1. We claim the ornamental design for an engine cover bolt, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of an engine cover bolt, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged top perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left-side elevational view thereof, the right-side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view thereof.
