BACKGROUND ART

[0002] Generally, a conventional incinerator system is devised to simply function as an incinerator, in which waste materials such as wood are loaded into the incinerator and incinerated by burning the waste materials. In order to solve these problems, the inventor filed a Korean Patent Application No. 1997-51648 entitled “Incineration apparatus of waste synthetic resin and alternative fuel type of industrial boiler using the same” and later was assigned Laid Open Publication No. 1998-3299 which was published at Mar. 30, 1998. The present invention improves the prior invention.

[0012] FIG. 2 is a sectional view of main portions of an incinerator according to the present invention;

[0014] FIG. 4 is a detailed sectional view of the portion “A” in FIG. 1.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0015] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0016] Once incineration objects (or combustibles) such as waste tire or the like are loaded into an incinerating room 130 of a gas generating furnace 100, they are ignited by an external ignition means and then incinerated.

[0017] At this time, an upper cover 114 and a lower cover 116 are installed over the incinerating room 130, of which opening/closing timing is controlled by an external control box (not shown) electrically connected to a driving motor 126 through an electric wire or the like.

[0018] As the driving motor 126 is driven by the control of the control box every constant time interval, a gear shaft 120 installed adjacent to the driving motor 126 is rotated and a pinion gear coupled to both ends of the gear shaft 120 is also rotated.

[0019] The pinion gear 122 is correspondingly in mesh with a gear 124 on upper and lower plates 112a and 112b. Once the pinion gear 122 is rotated by the driving motor 126, the upper and lower plates 112a and 112b are slindingly moved, so that the upper and lower covers 114 and 116 are opened or closed.

[0020] A plurality of rollers 118 are disposed at both sides so that the upper and lower plates 112a and 112b can be slidingly moved.

[0021] According to the above construction, in a state that the lower cover 116 is closed by the driving motor 126 controlled by the control box, once the upper cover 114 is opened, incineration objects such as water tire or the like are loaded onto the lower plate 112b of the case through an inlet 113 from an outside. After that, once the upper cover 114 is closed, the lower cover 116 is opened by the movement of the lower plate 112b, so that the incineration objects are loaded into the incinerating room 130.

[0022] Like the above, since the covers are formed in the dual structure and opened and closed, it is prevented that heat and gas of the incinerating room 130 is leaked to an outside.

[0023] The incineration objects of waste tire incinerated within the incinerating room 130 generate gases or ashes due to the characteristic of the material while they are burned. The ashes remaining after the incineration are dropped onto a space part 134 placed below a net riddle 132, and then are discharged to the outside by a discharging screw 136.

[0024] As the incineration objects are incinerated, temperature of the incinerating room 130 is continuously elevated to reach a critical temperature, so that the inside of the incinerating room 130 is maintained at high temperature and high pressure.

[0025] After that, high temperature and high pressure combustion gas generated from the incineration objects is introduced into an introducing part 222 formed within a burning part 200, is sequentially transferred into a burner 220 and an ignition part 224.

[0026] The combustion gas is ignited at the ignition part 224 by an igniter 228, and then the igniter 228 is separated from the burning part 200.

[0027] The burning part 200 has an outer wall adiabatically treated by an adiabatic brick, which allows the combustion gas to be maintained at a high temperature. Accordingly, the ignited combustion gas is self-burned at the high temperature and high pressure state, so that the combustion gas is burned at a state near the perfect burning.

[0028] Residual gas that is less-burned in the ignition part 224 is re-introduced into the introducing part 222 through a circulation passage 218 to again pass through the burner 220, so that it becomes possible to perfectly burn the residual gas.

[0029] A circulation air injection tube 216 communicates with the circulation passage 218 to be directed toward the introducing part 220. Accordingly, once air generated from a blowing means 210 is supplied into the circulation air injection tube 216, air flow toward a certain direction is formed, so that residual combustion gas that is less-burned in the ignition part 224 passes through the circulation passage 218 and is supplied to the introducing part 222.

[0030] Like the above, in case the combustion gas is burned at the high temperature and high pressure state in the ignition part 224, it reaches a status near the perfect burning, e.g., a status that toxin materials are perfectly burned.

[0031] The burnt gas is transferred along a connection tube 10b to an endothermic part 300 which is adiabatically treated by using an adiabatic material 316, to heat heating water contained in the endothermic part 300, and then is moved to a cyclon 400 after passing through a connection tube 10c. After that, dust and residual harmful substances contained in the combustion gas are collected by the cyclon 40 and discharged.

[0032] The heating water is introduced through a heating water introducing tube 312, is heated by high temperature gas flowing through the gas circulation tube 310 and is drained through a heating water drain tube 314, thereby heating a predetermined place.

[0033] In the drawings, numerals 212 and 214 represent air injection tubes for supplying air to the burner, numeral 226 represents a cleaning hole for removing deposition piled on the bottoms of the introducing part 222 and the ignition part 224, and numeral 318 represents a heating water circulation tube that allows the heating water to circulate the endothermic part 300.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

[0034] According to the incinerator system of the present invention having the above construction, waste materials such as waste tire or the like are incinerated and high temperature and high pressure gas generated by incinerating the waster materials are perfectly burned at a high temperature and high pressure state, thereby restraining occurrence of contamination substances, and allowing the high temperature heat to heat heating water. Accordingly, the incinerator system of the invention is applicable to a general boiler, an industrial boiler or the like.

[0035] While the present invention has been described and illustrated herein with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention covers the modifications and variations of this invention that come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
