1. The ornamental design for a blade for a vertical turbine rotor, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a blade for a vertical turbine rotor showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 6 is a front right perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a cross sectional view taken along line 7-7 in FIG. 1.
