Abstract:
The present invention is added to a puzzle corresponding to No. 2001-0007848 of the Korea Utility Model Application, making the user fit desired pieces of the puzzle by putting fixing projections on inner sides of the pieces and putting fixing flat boards having rubber property between upper and lower chains, in addition to the existing method of combining chains to rotational shafts on the center of the pieces. Thus, the gatherings of each piece can be stably fixed through internal pressure actions. According to the present invention, triangular, rectangular, and hexagonal upper and lower pieces are solved by using pressure of the fixing flat boards in order to prevent thin upper and lower chains from shaking, while the respective fixing projections fix the chains by surrounding empty spaces or the exterior of the chains.

Claims:
1. A puzzle, comprising: fixing projections(500) located on inner sides of upper/lower pieces(100).

2. The puzzle of claim 1, wherein fixing flat boards(400) are located between upper/lower chains(300), and prevent the upper/lower chains(300) fixed to the fixing projections(500) from minutely shaking.

3. The puzzle of claim 1, wherein in case of triangular pieces(100), 3 fixing projections(500) are located on each edge of parts on inner sides of the upper/ lower pieces(100).

4. The puzzle of claim 1, wherein rectangular pieces(100) have 8 fixing projections(500) on each edge of the parts on the inner sides of the upper/lower pieces(100), thus the fixing projections(500) are located on each edge and in every middle part of the edges, and fixing projections(500) located in the middle part have grooves that do not interfere with centers of the chains(300).

The puzzle of claim 1, wherein hexagonal pieces(100) have 6 fixing projections(500) on each edge, on the inner sides of the upper/lower pieces(100), thus the fixing projections(500) are located in every middle part of the edges, and fixing projections(500) located in the middle part have grooves that do not interfere with the centers of the chains(300).

Description:

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention is equivalent to an invention added to a puzzle corresponding to No. 2001-0007848 of the Korea Utility Model Application.

BACKGROUND ART

Until now, the invention of the puzzle corresponding to No. 2001-0007848 of the Korea Utility Model Application is configured that each piece of the puzzle is engaged with chains such that adjacent sides are interlocked together or moves in a direction of each edge, so that the user can enjoy a desired puzzle game by fitting pictures or colors printed on the upper part of each piece of the puzzle. However, in case of the above puzzle corresponding to the No. 2001-0007848 of the Korea Utility Model Application, gatherings of each piece were easily scattered since each piece cannot be fixed to the chains.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

1. Technical Problem

It is therefore an object of the present invention to prevent a certain shape of a puzzle from being transformed, by fixing gatherings of each piece when the pieces of the puzzle are fitted.

It is another object of the present invention to enable a user to enjoy a puzzle game through which the user can newly make a shape of the gatherings of the pieces fixable by the user.

2. Technical Solution

To achieve the above object, the present invention is added to a puzzle corresponding to No. 2001-0007848 of the Korea Utility Model Application, making the user fit desired pieces of the puzzle by putting fixing projections on inner sides of the pieces and putting fixing flat boards having rubber property between upper and lower chains, in addition to the existing method of combining chains to rotational shafts on the center of the pieces. Thus, the gatherings of each piece can be stably fixed.

According to the present invention, triangular, rectangular, and hexagonal upper and lower pieces are solved by using pressure of the fixing flat boards in order to prevent thin upper and lower chains from shaking, while the respective fixing projections fix the chains by surrounding empty spaces or the exterior of the chains.

The disclosed inventions will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, which show important sample embodiments of the invention and which are incorporated in the specification hereof by reference, wherein:

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a puzzle which consists of triangular pieces in accordance with the present invention, by taking the puzzle apart;

FIG. 2 is a plane figure illustrating a configuration combined by using fixing projections on inner sides of triangular pieces in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a plane figure illustrating a configuration combined by using fixing projections on inner sides of rectangular pieces in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 4 is a plane figure illustrating a configuration combined by using fixing projections on inner sides of hexagonal pieces in accordance with the present invention; and

FIG. 5 is an expanded sectional view illustrating a figure seen from a side for the figure that chains, rotational shafts, fixing flat boards, and fixing projections are combined together in a puzzle of upper/lower pieces of FIG. 1.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

The present invention now will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which typical embodiments of the invention are shown.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a portion of a puzzle consisting of triangular pieces in accordance with the present invention, by taking the portion apart.

Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention is characterized by correlations among respective pieces(100) and mutual roles among chains(300), fixing projections(500), and fixing flat boards(400) when the respective pieces(100) are fixed. Numerical references 200 are rotational shafts.

