Abstract:
An atomizer includes a base having a circuit board with an ultra-sonic generation device connected thereto and a middle part is connected to the base and has a chamber in which water or any desired liquid is received. A top part is connected to the middle part and has a guide tube. A casing is mounted to the base and has a positioning tube enclosing the guide tube. A nozzle is connected to the casing so that the water or the desired liquid is atomized by the ultra-sonic generation device and goes out from the nozzle. The base includes a music play device which can be connected with any audio device to produce music when using the atomizer.

Claims:
What is claimed is:

1. An atomizer comprising: a base having a circuit board received therein which includes an ultra-sonic generation device; a middle part connected to the base and having a chamber defined therein; a top part connected to the middle part and having a guide tube which includes an outlet, and a casing mounted to the base and receiving the middle part and the top part therein, the casing having a positioning tube and the outlet of the top part being in communication with the positioning tube.

2. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base includes a peripheral wall and the middle part includes a groove defined in an underside thereof so that the peripheral wall is engaged with the groove.

3. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the circuit board includes a level detection device which detects the level of liquid received in the chamber.

4. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base includes legs on an underside thereof and each leg includes a light emitting diode which are electronically connected to the circuit board.

5. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein an anti-tilt device is connected to a center of an underside of the base and connected to the circuit board, a switch extends from the anti-tilt device and beyond legs extending from the underside of the base such that when the base is tilted, the switch is not compressed and a circuit for the circuit board is cut off.

6. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the middle part includes a shoulder portion and a plurality of notches are defined in an upright wall above the shoulder portion, the top part is rested on the shoulder portion and includes a plurality of protrusions which are engaged with the notches.

7. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the middle part includes a hollow tubular portion and the circuit board includes a fan connected thereon, the hollow tubular portion is mounted and encloses the fan, the hollow tubular portion includes an open top.

8. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide tube of the middle part includes a plurality of apertures defined through a wall thereof.

9. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the casing includes a tilt open top and the positioning tube located in the tilt open top.

10. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning tube includes a positioning slot and a plurality of axial slots.

11. The atomizer as claimed in claim 10, wherein the top part includes a ridge which is located on a top surface of the top part and connected to the guide tube, the guide tube is inserted into the positioning tube and the ridge is engaged with the positioning slot.

12. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein a nozzle is connected to the guide tube of the top part and includes a through hole.

13. The atomizer as claimed in claim 12, wherein the nozzle includes an tilt bottom which is cooperated with a tilt open top of the casing and an insertion tube extends from the tilt bottom of the nozzle, the insertion tube is inserted into the guide tube via the outlet.

14. The atomizer as claimed in claim 12, wherein the nozzle includes a plurality of through holes.

15. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base includes a music play device.

16. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base includes a receptacle and a negative ion module is plugged in the receptacle.

17. The atomizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base includes an engaging recess defined in an underside thereof and a negative ion module is engaged with the engaging recess.

Description:

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an atomizer including an anti-tilt device and music play function.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A conventional facial treatment device such as a facial steamer 70 is shown in FIG. 10 and generally includes a heater 71 and a tank 72 is installed on the heater 71, a cover 73 is mounted on the tank 72. The tank 72 has water received therein which is heated by the heater 71 to generate steam which goes out from an outlet 731 defined in the cover 73. The temperature of the steam expands the pores to easily remove the accumulated cosmetic material and grease therefrom so as to prevent acnes from developing and to obtain a clean facial condition. Some users put some medicine or drops of essential oil, the medicine or the essential oil is mixed with the steam to be applied on the user's face to reach desired purposes. However, the facial steamers are light and might fall down by any unintentional impact. Besides, it takes a period of time to steam the face and this will be a boring period of time for some users so that some users without patience just quit from using the facial steamers.

The present invention intends to provide an atomizer for generating small water particles and used as a facial treatment device, the atomizer is easily to be assembled and includes an anti-tilt device which automatically cuts off the circuit when the atomizer is tilted so as to avoid from short of circuit.

Furthermore, the atomizer of the present invention includes a music play device which can be connected with an audio device to as to play music during using the atomizer.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an atomizer which comprises a base having a circuit board which includes an ultra-sonic generation device. A middle part is connected to the base and having a chamber for receiving water therein which can be atomized by the ultra-sonic generation device. A top part is connected to the middle part and has a guide tube which includes an outlet. A casing is mounted to the base and receives the middle part and the top part therein. The casing has a positioning tube and the outlet of the top part is in communication with the positioning tube. The atomized water particles go out from the outlet.

