Title:
Ribbon Regula Device
Kind Code:
A1

Abstract:
A ribbon regula device, an outer surface of the PVC regula is covered with a printing layer such that after the PVC regula is stuck to the side of the ribbon body by hot pressing, the pattern of the printing layer will be shown on the surface of the ribbon body completely. By cooperating with the original pattern of the ribbon body, the pattern improves the visual effects of the ribbon largely. When compared with a conventional ribbon with a single colored regula, the present invention is more enhanced and diversified in appearance.

Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a decoration, and more particularly to a decorative ribbon regula device.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Ribbons are often used for packing presents and embellishing purpose and are quite indispensable at festivals and celebration activities. Referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 for an illustration of the applications of a ribbon 11 used for packing the present 12. The ribbon 11 comprises a ribbon body 111, two wires 112 and two regulas 113. The regula 113 is connected to a side of the ribbon body 111 by binding the wire 112; a suture 114 is provided for sewing the regula 113 and the ribbon body 111 for the wire 112 connected to the side of the ribbon body 111 through the regula 113.

The above-mentioned ribbon has the following disadvantages:

(1) The regula 113 is sewed to the side of the ribbon body 111 by the suture 114, which incurs more processing time and hence increases manufacture costs.

(2) Since the regula 113 is sewed to the side of the ribbon body 111, and the wire 112 is made of flexible materials, when the wire 112 is fixed to the side of the ribbon body 111, the ribbon 11 will be bended to a fixed shape, failing to achieve any other special functions.

(3) Since the regula 113 is made of gauze or cloth, the regula 113 comes usually with a single color; the surface of the regula 113 is unable to have other print patterns or colors, except for the pattern 115 of the ribbon body 111, thereby resulting in the ribbon 11 being monotonous in design.

The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a ribbon regula device, wherein the PCV regula of the ribbon is covered with a printing layer, and by cooperating with the original pattern of the ribbon body, the diversities of the patterns improves the appearance of the ribbon.

The further objective of the present invention is to provide a ribbon regula device, wherein the PCV regula is defined with an opposite outer surface and a combining surface, and the outer surface is covered with a printing layer, so that after the PVC regula is stuck to the side of the ribbon body by hot pressing, the printing layer of the PVC regula will be shown on the surface of the ribbon body completely. Since the PVC regula is covered with the printing layer, and by cooperating with the original pattern of the ribbon body, the pattern enhances the visual effects of the ribbon.

The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, a ribbon 20 comprises a ribbon body 30, two wires 40 and two PVC regulas 50, wherein:

A colorful pattern 31 is defined at a predetermined place of the surface of the ribbon body 30 thereof.

The wires 40 are located at both sides of the ribbon body 30.

The PVC regula 50 includes an opposite outer surface 51 and a combining surface 52. The outer surface 51 of the PVC regula 50 is covered with a printing layer 53 with a pattern 54 thereof (the printing layer 53 is made on the outer surface 51 by techniques of printing, spraying and sticking, and the pattern 54 is in the forms of diagonal stripes for example). The combining surface 52 wraps the wire 40 and then is stuck to the side of the ribbon body 30 by hot pressing and the PVC regula 50 is integrally connected to an upper and lower surface of the ribbon body 30. After the PVC regula 50 is stuck to the side of the ribbon body 30 by hot pressing, pressed concave portions 55 are formed on the surface of the PVC regula 50.

Referring to FIG. 5, when using the ribbon 20 to pack the present 60, since the outer surface 51 of the PVC regula 50 is made on the printing layer 53 with the pattern 54 thereof, after the PVC regula 50 is stuck to the side of the ribbon body 30 by hot pressing, the pattern 54 of the printing layer 53 will be shown on the surface of the ribbon body 30. By cooperating with the original pattern 31 of the ribbon body 30, the pattern 54 improves greatly the visual effects of the ribbon 20. When compared with the conventional ribbon 11 of FIG. 1, the product of the present invention is more attractive and commercially more competitive.

It is to be noted that in addition to the diagonal stripes, the pattern 54 can also be made in the form of grids, dots, or gradual layers, as shown in FIG. 6-8, which increases diversities of the present invention.

While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
