1. The ornamental design for a valve member, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a valve member showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view, the rear, left and right elevational views being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is another elevational view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the figures are for the purposes of illustrating portions of the valve member, which form no part of the claimed design.
