The invention relates to a step actuator, for a moving step (1, 1'), arranged below a swinging-sliding door, such as a folding step or sliding step. The swinging-sliding door has an opening mechanism (17) in the lower region of the closure edge, connected to the door actuator and operated by the same. The invention is characterised in that the opening mechanism cooperates with the step (1).
