Abstract:
A variable roller blind structure includes a roller blind made up of more than one blind bodies that are respectively attached to the underside of a rotatable roller shaft and a stable roller shaft juxtaposed at an interval and mounted at the inner side of an upper beam. The blind body has a plurality of light-passable areas alternatively arranged with a plurality of black-out areas disposed at the surface thereon, and a winding unit is mutually engaged with the rotatable roller shaft to be controlled by an operating member that is pulled either clockwise or counterclockwise to actuate the movement of the rotatable roller shaft accordingly so as to control the rolling or unrolling operation of the blind body thereby. Via the structure above, the blind bodies of the roller blind can have it both ways with partial transparency and partial sheltering effect for privacy purpose. Besides, when the rotatable roller shaft is wound by the operating member to actuate the rolling movement the blind body till the light-passable areas of the blind body rolled upwards are correspondingly juxtaposed with the black-out areas of the other blind body, the light-passable areas of each blind body thereof can be precisely sheltered by the black-out areas of the other respectively, completely blocking out all light outdoors so as to achieve a total sheltering effect thereof. Thus, the roller blind thereof is capable of being variably operated to cater to the needs of users and is efficiently boosted in its functions thereof.

Claims:
1. 1-10. (canceled)

11. A variable roller blind structure comprising: a) an upper beam; b) a rotatable roller shaft rotatably connected to the upper beam; c) a first blind body connected at a top thereof to the rotatable roller shaft and having: i) a plurality of first light passable areas extending horizontally between left and right edges thereof; and ii) a plurality of first black-out areas extending horizontally between the left and the right edges thereof, one of the plurality of first light passable areas is alternatively positioned adjacent each of the plurality of first black-out areas; d) a stationary roller shaft fixedly connected to the upper beam and spaced apart a predetermined distance from the rotatable roller shaft; e) a second blind body connected at a top thereof to the stationary roller shaft and having: i) a plurality of second light passable areas extending horizontally between left and right edges thereof; and ii) a plurality of second black-out areas extending horizontally between the left and the right edges thereof, one of the plurality of second light passable areas is alternatively positioned adjacent each of the plurality of second black-out areas; and f) a winding unit connected to and controlling a rotation of the rotatable roller shaft, wherein the rotatable roller shaft is rotated raising and lowering the first blind body relative to the second blind body and controlling a level of light by positioning the plurality of first light passable areas and the plurality of first black-out areas relative to the plurality of second light passable areas and the plurality of second black-out areas.

12. The variable roller blind structure according to claim 11, wherein the winding unit is rotatable clockwise and counterclockwise and the first blind body is wound around the winding unit in a direction selected from clockwise and counterclockwise.

13. The variable roller blind structure according to claim 11, wherein the plurality of first light passable areas and the plurality of second light passable areas are made of a net material.

14. The variable roller blind structure according to claim 11, wherein the plurality of first light passable areas and the plurality of second light passable areas are made of a porous material.

15. The variable roller blind structure according to claim 11, wherein the plurality of first black-out areas and the plurality of second black-out areas have a height higher than a height of the plurality of first light passable areas and the plurality of second light passable areas respectively.

16. The variable roller blind structure according to claim 11, wherein the winding unit having a beaded chain manually controlling the movement thereof.

17. The variable roller blind structure according to claim 11, wherein the winding unit having a spring element and a pull cord controlling the movement thereof.

18. The variable roller blind structure according to claim 11, wherein the first blind body having a counterweight member connected to a bottom thereof.

19. The variable roller blind structure according to claim 18, wherein the counter weight member having a shape selected from a group consisting of a round post and an elongated shape.

20. The variable roller blind structure according to claim 11, wherein the second blind body having a counter weight member connected to a bottom thereof.

21. The variable roller blind structure according to claim 20, wherein the counter weight member having a shape selected from a group consisting of a round post and an elongated shape.

Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to a variable roller blind structure, including a roller blind made up of more than one blind bodies that are juxtaposed at an interval wherein each blind body has a plurality of light-passable areas alternatively arranged with a plurality of black-out areas disposed at the surface thereon so that the roller blind can be properly operated to have it both ways with partial transparency and partial sheltering function for privacy purpose. Besides, when a rotatable roller shaft is wound by an operating member to actuate the rolling movement of one blind body till the light-passable areas of the blind body are correspondingly aligned with the black-out areas of the other blind body, the light-passable areas of each blind body thereof can be precisely sheltered by the black-out areas of the other respectively, completely blocking out all light outdoors so as to achieve a total sheltering effect thereof. Thus, the roller blind thereof can be variably operated to cater to the needs of users, efficiently boosting its functions and providing a user-oriented design for the best using condition thereof.

A conventional roller blind is simply equipped with the rolling and unrolling functions wherein a blind body is directly attached to the underside of a roller shaft mounted at an upper beam and suspended downwards there-from in a single piece, and the blind body is always made in either a light-passable fabric or a black-out fabric. In practical use, the blind body is unable to be variably operated to have it both ways with partial transparency and partial sheltering function or to have a completely block-out of light and view outsides. Thus, the conventional roller blind is rather monotonously made and quite limited in practical use thereof

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

It is, therefore, the primary purpose of the present invention to provide a variable roller blind structure, including a roller blind made up of more than one blind bodies that are juxtaposed at an interval wherein each blind body has a plurality of light-passable areas alternatively arranged with a plurality of black-out areas disposed at the surface thereon so that the roller blind can be operated to have it both ways with partial transparency and partial sheltering function for privacy purpose. Besides, when a rotatable roller shaft is wound by an operating member to actuate the rolling movement of one blind body till the light-passable areas of the blind body are correspondingly aligned with the black-out areas of the other blind body, the light-passable areas of each blind body thereof can be precisely sheltered by the black-out areas of the other respectively, completely blocking out all light outdoors so as to achieve a universal sheltering effect thereof. Thus, the roller blind thereof can be variably operated to cater to the needs of users, efficiently boosting its functions to provide a user-oriented design so as to achieve the best using condition thereof.

