Abstract:
This utility model relates to a type of multi-door interlocked tool box, consisting of box body and box door. Left and right side doors on the box body can be opened outward. Box door is of 2-leaf type. A rotor disc is provided on lower bottom plate. On rear board of the box, and inner surfaces of left and right side doors and the 2-leaf box door, hook plates that can accommodate many tools are provided. Connecting rod installation seat is provided on inner surface of each door at frame side near lower edge of the door, and on upper disc of the rotor disc assembly. Rigid connecting rod is fitted between corresponding connecting rod installation seats on each door and the upper disc. The upper disc can rotate freely about the installation axis, so that as hauled by rigid connecting rod, left/right side doors and front 2-leaf door are driven to open synchronously, and all tools will be shown or withdrawn in the box and locked. Use and management is easy and safe.

Claims:
1. A type of multi-door interlocked tool box consisting of box body (1) and box door (2) and characterized by the following: a. Box body (1) consisting of frame (3), rear board (4), left/right side door (5), upper and lower bottom plate (6) and (7), and rotor disc assembly (8). Said frame (3) being a rigid structural member consisting of front/rear left/right columns (9) and (10), and upper and lower cross bars (11) between ends of front/rear left/right columns (9) and (10) connected together. Said rear board (4) fixed between rear left/right columns (10) and upper/lower cross bar (11). On its interior surface, tools hanging plate (12) with large amount of hooks or holes is provided. Hinges of said left/right side doors (5) are fitted on rear left/right column (10) so that these doors can open outward. On their interior surface, tools hanging plate (12) with large amount of hooks or holes is provided. On interior surface of door frame side near lower edge, connecting rod installation seat (13) is fitted. Said upper and lower bottom plates (6) and (7) fixed on upper and lower cross bar (11) of frame (3). On middle position of interior surface of lower bottom plate (7), mounting bracket (15) is fixed. Said rotor disc assembly (8) consisting of upper disc and lower disc assembled via a shaft. Lower disc is smaller and fixed on mounting bracket (15). Upper disc (16) and connecting rod installation seats (18) are arranged on its peripheral (near edge) on both sides as required. b. Said box door (2) having a 2-leaf structure and hinges fitted front left/right columns (9). At upper part, lock assembly (14) is provided. On its interior surface, tools hanging plate (12) with large amount of hooks or holes is provided. On interior surface of door frame side near lower edge, connecting rod installation seat (13) is fitted. c. Rigid connecting rod (17) is installed between connecting rod installation seats (18) and (13).

2. Multi-door interlocked tool box as described by claim 1, also characterized by said rear board (4) replaced by 2-leaf or single leaf door hinged on rear left/right columns (10), hence can be open.

Description:

TECHNICAL FIELD

This utility model relates to a type of hardware tools collection container, in particular a multi-door interlocked tool box occupying small space, allowing storage of large amount of tools, and facilitating taking out of tools.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the present market, containers of hardware tools are in two categories: Box type: tools are kept in drawers or baffle plates, and normally in a mixed manner. Not only capacity is small, but also stored tools cannot be seen straightforward, so that it takes time to find the tools you need. Hanging plate type: various tools can be hung on the plate at will, and can be seen at a glance and selected easily. However, large space is occupied, not favoring safe keeping. Therefore, these containers are far from being ideal.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this utility model is to provide a new type of multi-door interlocked tool box of simple and reasonable structure, easy and safe keeping, large capacity, and easy withdrawal, thus integrating advantages of box type and hanging plate type containers.

The multi-door interlocked tool box of this utility model mainly consists of a box body and a box door, characterized by box body consisting of frame, rear board, left and right side doors, upper and lower bottom plates, and rotor disc assembly. Said frame being a rigid structural member consisting of front/rear left/right columns and upper and lower cross bars between ends of front/rear left/right columns connected together. Said rear board fixed between rear left/right column and upper/lower cross bar. On its interior surface, tools hanging plate with large amount of hooks or holes is provided. Hinges of said left/right side doors are fitted on rear left/right columns so that these doors can open outward. On their interior surface, tools hanging plate with large amount of hooks or holes is provided. On interior surface of door frame side near lower edge, connecting rod installation seat is fitted. Said box door having a 2-leaf structure and hinges fitted on front left/right columns, on which snap-in lock assembly is provided. On its interior surface, tools hanging plate with large amount of hooks or holes is provided. On interior surface of door frame side near lower edge, connecting rod installation seat is fitted. Said upper and lower bottom plates fixed on upper and lower part of frame. On middle position of interior surface of lower bottom plate, a group of mounting bracket is fixed. Said rotor disc assembly consisting of upper disc and lower disc on which ball bearing mounting grooves are provided at corresponding positions, and assembled via a shaft. Lower disc is smaller and fixed on said mounting bracket. Upper disc is larger and connecting rod installation seats are arranged on its peripheral (near edge) on both sides as required.

