Description:

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention deals with a innovative equipment notably developed to afford more easiness and practicality in the hair treatment, in particular regarding the flattening, incorporating in only one equipment, necessary elements for its accomplishment, and may be electrical or manual, providing differentiated use means, and for such, basically composed by elements and/or boards and/or vanes for heating and brush, both provided in the end of only one pair of gripping handles.

BACKGROUND OF THE ART

As is known for those professionals in the esthetics and beauty area, consumer public and mainly equipment manufacturers, several techniques are foreseen for the hair flattening, such as, chemical and/or mechanical processing. However, such techniques present several side effects which may damage the hair, and may render them dry and fragile, in addition to loss of vigor.

The most used methods to flatten the hair, in addition to conventional flattening are relaxing and thermal reconditioning, and all three processes require the application of chemicals and mechanical actions, including from the hairdresser handle with brushes, combs and driers, until the use of special equipment, as thermal plates.

The thermal reconditioning combines two techniques—chemical and mechanical—and thus is considered a more sophisticated solution and, however, more expensive.

One of the more ancient techniques the iron plate is used, also known as board, extending the hair after brushed. It is a cheap procedure, but it is undone with the first hair wash.

The chemical flattening lasts longer and demand more care. The chemical components, formulated based on sodium hydroxide or ammonium thioglycolate, have to be applied with a lot of care in order to not damage the hair. In this process, it is recommended not brushing the hair during at least three days.

To avoid the use of chemicals in hair and scalp, the consumer market already foresee several equipment models for hair flattening which do not use chemical procedures, among which it is distinguished an equipment to hair treatment, applicable to frizzle, wave, and flatten the hair, constituted as of two applicable bodies as caps, presenting prolongers bearing heater boards, bodies and its prolongations being manufactured of plastic material, the body presenting in its upper portion a switcher and the body disposing a link handle, the bodies being linked through joint acting as an axle, wherein the sides of the body joints and its prolongations exist as optical controllers indicating link to network and working of heater boards, presenting in the internal zone the prolongations one reticules of small transversal partitions constituted of isolation zones between boards and prolongation surfaces, the prolongations having in the external upper zone, zone for the location of index fingers and thumb of the user free hand, the cap piece preferably presenting in its upper portion, a hook-shaped prominence which is introduced in an opening existent in the cap opposite, a release knob of hook existing in the cap side.

Even with the arrival of said equipment and other congener devices, the appropriate procedures for the correct hair flattening also provide the use of brush and combs before applying the own flattening device.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

With the aim to provide improvements to the consumer market, the inventor, after countless searches, created and developed this “EQUIPMENT FOR HAIR FLATTENING WITH COUPLED BRUSH”, which must personalize before the consumer market and reach eminence position regarding its congeners due to the fact of presenting an equipment for hair treatment, in particular flattening, incorporating in only one preferably electric or manual equipment in a alternative preferential embodiment, the necessary elements for its accomplishment.

Thus, said equipment is basically composed of a body divided into two centrally similar and articulated parts to each other, being divided, each one of the parts by gripping portion, central joint portion and a third portion where the boards and/or heating plates are positioned.

In the extreme internal face of each part of main body of equipment in question are foreseen boards and/or heating plates, which make contact when the equipment is in closed position. Regarding the opposed (external) face of each part of the main body of equipment it is provided a semi-cylindrical portion having circuncentric bristles configuring, when the equipment is closed, a cylindrical body with bristles, conforming to a brush.

The main version of the equipment presents an electric system which, when driven, heats the internal edges of heating and promotes hair flattening.

As is known to users making flattening, before using heating boards in the hair, it is necessary to brush the hair, to make the flattening more efficient.

Regarding this premise, the most importance aspect of this device is the fact that the user no longer needs more two elements, flattener and brush, to proceed to a flattening, since, in this case, both elements are incorporated in only one device, excessively facilitating its use and minimizing the time to process conclusion.

The alternative preferential version presents a similar structure to the electric equipment structure, providing a body divided in two centrally similar and articulated parts to each other, being divided, each of the parts by gripping portion, joint central portion and a third portion where the boards and/or plates are positioned, which will be heated by appropriate means.

Said extreme portions present a series of transpassing orderly and equidistant holes to each other, which allow an external heat source, such as a hair drier, to heat the internal boards for the flattening procedure.

