CLAIM

1. The ornamental design for a foldable pop up brush, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof with the brush in a folded position and the bristles in a non-pop up position;

FIG. 9 is rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a perspective view thereof with the brush in an unfolded position and the bristles in a non-pop up position; and,

FIG. 11 is an opposite perspective view of FIG. 7.

The ovular feature in FIG. 2 is shown through the hole or recess and in FIG. 9 it is shown as flushed with the surface.

The portions of the foldable pop up brush shown in broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
