1. I claim the ornamental design for a portable power distribution center, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of a portable power distribution center of the new design, wherein a cover of the distribution center is shown in an open position;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the portable power distribution center of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a right side view of the portable power distribution center of FIG. 1;
