1. The ornamental design for a peeler for fruits and vegetables, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a peeler for fruits and vegetables, shown with a storage apparatus attached.

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof.
