Abstract:
The present invention is to provide an igniter having a body with an anti-slip part for preventing the igniter from slipping off user's hand, which comprises an embedment channel bundled with an anti-slip piece, at least an observation window jutting out the embedment channel, allowing user to observe fuel content filled in a fuel container inside the body through the observation window, and a hollow-out hole is disposed on the anti-slip piece corresponding to the observation hole. By means of this, when the anti-slip piece is fitted in the embedment channel, the observation window can be embedded with the corresponding hollow-out hole mutually so as to further firmly fasten the anti-slop piece on the body.

Claims:
What is claimed is:

1. An igniter comprises: a body with one ignition part over one end, an anti-slip part installed on another end of the body for user to hold, in which the embedment is installed on another side of the body so that the opposite two sides of the embedment channel are extended on the opposite two faces of the body and the anti-slip piece is embedded into the embedment channel, a fuel container installed inside the body to correspond the position of the anti-sip part and filled with a fuel to supply the ignition part in generation flame, and a button installed on one side of the body in the proximity of the ignition part for controlling a high voltage generator installed inside the body so that the fuel in the fuel container can diffuse through the ignition part when the button is pressed and meanwhile, the high voltage generator can emit a current on the ignition part to ignite the fuel.

The igniter of claim 1, wherein the position where embedment channel corresponds to the fuel container is installed at least an observation window and when the anti-slip piece is embedded in the embedment channel jointly, the observation window is just fitted with the corresponding hollow-out part mutually.

The igniter of claim 1, wherein the ignition part comprises: an ignition end, a tube built in with a gas line and an electrically conductive line, in which one end of the gas line is connected with the fuel container to transmit the fuel in the fuel container, one end of the electrically conductive line is connected with the high voltage generator to transmit the current generated by the high voltage generator and another ends of the two lines are connected inside the ignition end.

4. The igniter of claim 1, wherein the anti-slip piece is directly embedded in the embedment channel to form the anti-slip piece by virtue of inject-forming technique when producing the body of the igniter.

5. The igniter of claim 1, wherein one side of the anti-slip facing to the embedment channel is installed the glue.

Description:

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an igniter, more particular to an igniter having a body with an anti-slip part for preventing the igniter from slipping off user's hand.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Usually, when people is engaged in barbecue or ceremony, they can ignite the kindling material for barbecue or Incenses and candles, etc. with a lighter. However, as a result of conventional structure design, when people ignite these materials, the hand must be extremely close to these materials. Otherwise, the flame generated by the lighter won't reach these materials, making these materials hard to be ignited. Therefore, there is vendor that develops an igniter providing an igniter body built in with gas container. An extension tube that is protruded beyond one side of the igniter body and is far away from one side of the igniter body so as to transmit the gas provided in the gas container. Taking advantage of this, when user operates the igniter body and makes the extension tube away from one end of the igniter body generate spark in attempt to ignite the gas transmitted to outside, the fire flame can be generated at the place of one end away from the igniter body, allowing people to ignite these materials in a way not necessarily approaching to the material. For instance, when the kindling material placed inside the charcoal is extinguished all of sudden, user can hold the igniter body to insert the extension tube in the charcoal and further operate the igniter body to directly ignite the kindling material in the charcoal.

Whereas, in traditional igniter design, when user is proceeding activities like barbecue, etc., both hands are greasy and dirty; and meanwhile, if user intends to use the igniter, it is easy for the igniter to slip off the hand, causing damage easily, adding that, worse comes to worst, the igniter is even likely to plunge into the burning charcoal, putting the igniter's user in the environment of jeopardy. As such, how to design an igniter to solve the said problem is an urgent subject on top of the list to be tackled.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the plentiful shortcomings in the practical use of the said igniter, the inventor targets at the said problem to design and develop an igniter of the invention in accordance with years of technical experience and accumulated professionalism.

One objective of the invention is to set up a body on which there is an anti-slip part for user to hold and preventing the igniter from slipping off user's hand. The anti-slip part comprises an embedment channel bundled with an anti-slip piece, in which at least an observation window juts out the embedment channel, allowing user to observe the fuel content filled in a fuel container inside the body through the observation window, and there is a hollow-out hole on the anti-slip piece corresponding to the observation hole. By means of this, when the anti-slip piece is fitted in the embedment channel, the observation window can be embedded with the corresponding hollow-out hole mutually so as to further firmly fasten the anti-slop piece on the body.