In the opposed (external) face of each one of extreme parts of the main body of the equipment are provided semi-cylindrical portions having circuncentric bristles configuring, when the equipment is closed, a cylindrical body, establishing a brush to be used before the flattening procedure in question.

One second preferential alternative version of the equipment for hair flattening with coupled brush, is configured through actual separation of the brush from the equipment body, i.e., said equipment allows, through said equipment separation and of the brush portion, the appropriate replacement of the brush portion, when it is deteriorated or without use conditions, in addition to also allow the insertion of several models of this brush, with bristles of different dimensions and configurations for the most different uses.

It is also foreseen at least three means of different plugs in order to, in the need or simply due to user's will, it can couple said brush and use the equipment simultaneously.

The first mean of plug and brush attachment with the external face of each articulated part of the equipment presents a cutting configuring a track on each side of both articulated parts of said equipment, tracks which plugs in corresponding tracks provided in the brush body, through sliding, where said tracks present diagonal cut, constituting a “dovetail”-type track.

The second mean of plug provides in the external faces of both articulated bodies of the equipment, two longitudinal shoulders are provided in the peripheries of external faces of each one of articulated parts of the equipment, which shoulders corresponding to equally longitudinal reliefs provided in the brush body, uniquely developed for said brush bodies do not slide laterally, being these attached with the equipment body, by the strength of magnetic elements present in posterior faces of each one of the equipment parts and, in the bottom face of brushes.

The third mean of plug occurs through pressure, i.e., extreme external faces of articulated bodies of the equipment for hair flattening present small longitudinal shoulders positioned in both peripheries, being said shoulders corresponding to reliefs provided in the peripheries of bodies from both brush portions provided, being attached by plug and through pressure.

A third alternative preferential vision in relation to patent application PI 0802096-5 is regarded to the introduction of joints allowing only portions provided with boards or heating plates of the equipment to move, maintain the handle fixedly of said equipment for hair flattening.

Originally the equipment for hair flattening with coupled brush provides only a joint in its posterior end and in this version it presents second and third joints, these central and allowing only portions where the boards or heating plates are fixed to move.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Referring to depicted drawings, the present invention “EQUIPMENT FOR HAIR FLATTENING WITH COUPLED BRUSH”, refers to, in particular, an equipment 1 for hair treatment, in particular flattening, incorporating in only one equipment preferably electric 1 or manual 1A in an alternative preferential embodiment, the necessary elements for its accomplishment.

Thus, said equipment 1 is basically composed of a body divided into two parts 2 and 3, similar and articulated to each other, being divided, each of the parts 2 and 3 by gripping portion 4, central joint portion 5 and a third portion 6 where the boards 7 and/or heating plates are positioned.

In the extreme internal face of each part 2 and 3 of main body of equipment 1 in question are foreseen boards 7 and/or heating plates, which make contact when the equipment 1 is in closed position. Regarding the opposed (external) face of each part 2 and 3 of the main body of equipment 1 it is provided a semi-cylindrical portion 8 and 9 having circuncentric bristles 10 configuring, when the equipment 1 is closed, a cylindrical body with bristles 10, conforming to a brush.

The main version of the equipment presents an electric system SE which, when driven, heats the internal edges 7 of heating and promotes hair flattening.

As is known to users making flattening, before using heating boards 7 in the hair, it is necessary to brush the hair, to make the flattening more efficient.

Regarding this premise, the most importance aspect of this device is the fact that the user no longer needs more two elements, flattener and brush, to proceed to a flattening, since, in this case, both elements are incorporated in only one device, excessively facilitating its use and minimizing the time to process conclusion.

The alternative preferential version 1A presents a similar structure to the electric equipment structure 1, providing a body 2A and 3A divided in two centrally similar and articulated parts to each other, being divided, each of the parts 2A and 3A by gripping portion 4A, joint central portion 5A and a third portion 6A where the boards 7A and/or plates are positioned, which will be heated by appropriate means.

Said extreme portions 6A present a series of transpassing orderly and equidistant holes 11 to each other, which allow an external heat source FC, such as a hair drier, to heat the internal boards 7A for the flattening procedure.

In the opposed (external) face of each one of extreme parts 6A of the main body of the equipment 1A are provided semi-cylindrical portions 8A and 9A having circuncentric bristles 10A configuring, when the equipment 1A is closed, a cylindrical body, establishing a brush to be used before the flattening procedure in question.

