1. An ornamental design for a string instrument head stock, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the string instrument head stock.

FIG. 2 is a frontal perspective view of the string instrument head stock.

FIG. 3 is a rear perspective view of the string instrument head stock.

FIG. 4 is a left lateral view of the string instrument head stock.

FIG. 5 is a right lateral view of the string instrument head stock.

FIG. 6 is a top view of the string instrument head stock.

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the string instrument head stock; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an alternate embody of the string instrument head stock for six string instrument.
