CLAIM

1. The ornamental design for a torch handle, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top, front and left side perspective view of a torch handle showing my new design within the environment of a torch device;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged top, front and left side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top, rear and left side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a cross section view of the torch handle taken along line 10-10 of FIG. 7.

The broken lines portions of the torch in FIG. 1 are provided for purposes of environment and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines in FIGS. 2 through 10 depict portions of the torch handle that form no part of the claimed design.
