Abstract:
A shoemaking machine with transfer belt for adjusting speed and changing number of shoes manufactured includes a machining table, first injectors and second injectors. The top and bottom of the machining table are distributed with a plurality of legs and machining seats. Within the machining table with respect to the top of the machining table is installed with a transfer belt. The transfer belt cause the machining seats to rotate. Furthermore, the lateral sides of the machining table are installed with first injectors of a proper number. Each first injector is installed with an injecting seat which is installed above the machining seats for preparing to fill material. Moreover, the lateral side of the machining table is installed with second injectors of a proper number. Each second injector is installed with an injecting seat. The injecting seat is positioned above the machining seats for preparing to fill material.

Claims:

What is claimed is:



1. A shoemaking machine with transfer belt for adjusting speed and changing number of shoes manufactured, the shoemaking machine including a machining table, first injectors, and second injectors; wherein the machining table is placed between the first injectors and second injectors; within the machining table, a transfer belt is used to drive the machining seats thereon to rotate, moreover, by the first injectors and second injectors, different materials for shoemaking is selectably as required in the same manufacturing process.

2. The shoemaking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the speed of the transfer belt is adjustable.

3. The shoemaking machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the length and width of the machining table are adjustable.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a shoemaking machine, and especially to a shoemaking machine in which the materials required can be selected as desired and then is used to the same manufacturing process and further the shoemaking machine has a transfer belt for adjusting speed and changing number of shoes manufactured

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] There are various kinds of shoemaking machines in the market. However, because of the improvement of the human life, the customers demand for shoes of better quality. The conventional shoemaking machines have finite ability in the adjustment of the speed and numbers of the mold seat (3). Therefore, a prior shoemaking machine (1) as illustrated in FIG. 1 is developed. The shoemaking machine (1) is installed with a machining disk (2). The bottom of the machining disk (2) is driven by a gear (not shown) for rotating the machining disk (2). A plurality of mold seats (3) are distributed on the machining disk (2). The objects to be machined are placed on the mold seats (3) for being machined sequentially.

[0003] However, the prior shoemaking machine (1) driven by the machining disk (2) and gear has the following disadvantages:

[0004] 1. The sizes of the machining disk (2) in the prior shoemaking machine (1) are finite, and the number of the mold seats (3) can not be incremented according to requirement. Furthermore, the circumference thereof is fixed and the size can not be changed other than the whole machining disk (2) is updated, but this will increase the manufacturing cost.

[0005] 2. Since the bottom of the machining disk (2) is driven by gears and the gears are engaged with each other by teeth thereof, the speeds generated are finite and can not be fine-adjusted.

[0006] 3. The prior machining disk (2) is used with gears and therefore, the torque as the disk rotates is very large and the dynamic force required is larger than using a transfer belt.

[0007] In other words, the prior shoemaking machine (1) may increase the production of shoes, but the cost is high. This will become a large burden as it is used for a longer time. Therefore, there is an eager demand for a novel shoemaking machine which can improve the defect in the prior art.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0008] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a shoemaking machine, in which a transfer belt is used to replace a prior gear so that the shoemaking machine has functions of adjusting speed and changing number of shoes manufactured. Furthermore, the materials required can be selected as desired and then is used to the same manufacturing process.

[0009] To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a shoemaking machine with transfer belt for adjusting speed and changing number of shoes manufactured. The shoemaking machine includes a machining table, first injectors and second injectors. The top and bottom of the machining table are distributed with a plurality of legs and machining seats. Within the machining table with respect to the top of the machining table is installed with a transfer belt. The transfer belt cause the machining seats to rotate. Furthermore, the lateral sides of the machining table are installed with first injectors and second injectors of proper numbers. Each first and second injector is installed with an injecting seat, respectively, which is installed above the machining seats for filling material.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0015] In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims. Referring to FIG. 2, the schematic view of the present invention is illustrated.

[0016] The shoemaking machine with transfer belt for adjusting speed and changing number of shoes manufactured according to the present invention includes a machining table 10, first injectors 20 and second injectors 30.

[0017] The machining table 10 has an oblong shape and the length and width thereof are changeable according to the practical requirement for matching market demands. Furthermore, the top and bottom of the machining table 10 are distributed with a plurality of legs 11 and machining seats 12. The number of the machining seats 12 is selectable according to the length and width of the machining table 10. Within the machining table 10 at a position with respect to the top of the machining table 10 is installed with a transfer belt (not shown). The transfer belt cause the machining seats 12 to rotate.

[0018] Furthermore, the lateral sides of the machining table 10 are installed with first injectors 20 of a proper number. The number of the first injectors 20 is selectable according to the number of the machining seats 12. Each first injector 20 is installed with an injecting seat 21 which is installed above the machining seats 12 for repairing to fill material.

[0019] Moreover, the lateral side of the machining table 10 is installed with second injectors 30 of a proper number. The number of the second injectors 30 is selectable according to the number of the machining seats 12. Each second injector 30 is installed with an injecting seat 31. The injecting seat 31 is positioned above the machining seats 12 for preparing to fill material.

[0020] By the aforesaid components, the present invention can be operated and has the following effect.

[0021] In application, the object to be machined (for example, shoe molds) is placed in the machining seats 12 of the machining table 10. By the transfer belt of the machining table 10, the machining seats 12 moves around the oblong shape of the machining table 10. After the machining seat 12 rotates to the first injector 20, by the injecting seat 21 of the first injector 20, the TPR (thermal plastic rubber), TPE (thermal plastic elastomer), TPU (thermal plastic urethane) SBS (styrene butadiene styrene ariblock copolymer), and materials for being injected into a mold. After the machining seat 12 rotates to the second injector 30, then the injecting seat 31 of the second injector 30 will inject the mold material, PU (poly urethane) into the shoe mold. Therefore, by the present invention, mass production of shoes can be manufactured. Moreover, different materials can be selected for being used to an identical manufacturing process.

[0022] Besides, the present invention has the following advantages:

[0023] Each shoe mold has different property and the time for waiting the mold material to solidify is also different. Therefore, if the machining speed can not be controlled precisely according to a practical condition, then the required shoes can not be made. Therefore, in the present invention, a transfer belt is used to replace the prior disk 2 way. This is because that the transfer belt has a different way for engagement and the speed thereof can be changed according to practical requirement. The length and width of the machining table 10 may be changed according to the required number. Furthermore, only a small force of the transfer belt will cause the machining seats 12 to rotate. Therefore, no destroy as that in the prior art occurs. In other words, in the present invention, a transfer belt is used to replace the prior disk 2 so that the cost increment of the shoemaking machine 1 of the prior art is improved by the present invention. Therefore, since the cost is down, the competition ability as sold in markets is increased and thus better shoes are made.
