DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0015] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a first prefer embodiment of an assistant equipment 10 of sit-up exercise of present invention comprises:

[0016] A connecting shaft 20 has a main tube 21, a first sliding shaft 22a and a second sliding shaft 22b. The length of the main tube 21 is about 30 cm, which has openings 23 arranged in a row thereon. The first and the second sliding shaft 22a and 22b are tubes and are about 30 cm in length in the present embodiment. The first and the second sliding shaft 22a and 22b insert into the opposite ends of the main tube 21 for sliding along the axial direction of the main tube 21. Each of the first and the second sliding shaft 22a and 22b respectively disposes an opening 25 thereon closing to proximal ends 24 thereof. Two elastic members 26 of V-shaped pieces receive in the first and the second sliding shaft 22a and 22b. Each of the elastic members has an elastic bottom 27 respectively passing through the openings 25 of the first and the second sliding shaft 22a and 22b and one of the openings 23 of the main tube 21. Thus, the connecting shaft 20 can adjust the length thereof by shifting the first and the second sliding shaft 22a and 22b in the range of about 60 cm to 90 cm. It is the range of the high of feet to thigh of a general person. The length of the connecting shaft 20 is variety depended on the average height of people in specific areas. The first and the second sliding shaft 22a and 22b respectively have screw holes 29 at distal ends 28 thereof.

[0017] A supporting assembly 30 disposes at the distal end 28 of the first sliding shaft 22a of the connecting shaft 20. The supporting assembly 30 comprises a tube member 31 having a through hole 32 at the midsection thereof. The tube member 31 is secured at the first sliding shaft 22a by means of screwing a bolt 33 into the screw hole 29 of the first sliding shaft 22a via the through hole 32 of the tube member 31. Two sustaining portions 34 are formed at the tube member 31 divided by the first sliding shaft 22a where user can put his/her feet thereon. The tube member 31 forms two receiving spaces 35 therein divided by the first sliding shaft 22a for receiving two springs 50a and 50b respectively. Two sleeves 36 detachable cover at the opposite ends of the tube member 31 for closing the openings of the receiving spaces 35.

[0018] A holding assembly 40 disposes at the distal end 28 of the second sliding shaft 22b of the connecting shaft 20. The holding has a tube member 41, which is bent into a predetermined obtuse angle and has a through hole 42 at the bended point thereof. The tube member 41 is secured at the second sliding shaft 22b by means of screwing a bolt 43 into the screw hole 29 of the second sliding shaft 22b via the through hole 42 thereof. Similarly, the tube member 41 has two receiving spaces 44 therein for receiving two springs 50c and 50d. The four springs 50a, 50b, 50c and 50d have different coefficients of elasticity. Two sleeves 45 detachable cover at the opposite ends of the tube member 41 respectively for closing the openings of the receiving spaces 44. The sleeves 45 are also for user to hold, so they can be made of soft rubber or foam material to enhance comfort.

[0019] Please refer to FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, when operating the assistant training equipment 10 of the first prefer embodiment of the present invention, user lies down on a ground and put the assistant training equipment 10 between his/her legs with putting feet on the sustaining portions 34 of the supporting assembly 30 and with hands holding the holding assembly 40 as shown in FIG. 3. When user trying to bend truck, as shown in FIG. 4, the loading of back of user will be shared by hands exerting on the assistant training equipment 10 of the present invention. For the same reason, when user trying to lie down, the loading of back will reduce by hands exerting on the assistant training equipment 10. Whereby, a general user can do sit-ups in an easier way and can reduce the risk of getting musculoskeletal injury.

[0020] The connecting shaft 20 can adjust the length by means of pressing the bottoms 27 to make the first and the second sliding shaft 22a and 22b shifting along the main tube 21. When the bottoms 27 locking in another openings 23 of the main tube 21 to secure the connecting shaft 20 in a specific length to meet the specific user. However, the connecting shaft 20 can be made from a single shaft or tube to construct the assistant training equipment 10 of the present invention but without the function of changing the length.

[0021] The supporting assembly 30 and the holding assembly 30 can be disassembled by loosing the bolts 33 and 43 for facilitating the assistant training equipment 10 of the present invention to store or to carry. However, It is easy to understand that the supporting assembly 30 and the holding assembly 40 can be fixed at the opposite end of the connecting shaft 20.

[0022] The assistant training equipment 10 of the present invention has a second finction for training. Please refer to FIG. 5, we pick one of the springs 50a, 50b, 50c or 50d (which is labeled 50′ in FIG. 5) and install it in the main tube 21 of the connecting shaft 20. The second sliding shaft 22b is turned (it also can be done by turning the first sliding shaft 22a) for the bottom 27 of the elastic member 26 will not longer be locked by the openings 23 of the main tube 21. Thus, the second sliding shaft 22b can slide inward or outward the main tube 21 and the spring 50′ will provide it a resistant force.

[0023] Please refer to FIG. 6, user can put the supporting assembly 30 on his/her tights and hold the holding assembly 40 by hands to push it downward. It provides a second way to train the muscles of arms and abdomen. The second training function of assistant training equipment 10 of the present invention also can be done by putting the supporting assembly 30 on the abdomen and exerting the holding assembly 40 by hands. Or put the assistant training equipment 10 between legs for tights exerting the supporting assembly 30 and the holding assembly 40 inwards to train tights' muscles. User can adjust the strength of the resistant force by replacing the springs 50a, 50b, 50c or 50d.

[0024] The assistant training equipment 10 of the present invention also can apply to the calisthenics excise or the other physical excise.

[0025] FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 show an assistant training equipment 60 of the second prefer embodiment of the present invention, which comprises a connecting shaft 70, a supporting assembly 80 and a holding assembly 90. Wherein, the connecting shaft 70 mainly consists of a main tube 71 and a sliding shaft 75. The sliding shaft 75 slidable receives in the main tube 71 and provides an elastic bottom 76 therein to engage to one of openings 72 for locking the sliding shaft 75. The structure of described-above elements is as same as the first prefer embodiment, so we will not describe the detail here. We further provide two connecting tubes 73 and 74 at the opposite ends of the connecting shaft 70, and each of them respectively has two openings 74 and 78 thereon. The supporting assembly 80 has two shafts 81 and the holding assembly 90 also has two shafts 91. The shafts 81 and 91 of the supporting assembly 80 and the holding assembly 90 insert into the opposite ends of the connecting tubes 73 and 74 of the connecting shaft 70.
