1. The ornamental design for a light mountable on a handgun, substantially as shown and described.

FIG. 3 is a view of a first side thereof;

FIG. 7 is a view of a bottom side thereof;

FIG. 8 is a view of a top side thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a side view thereof in the environment of a handgun.
