CLAIM

1. The ornamental design for a ballpoint pen, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a ballpoint pen showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side view of FIG. 1, the right side view being a mirror image of that shown in the left side view;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged top view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged bottom view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a front view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a back view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the line 7-7 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along the line 8-8 of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 9 is a left side view of FIG. 1 with the pen tip moved to a distal position.
