Abstract:

A structure for combining a back pad and a bottom pad of a leisure chair is disclosed. The leisure chair is formed by a back frame, a bottom frame, and a plurality of legs; a back pad and a bottom pad are formed on the back frame and the bottom frame. Supporting frames of the back frame and the bottom frame are formed with joint portions, respectively. The back pad and the bottom pad are pads of whole pieces. Two sides of the back pad and bottom pad have assembly portions installed in the joint portions, respectively. By the assembly portions at two sides of the back pad and the bottom pad passing through the joint portions two sides of the back frame and the bottom frame, the leisure chair has the effect of being assembled and detached easily with less time and power. Moreover, the structure of the leisure chair is enhanced.

Claims:

What is claimed is:

1. A structure for combining a back pad and a bottom pad of a leisure chair, wherein the leisure chair is formed by a back frame, a bottom frame, and a plurality of legs; a back pad and a bottom pad being formed on the back frame and the bottom frame, characterized in that: supporting frames of the back frame and the bottom frame are formed with joint portions, respectively; and the back pad and the bottom pad are pads of whole pieces; two sides of the back pad and bottom pad have assembly portions installed in the joint portions, respectively; wherein by the assembly portions at two sides of the back pad and the bottom pad passing through the joint portions at two sides of the back frame and the bottom frame, the leisure chair is established.

2. The structure for combining a back pad and a bottom pad of a leisure chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the joint portions is a trench.

3. The structure for combining a back pad and a bottom pad of a leisure chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the assembly portions is formed by an enclosing portion and a rod matching to the enclosing portion.

4. The structure for combining a back pad and a bottom pad of a leisure chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein the back pad and the bottom pad are pads fabricated by alternatively arranging a plurality of strips so as to be formed with an integral structure.

The structure for combining a back pad and a bottom pad of a leisure chair as claimed in claim, wherein after the back pad and the bottom pad are installed on the back frame and bottom frame; a plurality of supporting rods are transversally installed at the proper positions of the back frame and the bottom frame for enhancing the strength of the installed back pad and bottom frame.

6. The structure for combining a back pad and a bottom pad of a leisure chair as claimed in claim 5, wherein the plurality of supporting rods are installed to the back frame and the bottom frame by a plurality of rivets.

The structure for combining a back pad and a bottom pad of a leisure chair as claimed in claim 1, wherein after assembly portions are installed to the joint portions of the back frame and bottom frame, one end of each of the supporting frames of the back frame and bottom frame is added with a plug for preventing the end surface formed by the assembly portions assembled to the joint portions from hurting the user.

Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a structure for combining a back pad and a bottom pad of a leisure chair, and especially to a leisure chair having the effect of being assembled and detached easily with less time and power. Moreover, the structure of the leisure chair is enhanced.

[0002] Whether a chair is comfortable is a main concern in the current trend since modern people spend many time to seat on a chair. An uncomfortable chair will induce the ache of body so that one seating on the chair will feel uneasy and thus the working efficiency is decreased.

[0003] The prior art leisure chair (referring to FIG. 1) is formed by a back frame, a bottom frame and legs. The back frame and bottom frame are fixed with a plurality of strips by riveting so that the plurality of strips may define the back pad and the bottom pad so as to provide the effect of seating comfortably.

[0004] However, in assembling the leisure chair, the strips must be placed to the back frame and the bottom frame one by one and then they are fixed by riveting. Therefore, the assembly and detaching of the leisure chair are time and power consumed. The riveting fixing between the back pad and bottom pad and strips, only point fixing is used so that the combination is not steady. If the load on the strip is too heavy, it is possible that the strip will break and the back pad and bottom pad can not be used.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a structure for combining a back pad and a bottom pad of a leisure chair having the effect of being assembled and detached easily with less time and power. Moreover, the structure of the leisure chair is enhanced.

