1. We claim the ornamental design for an energy storage and power supply device, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an energy storage and power supply device;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof.

The ornamental design which is claimed is shown in solid lines in the figures. The broken lines shown represent unclaimed subject matter and form no part of the claimed design.

The energy storage and power supply device is shown with symbolic breaks in its length and its depth. The appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.
