1. We claim the ornamental design for an anti-rotation surrogate bicycle top tube, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an anti-rotation surrogate bicycle top tube showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged front plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged back plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross-sectional view thereof, taken along axis 8-8 of FIG. 7.

Broken lines are for illustrating unclaimed portions of the article and form no part of the claimed design. The cross-sectional view of FIG. 8 is for illustrating contour and shape of the article; the internal portion of the article forms no part of the claimed design.