The above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description taken with the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The invention relates to an igniter. Please refer to FIG. 1 illustrating that the igniter is equipped with a body 20, whose one end is equipped with an ignition part 40 and the other end is equipped with an anti-slip part 30. The anti-slip part 30 is provided for user to hold, making the igniter 10 hard to slip off the hand. The body 20 is built in a fuel container 50 (as shown in FIG. 3) located at corresponding position of the anti-slip part 30. The fuel container 50 can be filled in with fuel 51 (as shown in FIG. 3, it could be Liquefied Natural Gas abbreviated as LNG, etc.) for the ignition part 40 to obtain the fuel 51 from the fuel container 50 so as to generate a flame, allowing user to conveniently use it, for instance, as an ignition appliance for gas stove or a priming apparatus for igniting kindling material used in barbecue.

Moreover, please refer to FIG. 1 again illustrating that there's one button 21 equipped in the proximity of the ignition part 40 on one side of the body 20. The button can control the fuel container 50 and a high voltage generator 52 (as shown in FIG. 3) inside the body 20. Furthermore, when the button 21 is pressed, the fuel 51 in the fuel container 50 can go through the ignition part 40 to diffuse. Meanwhile, the high voltage generator 52 can emit a current on the ignition part 40 to ignite the fuel in generation of the flame.

Please refer to FIG. 3 again illustrating that one embodiment of the ignition part 40 is composed of a tube 41 and an ignition end 42. Inside the tube 41 can accommodate at least one gas line 411 and an electrically conductive line 412 capable of being extended inside the ignition end 42, in which the gas line 411 can transmit the fuel inside the fuel container 50 and the electrically conductive line 412 can transmit the current generated by the high voltage generator 60. Hence, when the button 21 is pressed, the fuel 51 then goes through the gas line 411 inside the ignition end 42 to discharge. Meanwhile, the fuel 51 can be ignited after the current is emitted through the electrically conductive line 412 inside the ignition end 42.

For one of the most preferred embodiment of the said anti-slip part 30 (as shown in FIG. 1), please refer to FIG. 2 illustrating that another side of the body 20 where is away from one end of the ignition part 40 is installed an embedment channel 22 whose opposite two sides can be extended on the opposite two faces of the body 20. In addition, the position where the embedment channel 22 corresponds to the fuel container 50 (as shown in FIG. 3) is installed at least one observation window 23. In the embodiment, the observation window 23 is located on two back-to-back faces of the body 20. The observation window 23 is comprised by a transparent material (e.g. transparent plastic film or heat-resistant sheet glass, etc.) such that user can directly view the observation window 23 to know the remaining amount of the fuel 51 inside the fuel container 50, facilitating user to timely refill the fuel container 50 when the fuel is almost used up.

In the embodiment, please refer to FIG. 2 illustrating that an anti-slip piece 31 is also included and the anti-slip piece 31 can be fitted in the embedment channel 22 together, making it hard to slip off user's hand when using the igniter 10. Moreover, please refer to FIG. 2 again illustrating that there's a hollow-out hole 32 installed on the anti-slip piece 31 corresponding to the observation window 23 separately. After the anti-slip piece 31 contacts with the embedment channel 22, the observation window 23 can just get into and be mutually embedded with the corresponding hollow-out hole 32. Doing so simply makes the anti-slip piece 31 be fastened in the embedment channel more steadily. As such, despite the intense operation of the igniter 10, the anti-slip piece 31 won't easily fall off the body 20.

Consequently, please refer to FIG. 1, 2 and 3 illustrating that by means of the integrated design of the body 20 and the anti-slip piece 31, when user intends to use the igniter 10, the igniter is uneasy to slip off the hand because of the anti-slip characteristics of the anti-slip piece 31. For instance: When user intends to use the igniter 10 to ignite the kindling material with both hands all greasy for barbecue, the anti-slip nature of the anti-slip piece 31 can prevent the igniter 10 from slipping off the hand.

Specially stated here in the invention is that one side of the anti-slip piece 31 facing to the embedment channel 22 is placed with the glue 33. When the anti-slip piece 31 is embedded in the embedment channel 22 as a whole, the adhesion of the glue simply makes the anti-slip piece 31 be fixed inside the embedment channel 22. However, the embodiment to fasten the anti-slip piece 31 on the embedment channel 22 is not limited to this only. For instance: When producing the body 20 of the igniter 10 by virtue of the inject-forming technique, directly fix the anti-slip piece with the embedment channel 22 at the same time as well or lock the anti-slip piece 31 on the body 20 with a plurality of screw elements. As long as the one can embed the anti-slip piece and the embedment channel 22 together, it is the desired scope of the invention to be protected.

While the invention has been described by means of specific embodiments, numerous modifications and variations could be made thereto by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims.
