[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to a muscular training apparatus for the purpose of contracting and releasing muscles in each portion of the human body including a stretching motion involving various positions.
[0003] 2. Description of the Related Art
[0004] With a stationary piece of work out equipment it has a iron bar, a parallel bar, etc, and is used in the general use as a muscular training apparatus and is not portable but must always be in a fixed stationary position and is inconvenient for user's to use.
[0005]
[0006] In the stationary muscular training device a dedicated support brace is bracketed to either the wall or ceiling or attached to a dedicated support table and traction cables ‘
[0007] However, since the muscular training apparatus requires that the device is stationary as to limit use and placement of the apparatus. Which makes its use stationary because it cannot be moved at all.
[0008] To solve the above problems, the objective of this invention is to provide a muscular training apparatus that will allow the user to train muscles conveniently without the restrictions of a stationary apparatus.
[0009] It is also the objective of the present invention to provide a portable device that is capable of allowing the user the convenience of training muscles in a variety of standing or sitting positions.
[0010] In accomplishing this the above objective listed herein the present invention will provide a muscular training apparatus comprising; a lengthy base; a fixed frame placed on the central portion of the base; at least one wire reel rotatively coupled to one side of the fixed frame in which an annular winding groove and an accommodating portion having an internal space are formed; a wire or wires each at one end of which will be fixed to one side of the apparatus and will be secured by being wound around the annular grow of at least one wire reel; a spiral spring each placed on one end of which will be fixed to the accommodating portion of the device and with the use of a singular or set of grips that are attached and connected to the of the wires attached to the wires connected to the spiral spring and reels enclosed inside the apparatus.
[0011] The muscular training apparatus according to the present invention shall further comprises a speed reducer for reducing the rotational speed of the wire reel when the wire is released from the wire reel.
[0012] The speed reducer composes a frictional reel positioned in the other side of the fixed frame and with a combined rotatively wire reel on the same axis as that of the wire reel a frictional band frictionally contacting the outer circumferential surface of the frictional reel, and a tension adjustment unit for adjusting the tension of the frictional band.
[0013] The above and other and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing the preferred embodiment thereof in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
[0014]
[0015]

[0019]
[0020] A muscular training apparatus according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0021] The muscular training apparatus can be utilized without any limitation of a place, in which wires accumulating an elastic energy are repeatedly withdrawn and released, in order to train muscles of a certain portion groups of a human body.
[0022] Referring to FIGS. ‘
[0023] An annular winding groove ‘
[0024] Also, the inner end of the spiral spring ‘
[0025] Also, in the muscular training apparatus according to the present invention, a rotational block ‘
[0026] Meanwhile, the muscular training apparatus according to the present invention further includes a speed reducer for reducing a rotational speed of the wire reel ‘
[0027] The speed reducer includes a frictional reel ‘
[0028] The speed reducer allows a user to perform a stronger muscular training exercise since the frictional reel ‘
[0029] The tension adjustment unit comprises an adjustment knob ‘
[0030] Referring to
[0031] Also, in the muscular training apparatus according to the present invention, a one-direction clutch bearing ‘
[0032] As shown in FIGS. ‘
[0033] As shown in FIG. ‘
[0034] Also, as shown in
[0035] The shaft ‘
[0036] The muscular training apparatus ‘
[0037] Referring to
[0038] Also, in order to make a stronger force needed at the time of withdrawing the wire ‘
[0039] The muscular training apparatus ‘
[0040] As described above, the muscular training apparatus according to the present invention allows a user to have his or her feet supported on the base and repeatedly withdraw and release the wires, to thus enable a particular portion of the body to be trained. The muscular training apparatus is easy to carry and does not need an additional fixing unit. Thus, the muscular training apparatus can be conveniently used without any limitation of a training place. Also, the muscular training apparatus is simpler than the conventional training apparatus, to accordingly enable lightness and inexpensive production.
