CLAIM

1. The ornamental design for an enclosed wire brush wheel stud cleaning device, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of an enclosed wire brush wheel stud cleaning device showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a top front end perspective view thereof.
