CLAIM

1. The ornamental design for an in-ear utility device, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an in-ear utility device showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side perspective view thereof

FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom perspective view thereof.

The broken lines in the Figures show portions of the ear piece which form no part of the claimed design.

The in-ear utility device can, for example, be a wireless in-ear device for use in providing a variety of services to users, such as music playing, sound amplification, and sports monitoring devices.
