FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention relates in general to a swaying fitness equipment structure, and more particularly to an effector mechanism that consists of a special structure in order to complete the most effective model of swaying operation stabilization and structural enhancement.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, there are various types and functions of sports equipment or bodybuilding equipment in the current market. Most use human hands and feet to propel the equipment in order to accomplish the purpose of fitness. Thus, weakness, because of the exercise-induced muscle fatigue, and sports injuries easily occur. There are various types of active fitness equipment available for the use of exercise and bodybuilding. The principles of operating these machines include generating oscillation, swaying, and rotating for accomplishing the purpose of fitness by allowing the human body to stand or sit on the machines. This type of active sports equipment utilizes self-power to propel body weight and to generate the sports fitness effect. As a result, their structures are easily deformed, and their motions are not stable due to poor design. Additionally, there is weakness in the effector mechanism because of the long traveling distance of the effector mechanism. The equipment can be bulky and have a short life span of use.

Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement in the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve the efficacy.

To this end, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Referring now to FIGS. 1, 4, 5, 6, the active drive mechanism utilizes the passive-driven mechanism 40 to rotate the passive-driven wheel 41 of the linked mechanism 50. The eccentric axis 42 is located at the other side of the linked mechanism 50 at the same time. Furthermore, it drives the lower transverse swaying bar 61 of the effector mechanism 60, and as a result, causes the motion in the same direction. At this time, both sides of the lower transverse swaying bar 61 cause up and down rotation of the longitudinal swaying bars 62 63 and drive the up transverse swaying bar 64 to propel up and down swaying of one side 21 of the effector 20. Thus, up and down motion of two sides 21 22 of the effector 20 is enabled due to the assistance of the pivot structure constituted by the brackets 11 12 and the effector 20. The user can accomplish gentle swaying and stretching exercises, and body-building by standing, sitting or handling or leaning other parts of body on the top surface the effector 20 (as shown in FIGS. 7, 8).

The effector mechanism, according to the present invention, utilizes multiple swaying bars 61 62 63 64 to constitute a pivot structure. This pivot structure is adjacent to the effector 20, and thus, the traveling distance of the drive can be shortened. So the effector 20 can sustain a larger overload without deformation, and facilitate the effector mechanism 60 to drive the effector 20 more stably during motion. Thus, the life span of the equipment can be significantly increased overall.

Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made (e.g. one longitudinal swaying bars being used instead of both longitudinal swaying bars 62 63 of the effector mechanism 60 described above) without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The features and the advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood upon a thoughtful deliberation of the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1-3, there is a preferred embodiment of a swaying fitness equipment structure.

A stand is equipped with two brackets 11 12 located at the opposite side on its top.

The invention has an effector 20, wherein two brackets 11 12 located at its middle portion constitute a pivot structure. A proper distance between this pivot point and the stand 10 is also maintained for allowing the ability of up and down swaying from side to side due to the function of the pivot constituted by two brackets 11 12.

An active drive mechanism 30 is placed at one side on the top of the stand 10. The mechanism 30 is preferably embodied by a drive motor, and a power output side of said drive mechanism 30 equipped with driving wheels.

A passive-driven mechanism 40 is placed at the other side on the top of the stand 10 and faces the active drive mechanism 30. There is a proper distance kept between them, wherein one side of the passive-driven mechanism 40 has a passive-driven wheel 41. The other side of said passive-driven apparatus has an eccentric axis 42.

A linked mechanism 50 is preferably a drive belt, wherein both sides of said linked mechanism 50 are connected to the driving wheels 31 of the active drive mechanism 30 and the passive-driven wheel 41 of the passive-driven mechanism 40, respectively. As such, the active drive mechanism 30 can rotate the eccentric axis 42 of the passive-driven mechanism 40.

An effector mechanism 60 is placed on the top of the eccentric axis 42 of the passive-driven mechanism 40.

The effector mechanism 60 comprises a lower transverse swaying bar 61, wherein its middle portion is associated with the eccentric axis 42, and each of both sides of said lower transverse swaying bar 61 constitutes a pivot structure with each of the upward stretch longitudinal swaying bars 62 63. Its top portion constitutes a pivot structure with each of both sides of said up transverse swaying bar 64, allowing the top edge of the up transverse swaying bar 64 to associate with the down side of one side 21 of the effector 20.