[0006] A structure for combining a back pad and a bottom pad of a leisure chair is disclosed. The leisure chair is formed by a back frame, a bottom frame, and a plurality of legs; a back pad and a bottom pad are formed on the back frame and the bottom frame. Supporting frames of the back frame and the bottom frame are formed with joint portions, respectively. The back pad and the bottom pad are pads of whole pieces. Two sides of the back pad and bottom pad have assembly portions installed in the joint portions, respectively. By the assembly portions at two sides of the back pad and the bottom pad passing through the joint portions at two sides of the back frame and the bottom frame; the leisure chair has the effect of being assembled and detached easily with less time and power. Moreover, the structure of the leisure chair is enhanced.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0013] Referring to FIGS. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the perspective view of the present invention, exploded views of the back pad and bottom pad of the present invention, and a partial enlarged view of FIG. 4 are illustrated. The present invention relates to a structure of a leisure chair. The leisure chair is formed by a back frame 11, a bottom frame 12, and a plurality of legs 13. A back pad 2 and a bottom pad 3 are formed on the back frame 11 and the bottom frame 12. The back pad 2 and the bottom pad 3 may be pads fabricated by alternatively arranging a plurality of strips 14. The supporting frames 111, 111′, 121, 121′ of the back frame 11 and the bottom frame 12 are formed with joint portions 112, 112′, 122, 122′. The joint portions 112, 112′, 122, 122′ are trenches. The back pad 2 and the bottom pad 3 are pads of whole pieces. Two sides of the back pad 2 and bottom pad 3 have assembly portions 21, 21′, 31, 31′ installed in the joint portions 112, 112′, 122, 122′. Each of the assembly portions 21, 21′, 31, 31′ is formed by an enclosing portion 4 and a rod 41 matching to the enclosing portion 4. After the back pad 2 and the bottom pad 3 are installed on the back frame 11 and bottom frame 12. A plurality of supporting rods 113, 123 are transversally installed at the proper positions of the back frame 11 and the bottom frame 12 for enhancing the strength of the installed back pad 2 and bottom pad 3. The plurality of supporting rods 113, 123 may be installed to proper positions of the back frame 11 and the bottom frame 12 by the rivets 5. After assembly portions 21, 21′, 31, 31′ are installed to the joint portions 112, 112′, 122, 122′ of the back frame 11 and bottom frame 12, one end of each of the supporting frames 111, 111′, 121, 121′ of the back frame 11 and bottom frame 12 is added with a plug 6 for preventing the end surface formed by the assembly portions 21, 21′, 31, 31′ assembled to the joint portions 112, 112′, 122, 122′ from hurting the user, and moreover, the leisure chair has a beautiful outlook. By the assembly portions 21, 21′, 31, 31′ at two sides of the back pad 2 and the bottom pad 3 passing through the joint portions 112, 112′, 122, 122′ at two sides of the back frame 11 and the bottom frame 12. The leisure chair has the effect of being assembled and detached easily with less time and power. Moreover, the structure of the leisure chair is enhanced.

[0014] Referring to FIGS. 3, 4, and 5, the exploded views of the back pad 2 and bottom pad 3 of the present invention and a partial enlarged view of FIG. 4 are illustrated. As illustrated in the figures, the two sides of the back frame 11 and bottom frame 12 of the present invention are symmetric and have the same the way for installation. Therefore, only the part of bottom pad 3 are described herein with reference to the enlarged view. When installing the present invention, at first, the assembly portions 21, 21′, 31, 31′ at two sides of the back pad 2 and bottom pad 3 are aligned to the joint portions 112, 112′, 122, 122′ of the supporting frames 111, 111′, 121, 121′ of the back frame 11 and the bottom frame 12, and then one end of each of the assembly portions 21, 21′, 31, 31′ at two side of the back pad 2 and bottom pad 3 are added with a plug 6 for preventing the ends surfaces of the assembly portions 21, 21′, 31, 31′ assembled to the joint portions 112, 112′, 122, 122′ through the rod 41 installed in the enclosing portion 4 from hurting the user so that the leisure chair 1 has a beautiful outlook. Therefore, the leisure chair has the effect of being assembled and detached easily with less time and power. Moreover, the structure of the leisure chair is enhanced.

Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
