The mechanical features of the cheering bat consists of a simple, yet durable pump, this dual action pump, is what generates the air to inflate the balloon. Because the pump is dual action, air is generated on both the upward and downward action of the cylinder. This allows for the inflation of the balloon with half the effort and twice as fast. The air that is generated by the pump will travel a simple plumbing up to an electronic 3 way check valve. The valves basic purpose is To allow air into the balloon, but prevent it from escaping back into the system. The valve is rated To except only a predetermine amount of air into the balloon, regardless of how much air is Generated by the pump. Excess air will be directly vented thought an exhaust port,

A deflated button which is located approximate four inches from the bottom of the unit, when Pressed, a signal will be sent from the mini electronic board to the check valve, letting the Contained air in the balloon to be vented though the exhaust port. The cheer sound is generated by Pressing a cheer button which in turns sends a signal to the mini electronic board to play the file Stored in memory, two speakers located near the top of the bat will emit the sound,
