CLAIM

1. The ornamental design for a handle for a tongue cleaner, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a handle for a tongue cleaner of the present invention,

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.
