1. The ornamental design for a combined litter and recycling receptacle, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined litter and recycling receptacle showing our new design.

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the combined litter and recycling receptacle of FIG. 1, the rear elevational view being a mirror image thereof.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the combined litter and recycling receptacle of FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the combined litter and recycling receptacle of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view of the combined litter and recycling receptacle of FIG. 1, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof.