It is, therefore, the second purpose of the present invention to provide a variable roller blind structure wherein the rotatable roller shaft can be wound either clockwise or counterclockwise in the rolling operation of the blind body thereof so as to verify the distance between both blind bodies thereof. Besides, a winding unit can also be mounted to a stable roller shaft of one blind body so as to synchronically roll up the blind bodies, permitting a window to be exposed partially or completely relative to the position of the blind bodies synchronically rolled upwards to achieve the interest of versatile changes of the present invention thereof.

It is, therefore, the third purpose of the present invention to provide a variable roller blind structure wherein the roller blind is made up of more than one blind bodies that are mutually juxtaposed at an interval and respectively attached to the rotatable and the stable roller shafts thereof to be actuated by the operating unit thereof in the rolling or unrolling operation thereof, permitting the patterns of both blind bodies thereof to be variably displayed in sectional stylistic changes thereof.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 3 inclusive. The present invention is related to a variable roller blind structure, including a roller blind 10 made up of more than one blind bodies 11 each equipped with a plurality of light-passable areas 111 alternatively arranged with a plurality of black-out areas 112 disposed at the surface thereon. The light-passable areas 111 of the blind body 11 can be made in net-like or porous shape, and the height of each black-out area 11.2 is slightly higher than that of the light-passable areas 111 thereof. At the top edge of the blind bodies 11 are respectively attached a rotatable roller shaft 12 and a stable roller shaft 13 that are juxtaposed at an interval and mounted at the inner side of an upper beam 14 therein. A manual-operated winding unit 15 or an automatic winding unit 15′ with a spring element 151′ attached thereto as shown in FIG. 3 is mutually engaged with the rotatable roller shaft 12 thereof to be actuated by an operating member 16 such as a beaded chain or a pull cord. Thus, when the operating member 16 thereof is pulled either clockwise or counterclockwise, the rotatable roller shaft 12 is accordingly actuated to move therewith so as to control the rolling or unrolling operation of the blind body 11 thereby. A counterweight member 17 made in the shape of either a round post as shown in FIG. 1 or an elongated bar as shown in FIG. 3 is retained at the bottom edge of the blind body 11 thereof, permitting the blind body 11 to suspend smoothly and levelly downwards from the upper beam 14 thereof.

In practical use, when the light-passable areas 111 of each blind body 11 are correspondingly juxtaposed with the light-passable areas 111 of the other blind body 11 in arrangement as shown in FIG. 2, sunlight or moonbeam is partially allowed to filter through the blind bodies 11 and come indoors via the light-passable areas 111 with a transparent effect thereof. And via the light-passable areas 111 thereof, the view outsides can be easily seen there-through without the blind body 11 being rolled upwards for the purpose thereof. Besides, via the black-out areas 112 alternatively arranged with the light-passable areas 111 thereof, light filtering through the blind bodies 11 thereof is partially sheltered by the black-out areas 112 at regular intervals so that dazzling sunlight during daytime can be softened to provide a gentle transparent effect and moonbeam at night is sharply contrasted with the darkness blocked by black-out areas 112 to generate a unique luminous beauty from the light-passable areas 111 thereof. When the moonbeam outsides filters indoors through both blind bodies 11 thereof, the light-passable areas 111 thereof with net-like or porous surfaces defined thereon can also produce special lighting/shading effect thereof.

Please refer to FIGS. 4 to 5 inclusive. When the rotatable roller shaft 12 is wound by the operating member 16 to actuate the rolling movement the blind body 11 till the light-passable areas 11I of the blind body 11 rolled upwards are correspondingly juxtaposed with the black-out areas 112 of the other blind body 11 as shown in FIGS. 4, 5, the light-passable areas 111 of each blind body 11 thereof can be precisely sheltered by the black-out areas 112 of the other respectively, completely blocking out all light outdoors. Besides, the blind body 11 attached at the underside of the stable roller shaft 13 thereof is fully extended to cover up the whole of a window so as to achieve a universal sheltering effect thereof.

Please refer to FIGS. 6 to 9 inclusive. The blind body 11 of the roller blind 10 can also be rolled upwards from different directions according to the rotatable roller shaft 12 operated either counterclockwise or clockwise so as to verify the distance between both blind bodies 11 thereof as shown in FIGS. 6, 7. Besides, the stable roller shaft 13 can also have a winding unit 15 mounted thereto so as to move synchronically with the rotatable roller shaft 12 clockwise or counterclockwise in the rolling-up operation of the blind bodies 11 thereof as shown in FIGS. 8, 9. According to the position of the blind bodies 12 rolled upwards, the window along with the light-passable areas 111 thereof can provide partial or complete lighting effect. Therefore, the roller blind 10 is capable of being variably operated to cater to the needs of users, efficiently boosting its functions thereof and providing a more user-oriented design to achieve the best using condition thereof.
