” where the tissue unit 111 is withdrawn from the support frame 2 according to the present invention. The tissue unit 111 is kept in custody in a store such as a refrigerator at the state where moisture has been applied to the tissue unit 111. Then, a number of wet tissues are taken out from the tissue unit 111 as necessary. The fitting projections 33 protruded from the upper surface of the cover 3 are fitted into the lower edges 22 of the support frame 2. Accordingly, the cover 3 can be prevented from being lost and kept in custody conveniently.

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a bottom surface of the support frame 2 and the cover 3 in the present invention. As described above, the non-slip protrusions 23 are formed on the bottom of the support frame 2. Accordingly, the non-slip protrusions 23 prevent the bottom surface of the support frame 2 from being slippery during dehydration of the water from the tissue unit 111 to thereby avoid any damage of the human body including the hands. In addition, the non-slip protrusions 23 prevent the tissue unit 111 from being seceded to avoid the wet tissues from falling down to the floor.

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the state where the tissue is withdrawn from the tissue unit 111 in the present invention. Wet tissues 1 can be taken out from the tissue unit 111 as necessary.

FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the state where the tissue 1 is unrolled. Here, FIG. 10 schematically illustrates a sequence that the folded tissue 1 is unfolded.

Unlike FIG. 10, FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a folding sequence of a wet tissue 1 according to another example of the present invention. Besides, the wet tissue can be folded and unfolded in various forms.

As described above, the effects of the invention follow. Sheets of dry tissue are wrapped in a wrap to then be supplied to business sites as a tissue unit. The supplied tissue unit is soaked with water on the spot to then be supplied as a wet tissue on the spot using a support frame and a cover. Thus, wet tissues can be conveniently and sanitarily manufactured and used. That is, tissues are supplied in the form of a dry tissue unit and then soaked with water on the spot. Dry tissues can be kept in custody in the form of a tissue unit in a refrigerator or a heating cabinet, without having any spacious limitation. Since tissues are soaked and then provided to users, antiseptic and disinfectant are unnecessary. The support frame and the cover are made of a transparent body, respectively, to thus provide an effect of a clean image, and an advertisement is arranged in the pressing portion of the cover, to thus provide an efficient advertisement effect.

As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to particularly preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it is possible for one who has an ordinary skill in the art to make various modifications and variations, without departing off the spirit of the present invention.
