Title:
Bicept isolator
Kind Code:
A1

Abstract:
The Bicept Isolator allows the individual to exercise the bicept/forearm muscle group, without any cheating or swinging through out the movement of the exercise. The Bicept Isolator is wall mounted and will be used in the standing position. The two pin position adjustment of the device will change the level of difficulty, by changing the angle of the foam padded board. The first or top pin position will be used for light weight and less difficulty. The second or bottom pin position will be used for more weight and more difficulty, due to more angle in degrees of the foam padded board. When used correctly, this device will sufficiently isolate the blood in the arm, to the bicept/forearm muscle group, which will promote growth. This means BIG, STRONG, ARMS.

Claims:
1. I Lawrence J. Bogulski claim as my invention the (bicept isolator) exercising mechanism, which is designed to enhance bicept growth, through strict repitition of the curling motion of the arm.

Description:

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The principal object of the present invention is to provide a device for use in weight training of the bicept and forearm muscle groups. It is also an invention to provide a device which is of simple design and inexpensive construction. Another object is to provide a device that is lightweight, strong in size, and adjustable in

    • 1. heighth from the floor, for the individuals size in the standing position.
    • 2. two position adjustment for difficulty in extension of the range the bicept will travel.

When this device is used properly, it will not allow the individual to perform the repitition sloppy or in error. This device is designed for strict repitition which isolates the blood of the arm, to the bicept and forearm muscle groups. This device is named THE ISOLATOR.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING

FIG. 1 Illustrates the front view of the bicept isolation exercise equiptment.

FIG. 2 Illustrates the side-view retracted in. 1 of the 2 position adjustments.

FIG. 3 Illustrates the top-view hinge point of the base board and arm board of the exercise equiptment.

FIG. 4 Illustrates how the isolator exercise equiptment is designed for working the bicept and forearm muscle groups.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring first to FIG. 1. Front view Item 1 is the base board which is mounted to a wall by two wood screws. Item 2 is the arm board, which is the smaller of the two boards and is hinged, Item 4a, to the base board. The front of Item 2 arm board is covered with a foam pad, Item 3, the length and width of the board. Then Item 2 is covered with a piece of black leather, Item 4, wrapped around the foam and arm board Item 2. Item 4 is then stenciled in white lettering on to the leather, vertically, ISOLATOR. The leather and foam on the arm board Item 3 will support the arm through-out the movement of the exercise.

Referring second to FIG. 2 Side view Item 5 is a steel bracket bolted to the base board Item 1. Item 6 is a steel bracket bolted to the arm board Item 2. Item 7 is bolted threw steel bracket Item 5 and Item 9 steel tube for two position pivot point.

Item 6 is a steel bracket bolted to the arm board Item 2. Item 8 is bolted threw steel bracket Item 6 and steel rod Item 10, for pivot point. Item 11 is two position pin holes for the adjustment of Item 2 arm board.

Referring third to FIG. 3 Top view Item 1 base board is mounted to the wall vertically by two wood screws. Item 4a hinges the Item 1 baseboard and Item 2 arm board.

Referring fourth to FIG. 4 Illustrates how the bicepts and sufficient amount of weight with slow repitition, can prove useful in isolating the blood in the arm to the bicept. This allows the bicept muscle to stretch, which results in gain in the bicept muscle size. This exercise equiptment is designed for the arm, and is known as the ISOLATOR.