One second preferential alternative version of the equipment 1b for hair flattening with coupled brush, in relation to patent application PI 0802096-5, is configured through actual separation of the brush 12 from the equipment 1b body 2 and 3, i.e., said equipment 1b allows, through said equipment 1b separation and of the brush portion 12, the appropriate replacement of the brush portion 12, when it is deteriorated or without use conditions, in addition to also allow the insertion of several models of this brush 12, with bristles of different dimensions and configurations for the most different uses.

It is also foreseen at least three means of different plugs 13, 14 and 15 in order to, in the need or simply due to user's will, it can couple said brush 12 and use the equipment 1b simultaneously.

Thus, the brush 12 may present different patterns of bristles, both in relation to its size, as well as its configuration and also present brush base with smooth surface 35, i.e., without bristles, this model for use in curly hairs.

Thus, the possibility to assemble and disassemble the brush 12 in the equipment 1 allow, for example, among one the several brush models can be chosen in function of the user's need.

The three plug means 13, 14 and 15 and brush attachment 12 with the body 2 and 3 do equipment 1b for hair flattening are basically the following:

The first mean of plug 13 and brush attachment 12 with the external face of each articulated part 2 and 3 of the equipment 1b presents a cutting configuring a track 16 on each side of both articulated parts 2 and 3 of said equipment 1b, tracks 16 which plugs in corresponding tracks 17 provided in the brush body 1b, through sliding, where said tracks 16 and 17 present diagonal cut, constituting a “dovetail”-type track.

The second mean of plug 14 provides in the external faces of both articulated bodies 2 and 3 of the equipment 1b, two longitudinal shoulders 18 are provided in the peripheries of external faces of each one of articulated parts 2 and 3 of the equipment 1b, which shoulders 18 corresponding to equally longitudinal reliefs 19 provided in the brush 12 body 2 and 3, uniquely developed for said brush 12 bodies 2 and 3 do not slide laterally, being these attached with the equipment 1b body, by the strength of magnetic elements 19 present in posterior faces of each one of the equipment 1b parts 2 and 3 and, in the bottom face of brushes 12.

The third mean of plug 15 occurs through pressure, i.e., extreme external faces of articulated bodies 2 and 3 of the equipment 1b for hair flattening present small longitudinal shoulders 20 positioned in both peripheries, being said shoulders 20 corresponding to reliefs 21 provided in the peripheries of bodies 2 and 3 from both brush portions 12 provided, being attached by plug and through pressure.

Thus, it becomes possible for the user to choose if it wants to use the brush 12 with the equipment 1b or only the equipment 1b for hair flattening, or yet to choose among several models of brushes possible.

A third alternative preferential vision 1c in relation to patent application PI 0802096-5 is regarded to the introduction of joints 5, 22 and 23 allowing only portions provided with boards 7 or heating plates of the equipment to move, maintain the handle 4 fixedly of said equipment 1c for hair flattening.

Originally the equipment 1 for hair flattening with coupled brush provides only a joint 5 in its posterior end and in this version 1c it presents second and third joints 22 and 23, these central and allowing only portions where the boards 7 or heating plates are fixed to move.

Then, the equipment 1c for hair flattening with coupled brush 12 in question provides three locking means 24, 25 and 26 joint, i.e., a first locking mean 24 which, when driven, through a knob 27 provided in the central portion, avoid the joint 5 use, posterior of the equipment 1c, maintaining free only the joints 22 and 23 portions having boards 7 or central heating plates and, also other two locking means 25 and 26 and movement control 31, cylindrical knob 34 and divided in two half rounds 34′ and 34″, which engage to each other, when the equipment is closed, through small corresponding pins 32 and holes 33, and the set of the cylindrical knob 34 is divided in two half rounds, which engage the other, when the equipment is closed, through small corresponding pins 32 and holes 33, and the set of the knob 34 controls movements of each portion provided with boards 7 or heating plates.

Each one of the portions having boards 7 or heating plates, existent in the equipment 1c presents a central joint mean 22 and 23, which mean is provided with two guide pins 27 and 28, and one 27 is interconnected to the joint arm 29 and allows, though traction, the movement of each on the portions provided with boards 7 or heating plates and the other pin 28 sliding in oblong hole 28′, also having a joint arm 30, which render the pivoting of said portions of the boards 7 or heating plates.

Although the invention is detailed, it is important to understand that its application is not limited to the details and steps described herein. The invention is capable of other modalities and of being performed or accomplished in a variety of manners. It must be understood that the terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and non-limitative.