The convex fixing projections(500) are formed on inner sides of the upper/lower pieces(100) of the puzzle. By seeing that the chains(300) are inserted into the fixing projections(500) and the rotational shafts(200), it is possible to know a movable range of the chains(300) and a shape and positions that the chains(300) are fixed.

The chains(300) cannot be separated in a state of being inserted into the rotational shafts(200), but the fixing projections(500) are formed in slight height to be inserted into and taken out grooves of the chains(300). Such a configuration may be equally applied to rectangular and hexagonal pieces as well as the triangular pieces.

In addition, the fixing flat boards(400) are located between the upper/lower pieces(100) to apply a frictional force and pressure, in order that the chains(300) can be fixed. As a result, the chains(300) do not shake. The fixing flat boards(400) are made of rubber materials like rubber boards, having a certain cushion.

Because the fixing flat boards(400) are made of the rubber materials like the rubber boards with the cushion, the chains(300) hung on the fixing projections(500) can be separated from the fixing projections(500) in case the user puts forth his or her strength.

FIG. 2 is a plane figure illustrating a configuration combined by using fixing projections on inner sides of triangular pieces.

Referring to FIG. 2, while chains(300) are hung on fixing projections(500) at rotational shafts(200), the chains(300) hung on the fixing projections(500) can be more firmly fixed by supplementary projections(510), which are smaller in size than the fixing projections by being formed on the right and the left of the fixing projections(500) and are low in height.

FIG. 3 is a plane figure illustrating a configuration combined by using fixing projections on inner sides of rectangular pieces.

Referring to FIG. 3, chains(300) of rectangular pieces(100) have a different shape from the chains(300) of FIG. 2.

Examining a structure that a first chain(300) is hung on a first rectangular piece located on the left, a main groove(800) of the chain(300) is hung on a fixing projection(500), while both side parts of a neck portion(700) of the chain are hung on supplementary projections(510).

A structure that a second chain(300)(refers to a chain located in an upper part of the first chain) is hung on second and third rectangular pieces from the left is configured as follows: 2 supplementary projections(510) are hung by being inserted into 2 supplementary grooves(600) positioned in both end parts of the second chain(300), respectively; and the vicinity of both apexes at each end of the chain(300) is supported in fixing projections(500) of both supplementary projections(510).

Besides, a neck portion(700) of the chain(300) is inserted between the 2 supplementary projections(510).

FIG. 4 is a plane figure illustrating a configuration combined by using fixing projections on inner sides of hexagonal pieces.

Referring to FIG. 4, 6 fixing projections(500) are slightly protruded at rotational shafts(200) on an inner upper side of respective hexagonal pieces(100). 3 suspending grooves(900) are formed on respective chains(300) for the hexagonal pieces, and the rotational shafts(200) are inserted into respective suspending grooves(900) located on the left and the right except an intermediate suspending groove.

Seeing the configuration that the hexagonal pieces(100) are fixed, while the suspending groove located on the utmost left and the suspending groove located on the utmost right are inserted into the rotational shafts(200), the fixing projections(500) are inserted together with the suspending grooves. And, fixing projections(500) only of different hexagonal pieces are inserted into the intermediate suspending groove.

FIG. 5 is an expanded sectional view illustrating a figure that upper/lower pieces, chains, rotational shafts, fixing flat boards, and fixing projections of FIG. 1 are combined together, which is seen from a side.

Referring to FIG. 5, it is available to see positions and functions of fixing projections(500) and fixing flat boards(400). The fixing flat boards(400) are made of materials with a certain cushion like rubber, applying a certain frictional force when the pieces are moving and further applying a frictional force and cushion to the fixing projections(500), in order that the pieces combined with chains(300) can be rarely scattered while making the shape.

The pieces(100) in accordance with the present invention are in triangular, rectangular, and hexagonal shapes, and are inserted at the rotational shafts(200).

Therefore, a certain shape of the respective pieces(100) can be fixed by fixation actions through the fixing projections(500) and internal pressure actions of the fixing flat boards(400), in addition to movement on moving paths through the chains(300).

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The present invention can fix gatherings of pieces when a user enjoys a puzzle game by fitting the connected pieces, thereby enabling the user to play a stable puzzle game since the shape of gatherings of desired pieces for the user can be maintained as it is.

Gatherings of the existing unfixed puzzle pieces made the user uncomfortable and uneasy while the user fitted the puzzle pieces. Now, the user can improve his or her concentration on desired puzzling actions thanks to the present invention of fixing the puzzle pieces.
