[0008] An elastic sleeve having a first end and a second end. The first end of the elastic sleeve is closed and the second end of it is open. Inside of the first end there is a sand bag.
[0009] The sand bag comprises of 2-12 ounces of sand packed in a plastic bag or fabric bag..
[0010] The sleeve comprises a ladies knee-hi,panty hose,or common household elastic sock.
[0011] About 6 ounces of beach sand is packed in a plastic bag and placed inside a ladies Knee-Hi sock
