1. The ornamental design for a booklet binding member, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a booklet binding member, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the booklet binding member of FIG. 1, and a rear view, a top view, and a bottom view of the booklet binding member of FIG. 1 are identical to that of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 3 is a right side view of the booklet binding member of FIG. 1, and a left side view of the booklet binding member of FIG. 1 is identical to that of FIG. 3.
