1. The ornamental design for an insect barrier device, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an insect barrier device embodying our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines shown in the figures that are immediately adjacent to the shaded areas and define unshaded regions represent the bounds of the claim. All other broken lines, including the features within broken line boundaries, are directed to environment. The broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
