1. The ornamental design for a hair extension tube dispenser, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a hair extension tube dispenser showing my design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side-elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side-elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a partial enlarged top view thereof showing a hair extension tube is near the end of a wire that holds a plurality of hair extension tubes, wherein the tube is one of the tubes shown in FIGS. 1-4 and 9;

FIG. 8 is a partial enlarged perspective view showing a hair extension tube is near the end of a wire that holds a plurality of hair extension tubes, wherein the tube is one of the tubes shown in FIGS. 1-4 and 9; and,