The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings which show, for purposes of illustration only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, and 3A to 3D, the atomizer “A” of the present invention comprises a base 10 having a peripheral wall 11 and a circuit board 20 is received in the base 10. The circuit board 20 includes an ultra-sonic generation device 21, a fan and other necessary parts. A plurality of legs 12 are connected to an underside of the base 10 and each leg 12 includes a light emitting diode 13 which are electronically connected to the circuit board 20. An anti-tilt device 22 is connected to a center of the underside of the base 10 and connected to the circuit board 20. Further referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, a switch 221 extends from the anti-tilt device 22 and beyond the legs 12 extending from the underside of the base 10 such that when the base 10 is tilted, the switch 221 is not compressed by the floor where the base 10 is put on and a circuit for the circuit board 20 is cut off.

A middle part 30 includes a groove 32 defined in an underside thereof so that the peripheral wall 11 is engaged with the groove 32 to connect the middle part 30 to the base 10. A chamber 31 is defined in the middle part 30 so as to receive water or desired liquid therein. For safety consideration, the circuit board 20 includes a level detection device 23 which detects the level of liquid received in the chamber 31 such that when the level of the water is below a desired position, the circuit is cut off. The middle part 30 includes a hollow tubular portion 35 which is mounted on the fan on the circuit board and encloses the fan. The hollow tubular portion 35 includes an open top 351 so that the air flow goes out from the open top 351. The middle part 30 includes a shoulder portion 33 extending inward from an inner periphery thereof and a plurality of notches 34 are defined in an upright wall above the shoulder portion 33.

A top part 40 is rested on the shoulder portion 33 and includes a plurality of protrusions 42 which are engaged with the notches 34 by rotating the top part 40 an angle as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B. The top part 40 includes a guide tube 41 which includes an outlet 412. The guide tube 41 of the middle part 30 includes a plurality of apertures 411 defined through a wall thereof. The guide tube 41 extends from a top surface of the top part 40 and a ridge 43 which is located on the top surface of the top part 40 and connected to the guide tube 41.

A casing 50 is mounted to the base 10 and receiving the middle part 30 and the top part 40 therein. The casing 50 has a positioning tube 52 which includes a positioning slot 53 and a plurality of axial slots 54. The guide tube 41 is inserted into the positioning tube 52 and the ridge 43 is engaged with the positioning slot 53. The casing 50 includes a tilt open top 51 and the positioning tube 52 located in the tilt open top 51. Further referring to FIGS. 3C and 3D, a nozzle 60 includes an tilt bottom 611 which is cooperated with a tilt open top 51 of the casing 50 and an insertion tube 63 extends from the tilt bottom 611 of the nozzle 60, the insertion tube 63 is inserted into the guide tube 41 via the outlet 412. The nozzle 60 includes a through hole 62.

Referring to FIG. 4, when the water in the chamber 31 of the middle part 30 is atomized by the ultra-sonic generation device 21, the small particles of the water is guided by the upward air flow generated by the fan and to out from the through hole 62 of the nozzle 60 via the outlet 412. It is noted that the top part 40 is connected to the casing 50 and the middle part 30 is fixed to the base 10 by the manufacturers, so that the users simply assemble the nozzle 60 to the casing 50 and assemble the casing 50 with the middle part 30. Once the atomizer “A” tilts, the anti-tilt device 22 is activated to cut the circuit off as shown in FIG. 5. The nozzle 64 can also be the type illustrated and includes a plurality of through holes 641 as shown in FIG. 6.

Referring to FIG. 7, the atomizer “A” includes a music play device received in the base 10 so that an audio device 14 with an interface 141 can be connected to the base and play music while in use. FIG. 8 shows that the base 10 includes a receptacle 15 and a negative ion module 16 is plugged in the receptacle 15. FIG. 9 shows that the base 10 includes an engaging recess 17 defined in an underside thereof and a negative ion module 18 is engaged with the engaging recess 17. The negative ions assist the users to absorb the oxygen and expel carbon dioxide so as to keep more water to the user's skin.

While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