In assembled status, rigid connecting rod is fitted between corresponding connecting rod installation seats. Upper disc can rotate freely on lower disc. At this time, driven by rigid connecting rods between each connecting rod installation seat on face/back side of upper disc and connecting rod installation seat on left/right side door and front 2-leaf door, left/right side doors and front door will open or close in a synchronous manner.

Besides, said rear board can be replaced by 2-leaf or single leaf door hinged on rear left and right columns, so that it can be open. Similarly, by means of connecting rod installation seat on inner surface of frame side near lower edge of such door, connecting rod installation seat on corresponding position on the upper disc, and rigid connecting rod mounted between these seats, this door can participate in synchronous action.

In the multi-door interlocked tool box based on above design, since upper disc can rotate freely, hauled by upper disc and rigid connecting rods, each door can close or open in synchronism and rotation (opening or closing) of any door will drive all other doors in synchronous action. Therefore, all doors can be locked or controlled (limiting of position) by providing lock and position limiting mechanism on one door. On each door, hook plate that can accommodate large amount of tools is provided, so that the whole box can contain great amount of tools, satisfying requirements on classified store of various tools. By opening the door with lock, all tools can be clearly seen and withdrawal of tools is very convenient. By closing and locking of the door with lock, all doors can be locked (with all tools inside), allowing safe and easy management and use. As a summary, compared with any tool box of existing technology, the multi-door interlocked tool box of this utility model uniquely features large capacity, small occupied volume, and easy and safe use and management, hence apparently advanced in technology, very practical, and promising in market.

In FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, multi-door interlocked tool box of this utility model mainly consists of box body 1 and box door 2, characterized by: Box body 1 consisting of frame 3, rear board 4, left/right side doors 5, upper/lower bottom plates 6 and 7, and rotor disc assembly 8. Said frame 3 being a rigid structural member consisting of front/rear left/right columns 9 and 10, and upper/lower cross bars 11 between ends of front/rear left/right columns 9 and 10 connected together. Said rear board 4 fixed between rear left/right columns 10 and upper/lower cross bar 11. On its interior surface, tools hanging plate 12 with large amount of hooks or holes is provided. Hinges of said left/right side doors 5 are fitted on rear left/right column 10 so that these doors can open outward. On their interior surface, tools hanging plate 12 with large amount of hooks or holes is provided. On interior surface of door frame side near lower edge, connecting rod installation seat 13 is fitted. Said box door 2 having a 2-leaf structure and hinges fitted on front left/right columns 9, on which snap-in lock assembly 14 is provided. On its interior surface, tools hanging plate 12 with large amount of hooks or holes is provided. On interior surface of door frame side near lower edge, connecting rod installation seat 13 is fitted. Said upper and lower bottom plates 6 and 7 fixed on upper and lower cross bars 11 of frame 3. On middle position of interior surface of lower bottom plate 7, a group of mounting bracket 15 is fixed. Said rotor disc assembly 8 consisting of upper disc and lower disc on which ball bearing mounting grooves are provided at corresponding positions, and assembled via a shaft. Lower disc is smaller and fixed on said mounting bracket 15. Upper disc 16 is larger and connecting rod installation seats 18 are arranged on its peripheral (near edge) on both sides as required. In assembled status, rigid connecting rod 17 is installed (by shaft) between connecting rod installation seats 18 and 13.

Upper disc 16 can rotate freely on lower disc. At this time, driven by rigid connecting rods 17 between each connecting rod installation seat 18 on face/back side of upper disc 16 and connecting rod installation seat 13 on left/right side door 5 and front 2-leaf door, left/right side doors and front door will open or close in a synchronous manner.
