1. The ornamental design for a fishing rod holder, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front view of a fishing rod holder showing my new design, a rear view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a left side view of the fishing rod holder;

FIG. 3 is a right side view of the fishing rod holder;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the fishing rod holder; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the fishing rod holder.
